Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及贴设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,所述灯架包括一本体部及自所述本体部一侧向外延伸的一承载部,所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述承载部上。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具采用发光二极管模组作光源,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的灯具品种繁多,如高压钠灯、卤素灯等。然而,这些灯具使用寿命不长且耗电量大,不能满足节能环保的要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种节能环保且使用寿命长的灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及贴设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,所述灯架包括一本体部及自所述本体部一侧向外延伸的一承载部,所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述承载部上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具采用发光二极管模组作光源,节能环保。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一灯架10、收容于灯架10内的一发光二极管模组20、安装于灯架10且罩设发光二极管模组20的一透明灯盖30及压设灯盖30的一抵压件40。
请同时参阅图3,该灯架10可由一体挤压成型(例如,铝挤成型),大致呈L形。该灯架10包括一本体部11及自本体部11一侧顶端向外垂直延伸的一纵长承载部13。该承载部13的顶表面向上延伸有若干平行且间隔的散热片131,用以散发承载部13吸收的热量。该承载部13的底表面为一平面,用于与发光二极管模组20导热连接。这些散热片131的顶端与本体部11的顶端共面。
该本体部11为连续三向具开口的、内空的长方体。该本体部11与承载部13相远离的一端具有一第一开口111、与承载部13相对两侧相连的左右两端具有二第二开口113。二纵长的侧壁112分别与本体部11的左右两端密封连接,从而使本体部11具有第二开口113的左右相对两端封闭。一驱动电路模组114收容于本体部11内,并于发光二极管模组20电性连接,用于驱动发光二极管模组20。
一连接部60与该本体部11具有第一开口111的一端密封连接。该连接部60包括一纵长的挡板61及自挡板61一侧中部向外延伸的、一内空的、圆柱状灯头63。该挡板61的尺寸与本体部11第一开口111所在一侧的尺寸相当,且与该侧密封连接,从而使本体部11内形成一密封的腔体。该灯头63用于与灯杆(图未示)连接,从而使发光二极管灯具可做路灯使用。一内空的防水螺栓17穿设并固定于挡板61中部且与灯头63连通,用以供自驱动模组114延伸的导线(图未示)穿出并与外部电源电性连接。
可以理解地,当该发光二极管灯具用作壁灯时,该灯头63并非必要元件,此时,使挡板61的一端超出本体部11,使螺钉(图未示)等固定件直接穿过挡板61,而将挡板61固定至墙壁上。如此,发光二极管灯具可做壁灯使用。
每一发光二极管模组20包括一纵长的电路板21及间隔排列于电路板21一侧的若干发光二极管23。这些发光二极管23沿电路板21的延伸方向排列成一纵行。这些发光二极管模组20的电路板21平行且间隔的固定于承载部13的下表面且其未设置发光二极管23的一侧表面与承载部13的下表面导热连接,用以将发光二极管模组20的热量传导至承载部13上。
该灯盖30包括一内空且呈长方形的边框31、自边框31一端垂直向下延伸的一侧板33及连接边框31及侧板33的一连接板35。该边框31的长度及宽度略小于灯架10的承载部13的长度及宽度。该侧板33的长度及高度略小于灯架10的本体部11与第一开口111相对一侧的长度及高度,且贴设于本体部11的该侧。该连接板35为光滑的弧形板体,由透明或半透明的材料制成。连接板35各边缘分别连接边框31内侧连续的三边缘及侧板33的最底端,且连接板35距边框31所在平面的高度自远离侧板33的一端向侧板33所在一端递增。如此,边框31、侧板33及连接板35共同形成一侧开口的收容空间(未标号)。
所述抵压件40的形状与灯盖30相似,包括一长方形、内空的第一抵压部41及自第一抵压部41一端垂直向下延伸的一第二抵压部43。该第一抵压部41的内侧端抵压灯盖30的边框31。一长方形垫圈50夹设于边框31及第一抵压部41的内侧端,以增强灯盖30与抵压件40之间的密封性。该第二抵压部43为一大致呈长方体、具有二贯穿开口431的支架。开口431的尺寸与灯盖30的侧板33的尺寸相当,用于抵压侧板33。若干固定件(图未示),如螺钉等穿过第一抵压部41各边的外端边缘并与灯架10的承载部13配合,从而将抵压件40、灯盖30固定至承载部33上。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:包括一灯架及贴设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,所述灯架包括一本体部及自所述本体部一侧向外延伸的一承载部,所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述承载部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述承载部的一侧表面向外凸设有若干间隔且平行设置的散热片,所述发光二极管模组贴设于承载部与散热片相对的一侧表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述本体部为一内空的立方体,一驱动模组收容其内以与发光二极管模组电性连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述本体部的一侧具有开口,一连接部与所述本体部具有开口的一端密封连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述连接部包括与本体部密封连接的一挡板。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述连接部进一步包括及自挡板一侧向外延伸的一柱状灯头。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括一透明的灯盖,所述灯盖固定于灯架的承载部且罩设所述发光二极管模组。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯盖包括固定于承载部的一边框、自边框一侧延伸的一侧板及连接边框及侧板的一连接板,所述侧板抵顶灯架的本体部的一侧,所述连接板对应发光二极管模组且与发光二极管模组间隔设置。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:一抵压件抵顶所述灯盖并与灯架的承载部固定连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述抵压件抵压所述灯盖的边框。
