技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种整体透镜LED模组。
背景技术
    近年来,随着照明技术行业的飞速发展,发光二极管(LED)以其具有高亮度、低能耗、使用寿命长、绿色环保等诸多优点,被广泛地应用在照明行业的诸多个领域。
    目前市场上大部分的LED模组都采用型材散热器结构,设计安装复杂,做工粗糙不美观,重量较大,生产成本较高。
    对于光源部分,目前很多模组采用了集成封装(COB)光源,由于LED模组的功率较大,使用较大功率的COB光源就会存在发热集中和耐压较低的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供整体透镜LED模组解决现有技术中存在需要型材散热器结构复杂、重量大和采用COB光源发热集中、耐压低的问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种整体透镜LED模组,包括散热器、光源组件、透镜、透镜压盖、防水胶圈和防水接头;防水胶圈安装在散热器和透镜的凹槽内,由透镜压盖锁紧;所述散热器的导线过孔处设有防水接头。 
优选地,所述散热器采用鳍片散热器。
优选地,所述散热器的铝板上采用压铆螺母柱,所述光源组件和透镜压盖用螺钉固定在压铆螺母柱上。
优选地,所述光源组件采用多颗小功率封装LED 光源,光源组件外固定有调整发光角度的偏光或普通整体透镜。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该种整体透镜LED模组,结构简单合理,新颖独特,整体密封性能好,采用鳍片散热器,散热面积大。采用压铆螺母柱固定的方式避免了在薄金属板上攻丝的困难。采用多颗小功率封装LED光源,避免了采用COB光源发热集中、耐压低的情况的同时,减小了光源组件的体积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的优选实施例。
    实施例
如图1所示,一种整体透镜LED模组,包括散热器1、光源组件4、透镜5、透镜压盖6、防水胶圈3和防水接头7;防水胶圈3安装在散热器1和透镜5的凹槽内,由透镜压盖6锁紧;所述散热器1的导线过孔处设有防水接头7所述散热器1采用鳍片散热器1。
散热器1的铝板上采用压铆螺母柱2,所述光源组件4和透镜压盖6用螺钉固定在压铆螺母柱2上。光源组件4采用多颗小功率封装LED 光源,光源组件4外固定有调整发光角度的偏光或普通整体透镜5。
采用鳍片散热器1作为散热器1,在散热器1中部背面压铆2个螺母柱,用螺钉将光源组件4固定在散热器1上;正面压铆4个螺母柱,用螺钉通过透镜压盖6将透镜5和防水胶圈3锁紧。所述散热器1的导线过孔处设有防水接头7,安装完成后实现防水防尘。
散热器1上设有多个压铆螺母柱2供安装固定透镜5和光源组件4,而不用再散热器1上攻丝。光源组件4采用铝基板上排布多颗小功率LED颗粒,解决COB光源热量集中和耐压低的问题,同时采用大角度整体透镜5满足配光的需要。该LED模组,结构新颖,防水防尘性能好,工艺简单,适合大规模生产。

1.一种整体透镜LED模组,其特征在于:包括散热器(1)、光源组件(4)、透镜(5)、透镜压盖(6)、防水胶圈(3)和防水接头(7);防水胶圈(3)安装在散热器(1)和透镜(5)的凹槽内,由透镜压盖(6)锁紧;所述散热器(1)的导线过孔处设有防水接头(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的整体透镜LED模组,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)采用鳍片散热器(1)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的整体透镜LED模组,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)的铝板上采用压铆螺母柱(2),所述光源组件(4)和透镜压盖(6)用螺钉固定在压铆螺母柱(2)上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的整体透镜LED模组,其特征在于:所述光源组件(4)采用多颗小功率封装LED 光源,光源组件(4)外固定有调整发光角度的偏光或普通整体透镜(5)。
