本实用新型涉及一种照明设备，具体的说涉及一种LED日光灯。
【背景技术】
目前，公知的LED日光灯通常是直接将PCB板安装在塑料材质的圆形管空腔内，PCB板上设有LED发光二极管，则其在工作过程中的热量只能通过空气传导散发，而且塑料的散热性能较差，LED日光灯常因灯体整体的温度过高而降低了使用寿命，所述现有技术的缺陷值得改进。

本实用新型的目的在于针对上述技术缺陷，提供一种LED日光灯，该LED日光灯不仅具有良好的散热性能，而且能耗低、光效高。
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述：一种LED日光灯，包括LED发光二极管、PCB板和外部的日光灯罩，其特征在于，所述的LED发光二极管顺序排列在PCB板上，PCB板的上部竖直设置有散热栅格，所述散热栅格的外部套有保护罩，在所述保护罩的下方与其扣合有日光灯罩。

如图1、图2所示，一种LED日光灯，包括LED发光二极管4、PCB板3和外部的日光灯罩5，其特征在于，所述的LED发光二极管4顺序排列在PCB板3上，横竖排列，横向的LED发光二极管4之间串联，竖向的LED发光二级管4之间并联，PCB板3的上部竖直设置有散热栅格2，所述散热栅格2由金属材料制成，材料优选为铝合金，所述散热栅格2的外部套有保护罩1，在所述保护罩1的下方与其扣合有日光灯罩5，所述的保护罩1是横截面为半圆形的金属板，所述的日光灯罩5是横截面为半圆形的透明塑料板。

1.一种LED日光灯，包括LED发光二极管、PCB板、和外部的日光灯罩，其特征在于：所述的LED发光二极管(4)顺序排列在PCB板(3)上，PCB板(3)的上部竖直设置有散热栅格(2)，所述散热栅格(2)的外部套有保护罩(1)，在所述保护罩的下方与其扣合有日光灯罩(5)。
