目前日光灯中，绝大多数使用的是管内充有微量的氩和稀薄的汞蒸气的灯管，但因其功率高，耗电量大而逐渐被取代，而用LED发光二极管制作日光灯跟普通日光灯亮度相当普通日光灯的亮度时，需要用大量的LED发光二极管，并且还会产生大量的热影响LED发光二极管的寿命，怎样有效地解决散热问题。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种具有散热功能的LED日光灯。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种LED日光灯，包括塑料档头、安装在塑料档头上的塑料透明罩、设置在塑料档头内的电子驱动电源，塑料档头安装在铝挤压型材散热器的两端，排列有LED发光二极管的线路板设置在铝挤压型材散热器上面，铝挤压型材散热器与线路板之间涂抹有导热硅脂。 
所述的铝挤压型材散热器上面型材有散热器凹槽和散热器平面。 
所述的铝挤压型材散热器上安装有塑料固定支架。 
本实用新型亮度高、耗电量低、散热性能好、使用寿命长、结构简单、维护方便。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括塑料档头2、安装在塑料档头2上的塑料透明罩1、设置在塑料档头2内的电子驱动电源3，塑料档头2安装在铝挤压型材散热器8的两端，排列有LED发光二极管5的线路板4设置在铝挤压型材散热器8上面，铝挤压型材散热器8与线路板4之间涂抹有导热硅脂。 
线路板4上LED发光二极管5管脚的焊点与铝挤压型材散热器8上面型材的散热器凹槽7相配合，线路板4上的铜片焊点与铝型材散热器8上面型材的散热器平面6相配合。 
铝型材散热器上安装有塑料固定支架9。

1.一种LED日光灯，包括塑料档头(2)、安装在塑料档头(2)上的塑料透明罩(1)、设置在塑料档头(2)内的电子驱动电源(3)，其特征在于：塑料档头(2)安装在铝铸压散热器(8)的两端，排列有LED发光二极管(5)的线路板(4)设置在铝铸压散热器(8)上面，铝铸压散热器(8)与线路板(4)之间涂抹有导热硅脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯，其特征在于：所述的铝铸压散热器(8)上面铸压有散热器凹槽(7)和散热器平面(6)。
