技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯，特别涉及一种具有散热功能的LED照明灯。
背景技术
目前节能灯、日光灯中，灯管内充有微量的氩和稀薄的汞蒸气的灯管，但因其功率高，耗电量大而逐渐被取代，而用LED发光二极管制作跟普通日光灯亮度相当的灯具时，需要用大量的LED发光二极管，并且还会产生大量的热影响LED发光二极管的寿命，怎样有效地解决散热问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种具有散热功能的LED照明灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种LED照明灯，包括铜灯头、设置在铜灯头上的阻燃塑料外壳、阻燃塑料外壳内的电子驱动电源、安装在阻燃塑料外壳上的塑料透明罩、排列有LED发光二极管的线路板、设置有线路板的铝挤压型材散热器、铝挤压型材散热器上铸压的散热器凹槽和散热器平面、线路板复铜片与铝挤压型材散热器之间涂抹的导热硅脂，阻燃塑料外壳上安装有固定铝挤压型材塑件，铝挤压型材散热器设置在固定铝挤压型材塑件上，铝挤压型材散热器的各个面上安装有带LED发光二极管的线路板。
本实用新型亮度高、耗电量低、散热性能好、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型为JA型号的LED照明灯，包括铜灯头1、设置在铜灯头1上的阻燃塑料外壳2、阻燃塑料外壳2内的电子驱动电源3、安装在阻燃塑料外壳2上的PC塑料透明罩10、排列有LED发光二极管8的线路板9、设置有线路板9的铝挤压型材散热器5、铝挤压型材散热器5上型材的散热器凹槽6和散热器平面7、线路板9与铝挤压型材散热器5之间涂抹的导热硅脂，阻燃塑料外壳2上安装有固定铝挤压型材塑件4，铝挤压型材散热器5设置在固定铝型材塑件4上，铝挤压型材散热器5的各个面上安装有带LED发光二极管8的线路板9。
本实用新型具有亮度高、耗电量低、散热性能好、使用寿命长。

1.一种LED照明灯，包括铜灯头(1)、设置在铜灯头(1)上的阻燃塑料外壳(2)、阻燃塑料外壳(2)内的电子驱动电源(3)、安装在阻燃塑料外壳(2)上的塑料透明罩(10)、排列有LED发光二极管(8)的线路板(9)、设置有线路板(9)的铝铸压散热器(5)、铝铸压散热器(5)上铸压的散热器凹槽(6)和散热器平面(7)、线路板(9)与铝铸压散热器(5)之间涂抹的导热硅脂，其特征在于：阻燃塑料外壳(2)上安装有固定铝型材塑件(4)，铝铸压散热器(5)设置在固定铝型材塑件(4)上，铝铸压散热器(5)的各个面上安装有带LED发光二极管(8)的线路板(9)。
