本发明是以磁力将灯体吸附在旧日光灯支架面盖上,利用支架作为散热器的LED日光灯,它由发光灯条、直流电源、PC灯罩、磁铁组成;发光灯条是长条形焊有发光IC的铝基线路板,电源输入为长度方向一端焊有的两个平扁插头,并按正、负与直流电源两输出插座连接,铝基面紧贴支架面盖表面散热;PC灯罩宽度方向的横切面是长方形凹槽加一个半圆,发光灯条放置在长方形凹槽里,PC灯罩宽度方向两外侧各有一宽边,宽边上面放置有若干磁铁,整个LED日光灯被PC灯罩上的若干磁铁吸附在支架面盖上。本发明省去了原LED日光灯散热器,且有很好的互换性和维修性,当LED日光灯有故障时,只需更换发光灯条或直流电源,降低了LED日光灯的成本,对促进LED日光灯的推广意义重大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯,特别是涉及一种旧灯改造用LED日光灯。
背景技术
LED日光灯显著地节电效果与长寿命是公认的,但其高于节能灯3-5倍价格阻碍了LED日光灯的推广,从技术上降低LED日光灯的生产成本是当务之急。LED日光灯的光衰和使用寿命与发光IC片的工作温度密切相关,降低发光IC片的工作温度是减少光衰和延长使用寿命重要途径。现有技术的每个LED日光灯都有铝制散热器,散热器的成本约占LED日光灯成本的1/4。另一方旧日光灯支架用薄铁皮制成且表面积不小,是良好的散热器,如果用旧日光灯支架作为LED日光灯的散热器,不仅能保证LED日光灯的散热效果,还降低了LED日光灯的成本,促进了LED日光灯的推广。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磁力安装型LED日光灯是以磁力将灯体吸附在旧日光灯支架面盖上,利用支架作为散热器的LED日光灯;它由发光灯条、直流电源、PC灯罩、磁铁组成,发光灯条是长条形焊有发光IC的铝基线路板,铝基面紧贴旧日光灯支架面盖的表面散热,发光灯条的电源输入为长度方向一端焊有的两个平扁插头,分别按正、负与直流电源两输出端的平扁插座电路连接;PC灯罩由奶白色PC塑料薄片压制而成,除了使光线柔和的功能外,还有固定灯体的功能,PC灯罩宽度方向的横切面是长方形凹槽加一个半圆,长方形凹槽用于放置发光灯条且凹槽深度与铝基线路板厚度相等,PC灯罩宽度方向两外侧各有一宽边,宽边底面紧贴支架面盖表面,宽边边上面放有若干磁铁,整个LED日光灯被吸附在旧日光灯支架面盖上。
本发明的有益效果:
1,本发明利用旧的日光灯支架作为散热器,省去了原LED日光灯的散热器,降低了LED日光灯的成本,有利于LED日光灯的普及推广。
2、本发明的LED日光灯有很好的互换性和维修性,当LED日光灯有故障时,只需更换发光灯条或直流电源,其它零件能反复使用,降低了后续购买LED日光灯的成本,节能环保。

具体实施方式:
本发明的技术适用于铁质支架的T10、T8单管、双管和多管吸顶栅格日光灯的改造,图1为本发明的LED日光灯安装在旧日光灯支架上宽度方向的截面图。以T8单管日光灯为例:安装时先拆去旧灯管插座,把支架面盖外表面擦拭干净、刮去凸起物;将发光灯条一端的平扁插头按正、负插入直流电源的两输出插座内,将发光灯条放置在PC灯罩的长方形凹槽里,发光IC片朝PC灯罩的半圆,PC灯罩底面和发光灯条的铝基面紧贴面盖表面,将磁铁均布放置在PC灯罩两侧的宽边上,将LED日光灯的直流电源输入端接上220V电源即可。双管和多管灯的安装方法同上,重要的是要让发光灯条的铝基面与支架面盖表面紧密接触,保证散热效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种磁力安装型LED日光灯,由发光灯条、PC灯罩、直流电源、磁铁组成;其特征在于:发光灯条是长条形焊有发光IC的铝基线路板,其电源输入为长度方向的一端焊有的两个平扁插头,分别按正、负与直流电源两输出端的平扁插座电路连接;PC灯罩宽度方向的横切面是长方形凹槽加一个半圆,发光灯条放置在长方形凹槽里,且凹槽深度与铝基线路板厚度相等;PC灯罩宽度方向两外侧各有一宽边,两宽边底面和发光灯条的铝基面紧贴旧日光灯支架面盖表面散热;PC灯罩两宽边上面放置有若干磁铁,整个LED日光灯被PC灯罩上的若干磁铁吸附在旧日光灯支架面盖上。
