Description

一种可前维护的通道照明灯及机柜
本申请要求以下中国专利申请的优先权:于2021年02月20日提交中国专利局的申请号为202120385474.8、发明创造名称为“一种可前维护的通道照明灯及机柜”的中国专利申请。上述专利申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开属于照明技术领域,具体涉及一种可前维护的通道照明灯及机柜。
背景技术
封闭通道的模块化数据中心,由于行业内通常规定对内部照度不低于500lx,难以借用楼宇照明达到此要求,所以需要给通道内配置照明灯。目前常见的方案是直接将照明灯安装于封闭组件天窗的正下方或侧下方。由于照明灯外置,照明供电线路的布设会影响通道内整体的视觉效果,有些厂家为了避免此问题,会选择采用嵌入式的照明安装形式,同时为了不影响外观,多采用在照明灯背面螺钉安装的方式。这就导致了当照明灯老化损坏时,需要维护人员从外侧爬到机柜顶部,拆换损坏的照明灯。然而,当前市场的IT服务器机柜,由于竞争激烈,顶盖承重能力多有不足,通常不允许踩踏顶盖;同时,机柜顶部需要布设IT设备的网线、供配电线、光纤等线缆,在维护时通常是不能影响设备运行的。因此,人员在顶部维护,无论对人和对设备都有很大的风险。
发明内容
本公开要解决的技术问题是提供一种既可以免于登高在线维护又不影响封闭通道整体美观性的可前维护的通道照明灯及机柜。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开提供的技术方案为:
一种可前维护的通道照明灯,包括灯支架和安装在所述灯支架上的照明灯体;所述照明灯体包括用于发光的灯条和灯罩,所述灯条固定安装在所述灯罩内;所述可前维护的通道照明灯还包括用于将所述照明灯体安装到所述灯支架上的快速安装组件,包括相互匹配的第一组件和第二组件,所述第一组件固定安装在所述照明灯体上,所述第二组件固定安装在所述灯支架上。
进一步地,所述灯支架包括用于安装所述照明灯体的灯体安装面和机柜安装面,所述灯体安装面和机柜安装面之间具有夹角A。
进一步地,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中两者之一为卡舌,两者另一为卡舌槽,所述卡舌与卡舌槽相适应。
进一步地,所述卡舌槽由间隔设置的两个碰珠形成。

实施例1
请参照图1,为本公开的一较佳实施例,该可前维护的通道照明灯包括灯支架2和安装在所述灯支架2上的照明灯体1;所述照明灯体1包括用于发光的灯条11和灯罩12,所述灯条11固定安装在所述灯罩12内;所述可前维护的通道照明灯还包括用于将所述照明灯体1安装到所述灯支架2上的快速安装组件,包括相互匹配的第一组件和第二组件,所述第一组件固定安装在所述照明灯体1上,所述第二组件固定安装在所述灯支架2上。以下对上述各个组成部分分别作进一步详细介绍。
照明灯体1由灯条11与灯罩12组装而成,灯条11安装在灯罩12上后,与灯罩12形成一个整体。
灯支架2用于将照明灯体1安装在机柜的顶板3上。如图1所示,灯支架2主要包括灯体安装面25和机柜安装面26。其中,机柜安装面26水平设置,用于与机柜的顶板3固定连接。灯体安装面25用于固定安装照明灯体1,灯体安装面25上开设有与照明灯体1的形状和尺寸相适应的缺口27。灯体安装面25由机柜安装面26的一个侧边开始向斜上方延伸,并且与机柜安装面26之间具有夹角A。快速安装组件用于将所述照明灯体1安装到所述灯支架2上,具体地所述快速安装组件包括相互匹配的第一组件和第二组件。其中,所述第一组件固定安装在所述照明灯体1上,所述第二组件固定安装在所述灯支架2上。
如图2所示,在本申请的一个优选实施例中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中两者之一为卡舌121,两者另一为卡舌槽(图中未示出),所述卡舌121与卡舌槽相适应。具体地,第一组件可以为卡舌121,此时第二组件为卡舌槽,所述卡舌槽由间隔设置的两个碰珠22形成。当将灯罩12按入灯支架2时,碰珠22被卡舌121挤压,卡舌121进入预设的卡舌槽内,完成锁紧。当拆卸维护时,撬动灯罩12时,卡舌121又会从卡舌槽脱出,从而完成正面快速拆卸。
可以理解的是,本申请不限制卡舌121和卡舌槽的数量,卡舌121和卡舌槽可以有一个,也可以有多个,只要成对出现即可。
如图3所示,在本申请的另一个优选实施例中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中两者之一包括磁铁块124,两者另一包括由磁性材料制成的磁性块24,所述磁铁块124与磁性块24相适应。具体地,第一组件可以包括磁铁块124,此时第二组件包括由磁性材料制成的磁性块24。磁性块24可以是先用磁性材料制成,再固定安装在灯支架2上;也可以使灯支架2由磁性材料制成,此时整个灯支架2都相当于磁性块24。当照明灯体1靠近灯支架2时,磁铁块124与磁性块24快速吸合固定在一起。
可以理解的是,本申请不限制磁铁块124和磁性块24的数量,磁铁块124和磁性块24可以有一个,也可以有多个,只要成对出现即可。磁铁块124的形状可以是块状,也可以是珠状或条状。
优选地,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中两者之一还包括挂钩123,两者另一还包括挂钩槽23,所述挂钩123与所述挂钩槽23相适应。具体地,第一组件可以还包括挂钩123,此时第二组件还包括挂钩槽23。
可以理解的是,本申请不限制挂钩123和挂钩槽23的数量,挂钩123和挂钩槽23可以有一个,也可以有多个,只要成对出现即可。
优选地,挂钩123设置在灯罩12的上半部,磁铁块124设置在灯罩12的下半部。当把灯罩12按入灯支架2时,挂钩123先导向进入挂钩槽23内,进行初步定位,以达到正确的安装位置,之后磁铁块124将灯罩12与灯支架2吸合。当拆卸维护时,撬动灯罩12时,灯罩12的磁铁块124与灯支架2分离,照明灯体1下侧悬空,此时可以将照明灯体1直接取下。
为了方便撬动灯罩12,所述灯罩12上设有迷你钩122。所述迷你钩122既可以呈钩状,也可以呈凸起或凹槽状。
为了方便快速给灯条11通电,所述灯支架2上设有用于使所述灯条11与电源连接在一起的照明供电端子21。灯支架2将照明供电端子21引伸到灯支架2后方。
实施例2
如图4所示,该实施例中的机柜包括顶板3、前门板4和实施例1中所述的可前维护的通道照明灯。考虑避免登高操作,将所述灯支架2固定安装在所述顶板3上,所述照明灯体1倾斜向下朝向所述前门板4,以照亮前门板4及前门板4前方的空间。
为了保证照明经济性,将可前维护的通道照明灯设计成了斜向下的直射入射角度(灯条11的出射面与顶板3之间的夹角A)。灯罩12与灯支架2之间设计了快速安装组件,同时为了实现正面维护,灯条11的接口采用快速对插接口,正面安装时,只需直接与照明供电端子21对插,将照明灯体1按入灯支架2内,即可完成安装。需要维护照明灯时,用一字螺丝刀或圆珠笔撬动迷你钩122,照明灯体1即可取下。由于所述的可前维护的通道照明灯在机柜的顶板3安装,灯罩2下方为视觉盲区,当不需要维护时,迷你钩122几乎是不可见的,是一种隐蔽设计,因此并不影响封闭通道的整体视觉效果。

  1. 一种可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,包括灯支架(2)和安装在所述灯支架(2)上的照明灯体(1);所述照明灯体(1)包括用于发光的灯条(11)和灯罩(12),所述灯条(11)固定安装在所述灯罩(12)内;所述可前维护的通道照明灯还包括用于将所述照明灯体(1)安装到所述灯支架(2)上的快速安装组件,包括相互匹配的第一组件和第二组件,所述第一组件固定安装在所述照明灯体(1)上,所述第二组件固定安装在所述灯支架(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,所述灯支架(2)包括用于安装所述照明灯体(1)的灯体安装面(25)和机柜安装面(26),所述灯体安装面(25)和机柜安装面(26)之间具有夹角A。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,所述卡舌槽由间隔设置的两个碰珠(22)形成。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中两者之一包括磁铁块(124),两者另一包括由磁性材料制成的磁性块(24),所述磁铁块(124)与磁性块(24)相适应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中两者之一还包括挂钩(123),两者另一还包括挂钩槽(23),所述挂钩(123)与所述挂钩槽(23)相适应。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,所 述灯罩(12)上设有迷你钩(122)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,其特征在于,所述灯支架(2)上设有用于使所述灯条(11)与电源连接在一起的照明供电端子(21)。
  9. 一种机柜,包括顶板(3)和前门板(4),其特征在于,还包括权利要求1-8任意一项所述的可前维护的通道照明灯,所述灯支架(2)固定安装在所述顶板(3)上,所述灯条(11)倾斜向下朝向所述前门板(4)。
