本实用新型涉及LED灯具技术领域,具体地说是一种LED陶瓷灯杯。
背景技术
     现有技术的灯杯体积较小散热不足,导致功率仅在3W,造成亮度达不到卤素灯杯20W的灯杯,给一些更换传统灯杯的的客户增加了麻烦,要重新加装灯架才能达到以往亮度。为解决这一缺陷,只能运用陶瓷散热器,陶瓷散热器导热系数(20℃)高达20 W/(m-K)~30W/(m-K),远比普通导热材料的导热系数高,因此在功率器件散热要求非常苛刻的条件下得到了广泛的应用。由于陶瓷可适应高温、高压、高磨损、强腐蚀的恶劣工作环境,符合欧盟ROHS环保标准,同时能满足电源产品在各种场合的应用要求。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种总功率达到6W的高亮度LED陶瓷灯杯,光效超过普通的卤素灯。
实现以上实用新型目的的技术方案如下:LED陶瓷灯杯,包括陶瓷灯体、陶瓷电源盒、电源、铝基板、LED光源、透镜支架、透镜,所述陶瓷灯体跟陶瓷电源盒采用氧化铝陶瓷注浆而成;其散热导热性能比滑石瓷高10倍左右,所以利用氧化铝陶瓷充当LED灯杯的散热器其效果更加。采用针角焊接至电源AC端,将针角插入陶瓷电源盒底部孔位置。
     进一步,LED陶瓷灯体与陶瓷电源盒利用单组分室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封。
进一步,LED光源采用3W功率,焊接至铝基板用螺丝固定至陶瓷灯体。
进一步,透镜利用透镜支架进行固定,将透镜支架用螺丝固定到陶瓷灯体,透镜设置卡扣,直接卡入透镜支架。
本实用新型将电源两只插脚插入电源盒底部孔位置,利用单组分室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封,其优点在于固定牢靠、耐高温、导热性能好。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
     如图1所示LED陶瓷灯杯,包括陶瓷灯体1、陶瓷电源盒2、电源3、铝基板4、LED光源5、透镜支架6、透镜7、所述陶瓷灯体1跟陶瓷电源盒2是用氧化铝陶瓷注浆而成。将MR16的针角焊接至电源3 AC端,将MR16的针角插入陶瓷电源盒2底部孔位置,利用单组分室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封,其优点在固定牢靠、耐高温、导热性能好。LED陶瓷灯体1与陶瓷电源盒2利用单组分室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封。LED光源5采用3W大功率 焊接至铝基板4用螺丝固定至陶瓷灯体。透镜7利用透镜支架6进行固定,先将透镜支架6用螺丝固定到陶瓷灯体1,透镜7设计有卡扣,直接卡入透镜支架7即可。本实用新型未详述部分均为公知技术,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型技术方案范围内进行的通常变化或替换都应包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.LED陶瓷灯杯,包括陶瓷灯体、陶瓷电源盒、电源、铝基板、LED光源、透镜支架、透镜,其特征在于:所述陶瓷灯体跟陶瓷电源盒采用氧化铝陶瓷注浆而成;采用的针角焊接至电源 AC端,将针角插入陶瓷电源盒底部孔位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED陶瓷灯杯,其特征在于:LED陶瓷灯体与陶瓷电源盒利用单组分室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED陶瓷灯杯,其特征在于:LED光源采用3W功率,焊接至铝基板用螺丝固定至陶瓷灯体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED陶瓷灯杯,其特征在于:透镜利用透镜支架进行固定,将透镜支架用螺丝固定到陶瓷灯体,透镜设置卡扣,直接卡入透镜支架。
