技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED球泡灯，特别是一种LED球泡灯散热结构。
背景技术
LED是一种半导体固体发光器件，它是利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料，在半导体中通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射，直接发出红、黄、蓝、绿、青、橙、紫、白色的光，LED具有体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、高亮度、低热量以及环保等优点。但是，由于LED单个发光面比较窄，通常需要大规模集成在线路板上，形成一个比较大的发光源，但由此会造成大量热量积累，有时会击穿电路板。而目前传统LED球泡灯均为平面发光，发光角度一般只能做到180°-240°。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决背景技术中的问题，提供一种一种LED球泡灯散热结构。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种LED球泡灯散热结构，包括灯头、LED灯珠、双面电路陶瓷板、PC灯罩，双面电路陶瓷板的下侧端部与灯头的上端连接，若干LED灯珠焊接于双面电路陶瓷板的两侧板面上，所述PC灯罩呈管状，其轴向的两侧设有嵌口，PC灯罩通过嵌口卡接于双面电路陶瓷板上，且所述LED灯珠均位于所述PC灯罩内。
对于本实用新型的一种优化，两块双面电路陶瓷板十字交叉构成十字电路陶瓷板，若干LED灯珠均焊接于靠近十字电路陶瓷板的中心，所述PC灯罩的轴向四周设有四道嵌口，PC灯罩通过嵌口套设于十字电路陶瓷板上并且各LED灯珠均位于PC灯罩内。
本实用新型与背景技术相比，具有结构简单，制作方便，利用陶瓷导热且绝缘的原理，制成出一种双面电路陶瓷板，若干LED灯珠焊接到双面电路陶瓷板上，PC灯罩将各LED灯珠聚集于灯罩内，将双面电路陶瓷板不带电部分穿过PC灯罩并伸入PC灯罩外的空气中散热，带电部分则内置于PC灯罩内，防止触电。

具体实施方式
实施例1：参照图1和2。一种LED球泡灯散热结构，包括灯头1、LED灯珠3、双面电路陶瓷板21、PC灯罩4，双面电路陶瓷板21的下侧端部与灯头1的上端连接，若干LED灯珠3焊接于双面电路陶瓷板21的两侧板面上，所述PC灯罩4呈管状，其轴向的两侧设有嵌口41，PC灯罩4通过嵌口41卡接于双面电路陶瓷板21上，且所述LED灯珠3均位于所述PC灯罩4内。
实施例2：参照图1和2。在实施例1的基础上，两块双面电路陶瓷板21十字交叉构成十字电路陶瓷板2，若干LED灯珠3均焊接于靠近十字电路陶瓷板2的中心，所述PC灯罩4的轴向四周设有四道嵌口41，PC灯罩4通过嵌口41套设于十字电路陶瓷板2上并且各LED灯3珠均位于PC灯罩4内。即若干LED灯珠3焊接于十字电路陶瓷板2上，PC灯罩4将各LED灯珠3聚集于PC灯罩4内，将十字电路陶瓷板2不带电部分穿过PC灯罩4并伸入PC灯罩4外的空气中散热，带电部分则内置于PC灯罩4内，防止触电。

1.一种LED球泡灯散热结构，其特征在于包括灯头、LED灯珠、双面电路陶瓷板、PC灯罩，双面电路陶瓷板的下侧端部与灯头的上端连接，若干LED灯珠焊接于双面电路陶瓷板的两侧板面上，所述PC灯罩呈管状，其轴向的两侧设有嵌口，PC灯罩通过嵌口卡接于双面电路陶瓷板上，且所述LED灯珠均位于所述PC灯罩内。
2.根据权利要求1所述LED球泡灯散热结构，其特征是：两块双面电路陶瓷板十字交叉构成十字电路陶瓷板，若干LED灯珠均焊接于靠近十字电路陶瓷板的中心，所述PC灯罩的轴向四周设有四道嵌口，PC灯罩通过嵌口套设于十字电路陶瓷板上并且各LED灯珠均位于PC灯罩内。
