本实用新型的目的是提出一种散热良好的LED光管。本实用新型的LED光管包含电源、灯体和灯体两端的灯座,所述灯体内设置有LED灯板,LED灯板上装有多个LED灯,特别是所述灯体是由透明或半透明的材料制成的透光罩和由金属制成的散热座两部分组成,所述散热座设置有散热片,所述LED灯板的底面紧贴散热座的顶面,LED灯板与散热座之间涂有导热胶,所述电源为设置在灯体外部的电源适配器,所述电源适配器有导线或导电柱穿过灯体并与灯体内的LED灯电连接。本实用新型的LED光管通过采用设置散热座、电源外置等措施,有效减少光管内部的发热,降低了整个光管工作时的温度,延长了LED的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种以LED为光源的光管。
背景技术
在目前的照明技术中,使用发光二极管照明的光管已经逐渐得到了消费者的认可,相比于传统的荧光灯,它具有能耗低、无频闪、寿命长、无污染的优点,代表了绿色照明的发展方向。但是现有的LED光管,特别是大功率的LED光管,因为在工作时LED灯以及电源等会产生较多的热量,使光管的温度很高,对LED的使用寿命有很大的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种散热良好的LED光管。
本实用新型的LED光管包含电源、灯体和灯体两端的灯座,所述灯体内设置有LED灯板,LED灯板上装有多个LED灯,特别是所述灯体是由透明或半透明的材料制成的透光罩和由金属制成的散热座两部分组成,所述散热座设置有散热片,所述LED灯板的底面紧贴散热座的顶面,LED灯板与散热座之间涂有导热胶,所述电源为设置在灯体外部的电源适配器,所述电源适配器有导线或导电柱穿过灯体并与灯体内的LED灯电连接。
将LED灯板的底面紧贴散热座的顶面,LED灯板与散热座之间涂有导热胶,可以最大限度的将LED灯产生的热量通过与LED灯板紧贴的散热座散发出去。
所述散热座设置有散热片,这样可以改善散热的效果。
所述电源为设置在灯体外部的电源适配器,所述电源适配器有导线或导电柱穿过灯体并与灯体内的LED灯电连接。所述电源适配器包含壳体和设置在壳体内部的电路板,所述壳体利用绝缘胶密封。将电源设置在灯体外部,可以使电源所产生的热量不会积聚在灯体内部,因此可以降低灯体内的温度。
所述散热座外侧设置有凹部,所述电源适配器设置在灯体的凹部处,这样电源适配器与光管的灯体就结合为一个整体,方便光管的安装。
所述透光罩与散热座之间利用卡槽固定,使得透光罩与散热座之间安装方便,并且也利于光管日后维修时的拆卸。所述卡槽可以设置在透光罩或散热座的两侧。
本实用新型的LED光管通过采用设置散热座以及将电源部分设置在灯体外部等措施,有效减少光管内部的发热,降低了整个光管工作时的温度,延长了LED的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例的大功率LED光管包含电源1、灯体2和灯体2两端的灯座3,所述灯体2内设置有LED灯板4,LED灯板4上装有多个LED灯5,其特征在于所述灯体2是由透明或半透明的材料制成的透光罩6和由金属制成的散热座7两部分组成,所述散热座7设置有散热片71,所述LED灯板4的底面紧贴散热座7的顶面,LED灯板4与散热座7之间涂有导热胶8,所述电源1为设置在灯体2外部的电源适配器,所述电源适配器有导线或导电柱穿过灯体2并与灯体2内的LED灯5电连接。所述电源适配器包含壳体和设置在壳体内部的电路板,所述壳体利用绝缘胶密封。
LED灯板4与散热座7之间涂有导热胶8,这样可以最大限度的将LED灯5产生的热量通过与LED灯板4紧贴的散热座7散发出去。
所述散热座7设置有散热片71,这样可以改善散热的效果。
将电源1设置在灯体2的外部,可以使电源1所产生的热量不会积聚在灯体2内部,因此可以降低灯体2内的温度。
所述散热座7外侧设置有凹部73,所述电源适配器设置在散热座7的凹部73处。这样电源适配器与光管的灯体2就结合为一个整体,方便光管的安装。
所述透光罩6与散热座7之间利用设置在散热座两侧的卡槽72固定,所述散热座7的侧边设置有卡槽72,所述透光罩6的侧边设置有向内弯折的折边61,使得透光罩6与散热座7之间安装方便,并且也利于光管日后维修时的拆卸。
本实用新型的LED光管通过采用设置散热座以及将电源部分设置在灯体外部等措施,有效减少光管内部的发热,降低了整个光管工作时的温度,延长了LED的使用寿命。

1、一种LED光管,包含电源、灯体和灯体两端的灯座,所述灯体内设置有LED灯板,LED灯板上装有多个LED灯,其特征在于所述灯体是由透明或半透明的材料制成的透光罩和由金属制成的散热座两部分组成,所述散热座设置有散热片,所述LED灯板的底面紧贴散热座的顶面,LED灯板与散热座之间涂有导热胶,所述电源为设置在灯体外部的电源适配器,所述电源适配器有导线或导电柱穿过灯体并与灯体内的LED灯电连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED光管,其特征在于所述电源适配器包含壳体和设置在壳体内部的电路板,所述壳体利用绝缘胶密封。
3、根据权利要求2所述的LED光管,其特征在于所述散热座外侧设置有凹部,所述电源适配器设置在散热座的凹部处。
4、根据权利要求3所述的LED光管,其特征在于所述透光罩与散热座之间利用卡槽固定。
5、根据权利要求4所述的LED光管,其特征在于所述散热座的侧边设置有卡槽,所述透光罩的侧边设置有向内弯折的折边。
