背景技术
随着LED 技术的不断发展, LED作为白炽灯的替代产品开始广泛地应用于各种普通照明领域。LED具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点,属于节能的绿色环保照明,因此以LED 为光源的LED 灯也不断涌现,现有的LED 灯通常采用U型灯管或者球泡形式,直接在灯管内安装LED 光源,没有散热结构,这种方式的LED灯会产生大量热量,由于散热效果差,导致光效低和寿命短,无法满足正常照明的需要。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有LED灯散热效果差、寿命短等问题,本实用新型提供了一种U形节能灯。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种U形节能灯,灯头与上塑件连接,上塑件下方安装散热塑件,散热塑件下方安装下塑件,下塑件上设有至少一个灯管。
所述上塑件上设有孔。
本实用新型的U形节能灯,在上塑件和下塑件之间安装散热塑件,并且在上塑件上设有散热孔,能有效散热,延长了LED的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的U形节能灯结构如图1和图2所示,一种U形节能灯,灯头1与上塑件3连接,灯头1采用铁基镀镍材料制成,上塑件3下方安装散热塑件4,上塑件3内部安装电路板,散热塑件4下方安装下塑件5,上塑件3和下塑件5用塑料制成,散热塑件4内部为金属板,外部为塑料层。下塑件5上设有至少一个U形灯管6,上塑件3上设有孔2,孔2用于散热;灯管6内部设有LED,LED安装于下塑件5上,LED与电路板连接。
在上塑件3和下塑件5之间安装散热塑件4,并且在上塑件3上设有散热孔2,能有效散热,延长了LED的使用寿命;并且能适应宽电压要求,无频闪,对电网无污染,绿色环保节能;发光效率高 ,发热量小。

1.一种U形节能灯,其特征在于:灯头(1)与上塑件(3)连接,上塑件(3)下方安装散热塑件(4),散热塑件(4)下方安装下塑件(5),下塑件(5)上设有至少一个灯管(6)。
