本实用新型涉及一种散热型LED灯,属于LED照明技术领域。
背景技术
目前,LED灯具具有节能、亮度高、寿命长等诸多优点,逐渐替代白炽灯、日光灯等成为新一代的照明光源。当然其也有其不足之处,主要的问题在于如果LED灯具的散热效果较差时会导致LED芯片的温度迅速上升影响其寿命甚至会出现烧毁,因此解决LED灯具的散热是灯具具备长寿命的前提。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,散热效果好,并且成本低廉的散热型LED灯。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案是:一种散热型LED灯,包括反射杯和安装在反射杯内的LED发光组,反射杯由导热材料成型而成,反射杯具有中空的散热腔,LED发光组位于散热腔内,反射杯的下部安装有散热片,散热片的下方设置有多个散热风扇。
采用了上述技术方案后,LED发光组与反射杯中内部紧贴,能够有效的将热量传递到反射杯,而反射杯的壁体形成的散热腔具有较大的表面积,有利于其与空气进行充分的换交热,另外,散热片和散热风扇的配合,进一步加强了散热效果,降低了LED灯工作温度,增加LED灯的使用寿命,减少亮度衰减,本结构的LED灯结构简单,实施成本也较低廉。

为了使本实用新型的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种散热型LED灯,包括反射杯1和安装在反射杯1内的LED发光组2,反射杯1由导热材料成型而成,反射杯1具有中空的散热腔(1-1,LED发光组2位于散热腔1-1内,反射杯1的下部安装有散热片3,散热片3的下方设置有多个散热风扇4。
LED发光组2与反射杯1中内部紧贴,能够有效的将热量传递到反射杯1,而反射杯1的壁体形成的散热腔1-1具有较大的表面积,有利于其与空气进行充分的换交热,另外,散热片3和散热风扇4的配合,进一步加强了散热效果,降低了LED灯工作温度,增加LED灯的使用寿命,减少亮度衰减,本结构的LED灯结构简单,实施成本也较低廉。
