背景技术
[0002] 随着科技的高速发展,人们研究发现LED作为灯的光源,它和传统路灯光源比较 有许多优点,但通常的LED光源都存在一个散热难题,目前在大多LED路灯中采用模组(散 热器)式进行散热,这种散热方式为将LED芯片贴于单个模组上,将LED芯片上的热量传导 于模组之上,再辐射至空气中,以达到为LED芯片散热的目的;现有模组散热技术受制于成 本及空间的限制,散热面积一般不会很大,造成散热量较低,散热不充分,目前这种散热技 术存在的主要缺点有,散热不充分,散热效果不理想,难满足大功率路灯的照明需求,另产 品加工困难复杂,工艺繁多,同时,目前影响LED灯具散热技术主要原因为模组的材质和散 热面的大小这两个因素。
发明内容
[0003] 针对目前主流的LED路灯散热技术,本实用新型克服上述散热技术的不足,提供 一种高效散热、装配便捷、环保节能,通过加大模组的散热面积,大大提高LED灯具的散热 效果的一种LED散热模组。
