本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具,特别是一种LED弹头烛泡。
背景技术
LED灯由于其节能效应从而越来越多的被接受,而LED灯的寿命与其散热效果成正比关系,散热效果越好,则其使用寿命越长,特别是对于大功率LED灯。现有的LED灯一般通过铸铝底座,利用金属材料的特性,并在其底座表面增加沟槽达到提高散热面积的效果,这种方法均为被动散热,效果一般。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种散热效果好,使用寿命长的LED弹头烛泡。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的LED弹头烛泡,它主要包括连接座、灯座和发光体,是所述的灯座设置在连接座的上部,发光体设置在灯座上部,所述的灯座外侧面设有通孔,该通孔均布在灯座外侧表面。这种结构的特点在于利用底座周围的通孔,实现烟囱效应,增强散热效果。
为了进一步的提高LED弹头烛泡的寿命,所述的发光体为蓝光发光片,在发光体上设有荧光粉外罩。通过较大面积的荧光粉外置调节光源色彩,同时提高发光体与空气接触的空间,提高散热效果。
为了控制LED弹头烛泡的外形,控制生产成本,所述的灯座为圆柱形,灯座的外围设圆锥形的裙围,裙围通过均布与灯座外表面的楔形块与灯座固定连接,两个楔形块之间的空间为所述的通孔。其中所述的灯座、楔形块以及裙围可以一体铸铝形成的。
本实用新型所得到的LED弹头烛泡,结构设计合理,通过在灯座外围设置通孔形成烟囱效应,使得气流在通孔内由下往上的流动,形成主动散热,另外这种结构也进一步增加了散热面积。同时,用发光片和荧光粉外罩的结果替代以往的发光芯片-荧光粉-硅胶的结果,增加了发光片与空气的接触空间,从而使得发光片能迅速散热。综上所述,这种LED弹头烛泡,具有散热效果凸出,使用寿命长地特点。

如图1、图2所示,本实施例描述的LED弹头烛泡,它主要包括连接座1、灯座2和发光体3,所述的灯座2设置在连接座1的上部,发光体3设置在灯座2上部,所述的灯座2外侧面设有通孔6;所述的发光体3为蓝光发光片,在发光体3上设有荧光粉外罩4;所述的灯座2为圆柱形,灯座2的外围设圆锥形的裙围5,裙围5通过均布与灯座2外表面的楔形块7与灯座2固定连接,两个楔形块7之间的空间为所述的通孔6。其中所述的灯座2、楔形块7以及裙围5可以一体铸铝形成的。
