本实用新型涉及LED灯具技术领域，尤其涉及一种LED照明灯。
背景技术
现有的一些日常照明式LED灯结构组件虽简单，但会引起边框结构的不稳固，灯具不能长久使用，灯具及其发光配件不能随意拆卸或更换，特别是当发光元件部分损坏时，需要将元件线路板全部更换，因而无形中增加了使用成本；此外，一些高档的LED照明灯虽弥补了管式灯具常见的问题，但耗材成本偏高，一旦损坏则很难维护。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷，本实用新型提供一种易于安装及维护、结构稳固、生产成本较低、部件可方便更换的LED照明灯，以解决现有同类产品的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种LED照明灯，包括LED发光单元、散热铝管及LED驱动单元，所述LED发光单元安装于散热铝管安装槽内部并且两侧设置灯管端盖，LED发光单元上侧安装透明PC罩；所述LED发光单元由发光组件与铝基板叠加组成，所述发光组件的发光面由硅胶与荧光粉的混合物组成，所述LED发光组件中设有芯片层。
本实用新型所述的LED照明灯的有益效果为：通过设置LED发光单元便于更换，降低了维护成本；边框结构稳固、灯具可长久使用、灯具及其发光配件能随意拆卸或更换。

具体实施方式
如图1与图4所示，本实用新型实施例所述的LED照明灯，包括LED发光单元2、散热铝管4及LED驱动单元5，所述LED发光单元2两侧设置灯管端盖1并且安装于散热铝管4安装槽内部，LED发光单元2上侧安装透明PC罩3，所述散热铝管4为条形结构其外侧设置若干散热槽，LED驱动单元5穿入铝支架8内部并固定再与两侧的支架端盖6连接。
如图2所示，本实用新型实施例所述的LED照明灯，所述LED发光单元2由发光组件2-1与铝基板2-2叠加组成，所述发光组件2-1的发光面由硅胶与荧光粉的混合物组成。
如图3所示，本实用新型实施例所述的LED照明灯，所述LED发光单元2中设有芯片层7，便于更换LED发光单元，降低了维护成本。

1.一种LED照明灯，包括LED发光单元(2)、散热铝管(4)及LED驱动单元(5)，其特征在于：所述LED发光单元(2)安装于散热铝管(4)安装槽内部并且两侧设置灯管端盖(1)，LED发光单元(2)上侧安装透明PC罩(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯，其特征在于：所述LED发光单元(2)由发光组件(2-1)与铝基板(2-2)叠加组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED照明灯，其特征在于：所述发光组件(2-1)发光面由硅胶与荧光粉的混合物组成，所述发光单元(2)中设有芯片层(7)。
