Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种LED灯具,包括散热器、电源、若干个LED光源,电源与LED光源电连接;电源安装在散热器上,散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔。LED灯具设有转接头组件,转接头组件包括第一转接头、第二转接头,第一转接头、第二转接头通过齿形结构可旋转活动连接,第一转接头固定在散热器上,使用时第二转接头与外界固定。LED灯具还包括透镜模组板,透镜模组板罩在LED光源上并由防水圈密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,该透镜模组板固定于散热器底面。透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜。本实用新型LED灯具散热性能好,可方便调节角度,采用防水与光学一体式设计,结构简洁,防水效果好,而且照明范围大,安全性高,可广泛应用于照明。

技术领域
本实用新型属于灯具领域,具体涉及一种LED灯具。
背景技术
现有的LED灯具不便于空气对流,不便于热空气的及时排出,散热性能不佳。
另外,整体结构是固定死的,无法方便调节角度。
此外,现有LED灯具的透镜是一个个单独个体,由玻璃板隔开透镜与外界的接触,虽然达到了防水目的,但结构不简洁。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热性能佳、可方便调节角度、结构简洁、光照效果佳的LED灯具,有效地解决现有技术中散热性能不佳、无法方便调节角度、结构不简洁、光照效果不佳等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED灯具,包括散热器、电源、若干个LED光源,所述电源与所述LED光源电连接;所述电源安装在散热器上,所述散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔,形成对流,便于热交换,散热性能好。
优选地,所述散热器设有若干散热片,散热片之间有间隙,可加快散热。
优选地,所述LED灯具设有转接头组件,转接头组件一端固定在散热器上,使用时另一端与外界固定,如固定在墙上。
优选地,所述转接头组件包括第一转接头、第二转接头,第一转接头固定在散热器上并与第二转接头可旋转活动连接,使用时第二转接头与外界固定。
优选地,所述第一转接头、第二转接头设有齿形结构,第一转接头、第二转接头通过齿形结构可旋转活动连接,可方便调节角度。
优选地,所述第一转接头通过硅胶垫固定在散热器上,第一转接头通过硅胶圈与第二转接头可旋转活动连接。
优选地,所述LED灯具还包括透镜模组板、铝基板,所述LED光源均布于所述铝基板上,铝基板固定于散热器底面;所述透镜模组板中透镜个数与LED光源个数相等,透镜模组板罩在LED光源上并由防水圈密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,该透镜模组板固定于散热器底面。该结构采用防水与光学一体式设计,简洁大方。
优选地,所述透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜,使光散开照在更大范围的区域。
优选地,所述散热器的材料是铝或铜等,可加快散热。
优选地,所述电源设有避雷装置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)LED灯具的散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔,形成对流,便于热交换,并且设有若干散热片,散热片之间有间隙,可加快散热,散热性能好;
2)LED灯具设有包括第一转接头、第二转接头的转接头组件,第一转接头、第二转接头通过齿形结构可旋转活动连接,可方便调节角度。
3)LED灯具包括透镜模组板,该透镜模组板采用防水与光学一体式设计,简洁大方,不用玻璃板把透镜与外界隔开,就能达到很好的防水效果;
4)透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜,可产生适用于大角度范围照明的偏配光,使光散开照射,照明范围大;
5)由于电源设有避雷装置,增加了安全性,提高了LED灯具的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,本实用新型LED灯具主要包括散热器1、电源2、若干个LED光源3,电源2与LED光源3电连接;电源2安装在散热器1上,可由电源压条4固定,并由电源盒盖5、电源盒硅胶圈6盖住;散热器1设有使散热器上下部连通的孔101,形成对流,便于热交换,散热性能好。散热器1可设有若干散热片102,散热片102之间有间隙,可加快散热。散热器1的材料可以是铝或铜等,能加快散热。
LED灯具设有转接头组件,转接头组件一端固定在散热器上,使用时另一端与外界固定。转接头组件包括第一转接头7、第二转接头8,第一转接头7固定在散热器1上并与第二转接头8可旋转活动连接,使用时第二转接头8与外界固定,如固定在墙上。第一转接头7、第二转接头8设有齿形结构701、801,第一转接头7、第二转接头8通过齿形结构可旋转活动连接,可方便调节角度。第一转接头7通过硅胶垫9固定在散热器1上,第一转接头7通过硅胶圈10与第二转接头8可旋转活动连接。
LED灯具还包括透镜模组板11、铝基板12,所述LED光源3均布于铝基板12上,如可均布焊接于铝基板12上,铝基板12固定于散热器1底面;透镜模组板11中透镜1101个数与LED光源3个数相等,透镜模组板11罩在LED光源3上并由防水圈13密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,透镜模组板11固定于散热器1底面。该结构采用防水与光学一体式设计,简洁大方,不用玻璃板把透镜与外界隔开,就能达到很好的防水效果。
透镜模组板11中透镜1101可采用偏配光透镜,可产生适用于大角度范围照明的偏配光,使光散开,照明区域范围大。
为了加强LED灯具的防雷击效果,增加安全性,提高LED灯具的使用寿命,所述电源2可设有避雷装置(图中未示出)。
本实用新型LED灯具散热性能好,可方便调节角度,采用防水与光学一体式设计,结构简洁,防水效果好,而且照明范围大,安全性高,寿命长。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED灯具,包括散热器、电源、若干个LED光源,所述电源与所述LED光源电连接;其特征在于,所述电源安装在散热器上,所述散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器设有若干散热片,散热片之间有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具设有转接头组件,转接头组件一端固定在散热器上,使用时另一端与外界固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述转接头组件包括第一转接头、第二转接头,第一转接头固定在散热器上并与第二转接头可旋转活动连接,使用时第二转接头与外界固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述第一转接头、第二转接头设有齿形结构,第一转接头、第二转接头通过齿形结构可旋转活动连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述第一转接头通过硅胶垫固定在散热器上,第一转接头通过硅胶圈与第二转接头可旋转活动连接。
7.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括透镜模组板、铝基板,所述LED光源均布于所述铝基板上,铝基板固定于散热器底面;所述透镜模组板中透镜个数与LED光源个数相等,透镜模组板罩在LED光源上并由防水圈密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,该透镜模组板固定于散热器底面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器的材料是铝或铜。
10.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源设有避雷装置。
