本实用新型公开了一种LED灯具,包括散热器、电源、若干个LED光源,所述电源与所述LED光源电连接;所述电源安装于散热器背部,电源盒罩住所述电源并固定于所述散热器背部。所述电源盒一端与散热器背部一端通过转轴活动连接,电源盒另一端与散热器背部另一端由紧固件固定。所述LED灯具还包括透镜模组板,透镜模组板罩在LED光源上并由防水圈密封。所述散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔。本实用新型LED灯具易于拆装,简洁大方,防水效果好,散热性能好,可广泛应用于照明领域。

本实用新型属于灯具领域,具体涉及一种LED灯具。
背景技术
散热性能不佳,密封性较差,而且光照不均。
现有的LED灯具,其电源不好拆装,一旦需要检测、维修或更换,需要把灯具的上盖和下盖打开才能取出电源,比较麻烦,费时较多。
另外,现有LED灯具的透镜是一个个单独个体,由玻璃板隔开透镜与外界的接触,虽然达到了防水目的,但结构不简洁。
此外,现有LED灯具,散热性能不佳。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种易于拆装电源、结构简洁、散热性能佳、光照效果佳的LED灯具,有效地解决现有技术中电源拆装不方便、结构不简洁、散热性能不佳、光照效果不佳等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED灯具,包括散热器、电源、若干个LED光源,所述电源与所述LED光源电连接;所述电源安装于散热器背部,电源盒罩住所述电源并固定于所述散热器背部。
优选地,所述电源盒一端与散热器背部一端活动连接,电源盒另一端与散热器背部另一端由紧固件固定。
优选地,所述电源盒一端与散热器背部一端是通过转轴活动连接。
优选地,所述电源盒设有使LED灯具安装在墙上的安装孔。
优选地,所述LED灯具还包括透镜模组板、导热板,所述LED光源均布于所述导热板上,导热板固定于散热器底面;所述透镜模组板中透镜个数与LED光源个数相等,透镜模组板罩在LED光源上并由防水圈密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,该透镜模组板固定于散热器底面。
优选地,所述透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜。
优选地,所述散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔,形成对流,便于热交换,散热性能好。
优选地,所述散热器设有若干散热片,散热片之间有间隙,可加快散热。
优选地,所述散热器的材料是铝或铜等,可加快散热。
优选地,所述电源设有避雷装置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)LED灯具的电源安装于散热器背部,电源盒一端与散热器背部一端活动连接,可方便打开,易于拆装电源;
2)LED灯具包括透镜模组板,该透镜模组板采用防水与光学一体式设计,简洁大方,不用玻璃板把透镜与外界隔开,就能达到很好的防水效果;
3)透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜,可产生适用于大角度范围照明的偏配光,使光散开照射,照明范围大;
4)散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔,形成对流,便于热交换,散热性能好;
5)由于电源设有避雷装置,增加了安全性,提高了LED灯具的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,本实用新型LED灯具主要包括散热器1、电源2、若干个LED光源3,电源2与LED光源3电连接,电源2安装于散热器背部101,电源盒4罩住电源2并固定于散热器背部101。电源盒4一端与散热器背部101一端活动连接,如通过转轴5活动连接,电源盒4另一端与散热器背部101另一端由紧固件(图中未示出)固定。这样设计可方便打开电源盒,易于拆装电源。
为了使LED灯具安装在墙上,所述电源盒4可设有使LED灯具安装在墙上的安装孔401。
所述LED灯具还包括透镜模组板6、导热板7,所述LED光源3均布于导热板7上,如可均布焊接于导热板7上,导热板7固定于散热器底面102,透镜模组板6中透镜601个数与LED光源3个数相等,透镜模组板6罩在LED光源3上并由防水圈8密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,透镜模组板6固定于散热器底面102。该透镜模组板6采用防水与光学一体式设计,简洁大方,不用玻璃板把透镜与外界隔开,就能达到很好的防水效果。
所述透镜模组板中透镜601是偏配光透镜,可产生适用于大角度范围照明的偏配光,使光散开,照明区域范围大。
所述散热器1可设有使散热器1上下部连通的孔103,这样形成对流,便于热交换,散热性能好;另外,散热器1可设有若干散热片104,散热片104之间有间隙,可加快散热。散热器1的材料可以是铝或铜等,能加快散热。
为了加强LED灯具的防雷击效果,增加安全性,提高LED灯具的使用寿命,所述电源2可设有避雷装置(图中未示出)。
本实用新型LED灯具易于拆装,简洁大方,防水效果好,照明范围大,散热性能好,安全性高,寿命长。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED灯具,包括散热器、电源、若干个LED光源,所述电源与所述LED光源电连接;其特征在于,所述电源安装于散热器背部,电源盒罩住所述电源并固定于所述散热器背部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源盒一端与散热器背部一端活动连接,电源盒另一端与散热器背部另一端由紧固件固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源盒一端与散热器背部一端是通过转轴活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源盒设有使LED灯具安装在墙上的安装孔。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括透镜模组板、导热板,所述LED光源均布于所述导热板上,导热板固定于散热器底面;所述透镜模组板中透镜个数与LED光源个数相等,透镜模组板罩在LED光源上并由防水圈密封且一个透镜罩住一个LED光源,该透镜模组板固定于散热器底面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述透镜模组板中透镜是偏配光透镜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器设有使散热器上下部连通的孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器设有若干散热片,散热片之间有间隙。
9.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器的材料是铝或铜。
10.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源设有避雷装置。
