一种LED路灯灯壳,由上边框、下边框和安装在上下边框之间的拉伸式散热片组成。上边框上开有排气孔和散热通道,下边框上开有进气孔;拉伸式散热片上开设有容置区,电源放置在此容置区内,并扣合固定有电源盖板。本实用新型的优点是:1、由于将电源放置在灯壳体内,因此结构简单、占用的空间小,利于推广使用。2、由于在上边框上开有排气孔和散热通道及电源紧固于盖板之上,因此散热效果好,不易损坏,从而延长LED路灯的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种灯壳,特别涉及一种LED路灯灯壳。
背景技术:
随着LED功率的大幅度提升,LED作为光源在照明领域得到普遍的应用。目前LED路灯灯壳主要分为冲压成型和拉伸成型两种形式。其中,由于拉伸成型可通过改变截取长度来变化灯具款式,因此逐步占据主导地位。但是由于这种拉伸式灯壳的空间有限,不能将电源防止其内,因此限制了LED路灯的使用。并且这种灯壳使高功率的LED灯发出的热量不能很好地散发,容易导致LED灯的亮度下降甚至损坏,从而缩短了LED路灯的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就在于客服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单、散热效果好,并且可延长LED路灯使用寿命的LED路灯灯壳。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种LED路灯灯壳,由上边框、下边框和安装在上下边框之间的拉伸式散热片组成,其特征在于:上边框上开有排气孔和散热通道,下边框上开有进气孔;拉伸式散热片上开设有容置区,电源放置在此容置区内,并扣合固定有电源盖板。
上述电源紧固于盖板上,中间涂有导热硅脂层,加大了电源的有效散热面积。
上述电源盖板的上表面有若干个凸起部,下表面设有两个凸起部,电源固定安装在这两个凸起部之间。
本实用新型的优点是:1、由于将电源放置在灯壳体内,因此结构简单、占用的空间小,利于推广使用。2、由于在上边框上开有排气孔和散热通道,及电源与盖板的紧密结和。因此散热效果好,不易损坏,从而延长LED路灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
一种LED路灯灯壳,由上边框1、下边框2和安装在上下边框之间的拉伸式散热片3组成。上边框上开有排气孔4和散热通道5,下边框上开有进气孔6;拉伸式散热片上开设有容置区7,电源放置在此容置区内,并扣合固定有电源盖板8。上述电源盖板的上表面有若干个凸起部9,下表面设有两个凸起部10,电源固定安装在这两个凸起部之间处11。上述电源盖板和电源之间可涂有导热硅脂层,从而加大了电源的有效散热面积。

1.一种LED路灯灯壳,由上边框、下边框和安装在上下边框之间的拉伸式散热片组成,其特征在于:上边框上开有排气孔和散热通道,下边框上开有进气孔;拉伸式散热片上开设有容置区,电源放置在此容置区内,并紧固于电源盖板之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯壳,其特征在于:上述电源盖板和电源紧固为一体,中间涂有导热硅脂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯壳,其特征在于:上述电源盖板的上表面有若干个凸起部,下表面设有两个凸起部,电源固定安装在这两个凸起部之间。
