本实用新型涉及一种散热器,尤其是涉及一种LED路灯的散热器。该散热器由上散热板与下散热板构成,上散热板呈弧面形,下散热板的两侧带有立边,两侧立边的上沿与上散热板连接,上散热板与下散热板构成通口柱状;上散热板与下散热板的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板上的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板的长度方向一致,下散热板的下表面为LED安装面。与现有同类产品相比,本实用新型产品的散热性能大幅度提升,而生产成本基本保持不变。

本实用新型涉及一种散热器,尤其是涉及一种LED路灯的散热器。 
背景技术
与传统路灯相比,LED路灯具不仅具有色度好、免维护、寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统路灯节能。对于LED路灯来说,散热是最大的难题。传统的LED路灯的散热部件是一块散热板,有效散热面积较小,容易导致热量积累过多,从而使得LED路灯存在光衰严重的质量问题。也有部分LED路灯生产厂家在LED散热问题上采用热管等一些较高端技术,采用热管技术虽然能够提高散热效率,但是产品生产成本就过高了。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种LED路灯的散热器,应用于LED路灯,目的在于在保证较低生产成本的前提下大幅度提高LED路灯的散热效率,确保LED路灯的使用效果及使用寿命。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED路灯的散热器,由上散热板与下散热板构成,上散热板呈弧面形,下散热板的两侧带有立边,两侧立边的上沿与上散热板连接,上散热板与下散热板构成通口柱状;上散热板与下散热板的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板的长度方向一致,下散热板的下表面为LED安装面。该LED光源散热器整体散热面积大,并能够实现空气自对流,导风散热的效果极佳。 
进一步地说,所述上散热板上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与上散热板的长度方向垂直。配合下散热板上表面的沿下散热板长度方向的散热翅片,这样的设计结构更能够提高散热器整体的导风散热效率。 
为进一步提高散热器的导风散热效果,上散热板开有导风孔。 
下散热板两侧的立边也开设导风孔,如此,空气流可以从导风孔侧向进出散热器进行热交换。 
所述的上散热板与下散热板由铝型材一体挤压成型。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的LED路灯的散热器与现有同类产品相比,本实用新型LED路灯的散热器的散热性能大幅度提升,而生产成本基本保持不变。

具体实施方式
一种LED路灯的散热器,如图1、图2、图3所示,其由上散热板1与下散热板2构成,上散热板1呈弧面形,下散热板2的两侧带有立边2-1,两侧立边2-1的上沿与上散热板1连接,上散热板1与下散热板2构成通口柱状;上散热板1与下散热板2的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板2上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板的长度方向一致,下散热板2的下表面为LED安装面。 
上散热板1上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与上散热板的长度方向垂直。上散热板1开设导风孔,下散热板2两侧的立边也开设导风孔。上散热板1与下散热板2由铝型材一体挤压成型。 
该LED路灯的散热器整体散热面积大,并能够实现空气自对流,导风散热的效果极佳。

1.一种LED路灯的散热器,其特征在于:由上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)构成,上散热板(1)呈弧面形,下散热板(2)的两侧带有立边(2-1),两侧立边(2-1)的上沿与上散热板(1)连接,上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)构成通口柱状;上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板(2)上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板(2)的长度方向一致,下散热板(2)的下表面为LED安装面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯的散热器,其特征在于:所述上散热板(1)上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与上散热板(1)的长度方向垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯的散热器,其特征在于:上散热板(1)开有导风孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯的散热器,其特征在于:下散热板(2)两侧的立边(2-1)也开有导风孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯的散热器,其特征在于:所述的上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)由铝型材一体挤压成型。
