Abstract

本发明涉及一种散热器,尤其是涉及一种大功率LED光源散热器。该散热器由上散热板与下散热板构成,上散热板呈弧面形,下散热板的两侧带有立边,两侧立边的上沿与上散热板连接,上散热板与下散热板构成通口柱状;上散热板与下散热板的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板上的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板的长度方向一致,下散热板的下表面为LED安装面。该散热器应用于大功率LED灯具中,且尤其适用于LED路灯灯具中。与现有同类产品相比,本发明产品的散热性能大幅度提升,而生产成本基本保持不变。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热器,尤其是涉及一种大功率LED光源散热器。
背景技术
近年来,LED以其节能高效、安全性可靠性高、使用寿命长等诸多优点得到社会的认可和日益广泛的应用,尤其是近几年白光大功率LED在照明行业的应用,使LED的应用领域有了更进一步的发展。LED封装技术的发展日新月异,但其后期应用却没有达到理想的应用条件,原因是广大LED灯具生产厂家在灯具设计过程中所采用的方案不够合理。由于LED光源在发光的同时会产生大量的热,如不能及时有效散热,堆积在LED光源周围的热量将致使光源快速衰减、能耗增加,从而影响LED灯的稳定性及使用寿命。因此,大功率LED照明灯具在设计时须要尤其重视其散热问题,须为LED光源提供良好的散热平台。目前有部分LED灯具厂家在LED散热问题上采用热管等一些较高端技术,采用热管技术虽然能够提高散热效率,但是产品生产成本就过高了。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种大功率LED光源散热器,应用于大功率LED灯具,目的在于在保证较低生产成本的前提下大幅度提高LED光源的散热效率,确保LED光源的使用效果及使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种大功率LED光源散热器,由上散热板与下散热板构成,上散热板呈弧面形,下散热板的两侧带有立边,两侧立边的上沿与上散热板连接,上散热板与下散热板构成通口柱状;上散热板与下散热板的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板的长度方向一致,下散热板的下表面为LED安装面。该LED光源散热器整体散热面积大,并能够实现空气自对流,导风散热的效果极佳。
进一步地说,所述上散热板上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与上散热板的长度方向垂直。配合下散热板上表面的沿下散热板长度方向的散热翅片,这样的设计结构更能够提高散热器整体的导风散热效率。
为进一步提高散热器的导风散热效果,上散热板开有导风孔。
下散热板两侧的立边也开设导风孔,如此,空气流可以从导风孔侧向进出散热器进行热交换。
所述的上散热板与下散热板由铝型材一体挤压成型。
本发明的有益效果是:该大功率LED光源散热器应用于大功率LED灯具中,且尤其适用于LED路灯灯具中。与现有同类产品相比,本发明产品的散热性能大幅度提升,而生产成本基本保持不变。

具体实施方式
一种大功率LED光源散热器,如图1、图2、图3所示,其由上散热板1与下散热板2构成,上散热板1呈弧面形,下散热板2的两侧带有立边2-1,两侧立边2-1的上沿与上散热板1连接,上散热板1与下散热板2构成通口柱状;上散热板1与下散热板2的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板2上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板的长度方向一致,下散热板2的下表面为LED安装面。
上散热板1上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与上散热板的长度方向垂直。上散热板1开设导风孔,下散热板2两侧的立边也开设导风孔。上散热板1与下散热板2由铝型材一体挤压成型。
该LED光源散热器整体散热面积大,并能够实现空气自对流,导风散热的效果极佳。

Claims (5)

1.一种大功率LED光源散热器,其特征在于:由上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)构成,上散热板(1)呈弧面形,下散热板(2)的两侧带有立边(2-1),两侧立边(2-1)的上沿与上散热板(1)连接,上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)构成通口柱状;上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)的上表面均具有浪线形散热翅片,其中下散热板(2)上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与下散热板(2)的长度方向一致,下散热板(2)的下表面为LED安装面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED光源散热器,其特征在于:所述上散热板(1)上表面的散热翅片的延伸方向与上散热板(1)的长度方向垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED光源散热器,其特征在于:上散热板(1)开有导风孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED光源散热器,其特征在于:下散热板(2)两侧的立边(2-1)也开有导风孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED光源散热器,其特征在于:所述的上散热板(1)与下散热板(2)由铝型材一体挤压成型。
