背景技术
目前，LED作为作为半导体光源在照明方面得到了广泛的应用。但由于LED光源在工作过程中发热比较严重，并且过高的温度会影响到ＬＥＤ光源的使用寿命，因此如何能够提高散热效率是限制LED光源在路灯等大功率照明电器上应用的主要问题。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种用于LED路灯的散热外壳，结构简单，进一步提高LED路灯的散热效率。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种用于LED路灯的散热外壳，包括LED路灯外壳和控制器盒，LED路灯外壳表面设置多个散热鳍片，散热鳍片上表面为凸形，按V型依次排列，LED路灯外壳表面两侧开有多个弧形导风口，所述的控制器盒表面为褶皱状。
进一步，控制器盒材料使用塑料为材质。
本实用新型通过在LED路灯外壳表面设置多个表面为凸形的散热鳍片，并按照V型依次排列，并将控制器盒表面设置为褶皱状，增大了散热面积；同时在两侧开有多个弧形导风口，提高了空气流通，从而进一步提高散热效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示：为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种用于LED路灯的散热外壳，包括LED路灯外壳1和控制器盒2，LED路灯外壳1表面设置多个散热鳍片，散热鳍片上表面为凸形，按V型依次排列，LED路灯外壳1表面两侧开有多个弧形导风口，控制器盒2表面为褶皱状。为了保证轻便同时没有信号屏蔽效果，控制器盒2采用塑料为材质。
在使用过程中时，通过在LED路灯外壳表面设置多个表面为凸形的散热鳍片，并按照V型依次排列，并将控制器盒表面设置为褶皱状，增大了散热面积；同时在两侧开有多个弧形导风口，提高了空气流通，从而进一步提高散热效率。

1.一种用于LED路灯的散热外壳，包括LED路灯外壳（1）和控制器盒（2），其特征在于，所述的LED路灯外壳（1）表面设置多个散热鳍片，散热鳍片上表面为凸形，按V型依次排列，LED路灯外壳（1）表面两侧设置多个弧形导风口，所述的控制器盒（2）表面为褶皱状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于LED路灯的散热外壳，其特征在于，所述的控制器盒（2）材料使用塑料为材质。
