Abstract
本发明涉及一种组合型三维立体LED散热器。传统的大功率LED灯具用散热器结构均为在散热器下方安装芯片的方式,其有效散热基本依赖于散热器表面积。本发明设置两层薄板状的散热片,之间夹设薄片状的导热片;上层散热片的薄板上表面设置鳍片形突起;下层散热片的薄板两端设置折起片,折起片上设置有鼓起的曲面;集成LED芯片嵌设在翼形散热片的薄板中;鳍片形突起的截面为矩形或三角形;折起片和曲面上均设置有条形开槽。本发明采用了立体三维的散热片结构,增大了LED芯片的散热面积,设置导热片提高散热效率,有效延长了LED灯具的使用寿命。

[0001] 本发明属于LED灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种组合型三维立体LED散热器。
背景技术
[0002] 发光二极度管LED作为新一代绿色环保型固体照明光源,具有耗电量少、光色纯、 全固态、质量轻、体积小、环保等一系列的优点。LED发光时会有部分能量转化为热量,因此会使LED芯片温度升高。而温度对LED芯片的工作性能影响极大,高温会导致芯片出射的光子减少,色温质量下降,加快芯片老化,缩短器件寿命等严重的后果。因此为保证LED正常工作,必须将其散发出来的热量及时的散发出去。目前大功率LED芯片应用的越来越多, 据资料显示大功率LED只能将约10%〜15%的输入功率转化为光能,而将其余85%〜90%转化为热能。大功率的LED光源又分为两种类型,一种是阵列分布式大功率LED光源,它是将数个LED进行阵列分布布置。另一种是集成式大功率LED光源,将数颗LED集成封装在一起。这两种类型的LED灯具因LED芯片布置方式不同,在配光曲线、占用空间以及散热上面有所不同。相对来说,集成式大功率LED光源制成的灯具质量要轻,在封装材料方面用料要少,配光方面与阵列分布式大功率LED光源相比也可以达到路灯照明的要求,是以后的路灯发展趋势。但是因为散热相比阵列式要难,因此寿命缩短,成为阻碍集成式大功率LED光源发展的关键难题。
[0003] 传统的大功率LED灯具用散热器结构均为上方是鳍片式散热器下方安装芯片的方式,其有效散热基本依赖于散热器表面积。LED芯片的热量主要依靠散热器底板传导, 且永远是LED安装上方区域的温度远高于散热器边缘的温度,因为其热量须由LED芯片安装表面区域逐步向散热器边缘传导。而主流散热器均采用6063铝,其导热率一般不超过 200K/W。同时,在传统工艺中,散热器和LED芯片中间均涂抹有导热硅脂类材料,其导热率基本在几K/W和十几K/W之间。这样,就更加难以使LED芯片的热量通过散热器得以更加有效的传导。

[0011] 3、长寿命。传统散热器与芯片接触面大多采用硅脂等材料,具有一定的使用寿命。 而高效三维立体散热器采用高导热片保证散热器与芯片的有效接触,其性能稳定,耐腐蚀耐氧化,理论寿命为无限长。
[0012] 4、绿色环保。散热器所有材料100%可回收,不含有毒物质,不污染环境。
