本实用新型涉及LED路灯领域,具体是一种LED路灯用灯体。
背景技术
传统的市政照明灯具主要采用钠灯、汞灯、金卤灯或无极灯等,而这些灯的耗电量大,且寿命短,维护费用高,不利于环保。因此,采用LED灯具替代传统灯具已成为照明领域的一次改革。现有的LED路灯包括有灯体、设置于灯体上的光源和与灯体连接且相对光源的透光罩,由于LED路灯的光源较多,其热能散发较大,当热能较高时,极易损坏路灯,影响路灯的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED路灯用灯体,其散热性好,提高了路灯的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种LED路灯用灯体,包括灯壳和设置于灯壳内的出光面板,所述的灯壳的上设置有若干个平行排列的散热片,且散热片的外端位于灯壳外,内端位于灯壳内,内端的底部设置有与出光面板背面接触的导热凸台。
所述的出光面板为弧形面板,出光面板的出光面上设置有若干个呈矩阵排列的灯源安装槽。
所述的灯壳与透光罩连接处设置有用于安装密封圈的密封槽。
本实用新型的优点:
(1)、本实用新型在灯壳上设置散热片和导热凸台,充分将灯源产生的热能导出灯体外,提高了LED路灯的散热效果,保证了LED路灯的使用寿命;
(2)、本实用新型的出光面板为弧形面板,且光源安装呈矩阵排列,保证了LED路灯的出光效率大于75%,总透光率大于90%,最大程度地降低了光的损失,使光源发出的光得到充分的利用;此外,在有效照射区域内照度非常均匀,光斑边缘清晰,有效照射区域外几乎无杂光,没有不良眩光,不会造成光污染;
(3)、本实用新型在灯壳与透光罩连接处设置有用于安装密封圈的密封槽,密封圈的密封保证了LED路灯整体的防水密封性。

见图1、图2、图3,一种LED路灯用灯体,包括灯壳1和设置于灯壳1内的弧形出光面板2,出光面板2的出光面上设置有若干个呈矩阵排列的灯源安装槽5,灯壳1与透光罩连接处设置有用于安装密封圈的密封槽6,灯壳1上设置有若干个平行排列的散热片3,且散热片3的外端位于灯壳1外,内端位于灯壳1内,内端的底部设置有与出光面板2背面接触的导热凸台4。

1.一种LED路灯用灯体,包括灯壳和设置于灯壳内的出光面板,其特征在于:所述的灯壳的上设置有若干个平行排列的散热片,且散热片的外端位于灯壳外,内端位于灯壳内,内端的底部设置有与出光面板背面接触的导热凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯用灯体,其特征在于:所述的出光面板为弧形面板,出光面板的出光面上设置有若干个呈矩阵排列的灯源安装槽。
