本实用新型涉及照明灯具,尤其涉及一种LED泛光灯。
背景技术
泛光灯被广泛地运用于需要大面积照明和高亮度的场所,目前传统的泛光灯采用高压钠灯作为发光源,高压钠灯是高温发光的光源,使用高电压和大电流,功耗高,使用起来不是很安全,寿命也比较短,需要专门铺设电缆,要经常维护。

本实用新型是要解决现有技术中的上述缺陷,设计一种电压、温度低,能耗小,寿命长的LED泛光灯。
为解决所述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案是:一种LED泛光灯,包括灯源,设在泛光灯背面的散热器,与散热器固定连接的两侧盖,设在灯源四周的反射器,设在泛光灯正面的透光的前盖。所述灯源为LED灯,该灯直接固定在散热器上;所述散热器的顶部和底部分别弯折向前延伸至前盖处,散热器的横截面呈C字形。
在较佳实施例中,所述散热器顶部和底部的端面以及两侧盖的前端面构成一框状平面,该平面与所述前盖之间设有密封条,散热器顶部和底部上设有将前盖扣紧或松开的盖扣。所述反射器采用凹凸表面构造。所述散热器的背面设有多条散热筋。所述散热器的背面设有将泛光灯固定在支撑物上的悬挂装置4,使泛光灯相对支撑物的角度可调节。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型公开的LED泛光灯使用了比高压钠灯寿命更长和更加节能的绿色环保LED光源,降低了工作电压和温度,提高了光效,不仅节约了能源的消耗,更节约了维护的成本。适用场所广泛,可用于隧道道明。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出了本实用新型较佳实施例的外观结构,从图中可以看出其包括灯源,设在泛光灯背面的散热器1,与散热器固定连接的两侧盖,设在灯源四周的反射器,设在泛光灯正面的透光的前盖2。所述灯源为LED灯,该灯直接固定在散热器1上;散热器1的顶部和底部分别弯折向前延伸至前盖2处,散热器1的横截面呈C字形。
较优地,散热器1顶部和底部的端面以及两侧盖的前端面构成一框状平面,该平面与前盖2之间设有密封条,散热器1顶部和底部上设有将前盖扣紧或松开的盖扣3。在一个实施例中,散热器1顶部上开有半圆形的槽,两头圆形的连接铝条插入其中,连接铝条的另一个与前盖2固定,散热器1底部端头处设有卡扣,前盖2通过这样的连接可以转动,可以很方便的打开和扣合。反射器采用凹凸表面构造,就像橘皮表面的结构,以便使投射出来的光均匀。散热器采用导热性好的材料,并在其背面设有多条散热筋,以加强散热。LED灯直接固定在散热器1上,有利迅速的把热量导出。两个侧盖和散热器用螺丝连接固定。散热器的背面设有将泛光灯固定在支撑物上的悬挂装置4,使泛光灯相对支撑物的角度可调节。

1.一种LED泛光灯,包括灯源,设在泛光灯背面的散热器(1),与散热器固定连接的两侧盖,设在灯源四周的反射器,设在泛光灯正面的透光的前盖(2),其特征在于:所述灯源为LED灯,该灯直接固定在散热器(1)上;所述散热器(1)的顶部和底部分别弯折向前延伸至前盖(2)处,散热器(1)的横截面呈C字形。
2.如权利要求1所述的泛光灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)顶部和底部的端面以及两侧盖的前端面构成一框状平面,该平面与所述前盖(2)之间设有密封条,散热器(1)顶部和底部上设有将前盖扣紧或松开的盖扣(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的泛光灯,其特征在于:所述反射器采用凹凸表面构造。
4.如权利要求1所述的泛光灯,其特征在于:所述散热器的背面设有多条散热筋。
