Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一散热器及贴设于散热器底部的一发光二极管模组,该发光二极管模组容置在灯座内,一反射体置于灯座内并朝向发光二极管模组以将发光二极管模组发出的光反射到灯座外。该灯具内设置的反射体,使平面型的发光二极管模组产生立体的光源效果,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积,能满足用户多重角度的照明需要。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别涉及一种用于户外照明的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其进行散热,该二极管模组则呈水平贴置于所述散热器底部而成为平面光源。由于平面光源的照射方向单一,使灯具的照射面积有限,且不能提供多个照明角度的光源,很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可将平面光源转化为立体光源以增大照明面积的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一散热器及贴设于散热器底部的一发光二极管模组,该发光二极管模组容置在灯座内,一反射体置于灯座内并朝向发光二极管模组以将发光二极管模组发出的光反射到灯座外。
该灯具内设置的反射体,使平面型的发光二极管模组产生立体的光源效果,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积,同时还能满足用户多重角度的照明需要。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-3,本发明发光二极管灯具包括一灯座10、置于该灯座10上的一散热器20、贴设在散热器20底部表面上的发光二极管模组30及容置在灯座10内的灯罩40、反射体50和电路板60。发光二极管模组30发出的光可通过反射体50将其反射出灯罩40。
灯座10包括一基部12、一顶框16及四个连接基部12与顶框16的支柱14。基部12大致呈矩形,其四个侧边向上延伸具有一定的高度,从而形成四个侧壁(未标示)。基部12的中央设有一通孔121(见图3),基部12于其四个侧边的中间位置分别设有一个固定孔122。四个支柱14分别从基部12的四个角上向上并且向外倾斜延伸,并分别连接到顶框16的四个角上。顶框16的面积大于基部12的面积。顶框16上设有若干第一装配孔161。基部12、支柱14及顶框16共同围成一个容置空间(未标示)用以容置电路板60、反射体50、灯罩40及发光二极管模组30于其内。每两相邻的支柱14及对应的部分基部12和顶框16之间共同围成一个窗口142,发光二极管模组30发出的光可通过这些窗口142而透出灯座10外。灯座10的基部12在其大致中央位置向下延伸形成一个连接部18,该连接部18用于将该发光二极管灯具固定连接于一灯杆(图未示)上。
散热器20置于灯座10的顶框16上,其包括一基板21及置于基板21上表面上的若干散热鳍片22。位于基板21中央位置处的散热鳍片22的高度相同,其两侧的散热鳍片22高度则逐渐减小以使散热鳍片22整体成梯台状。与顶框16上的第一装配孔161相对应,在散热器20的基板12的各个侧边上开设有若干第二装配孔211以供固定件(图未示)通过从而将散热器20固定在顶框16上。
发光二极管模组30包括一矩形的基板及贴设在基板上呈矩阵式排列的发光二极管32。发光二极管模组30贴设在散热器20的基板21的下表面上。发光二极管模组30上还开设有若干螺孔以供螺钉(图未示)穿过以进一步将发光二极管模组30固定在散热器20的基板21上。
电路板60置于灯座10的基部12上。电路板60通过电线(图未示)与发光二极管模组30电性连接从而为发光二极管模组30提供电源及其他控制信号等。电路板60上的电线可穿过基部12上的通孔121与外部电源相连接。
反射体50置于电路板60之上。在本实施例中,反射体50呈一中空圆锥形,其顶端朝向发光二极管模组30,其底端朝向电路板60。从反射体50的内壁下端向下延伸出四个支脚51,该四个支脚51插入到基部12上的固定孔122内并通过固定件(未标示)将反射体50固定在基部12上。反射体50的外表面上涂有一层反光材料,因而发光二极管模组30发出的光可由反射体50的外表面反射到灯座10之外。可以理解地,在不同实施例中反射体50可以有不同的形状。例如,反射体50可以是多面体形,同样其顶端也朝向发光二极管模组30,其各个侧面可将发光二极管模组30发出的光以不同的角度反射到灯座10之外。
灯罩40与灯座10外形结构相似,从而刚好容置在灯座10内用以保护置于灯座10内的各个元件如反射体50等。灯罩40具有四个侧面,上下两端形成开口,且上端开口较下端开口大。灯罩40的每一侧面将灯座10的每一窗口142封闭起来,而其两相邻侧面的棱边则抵靠在支柱14上。灯罩40的下端抵靠在灯座10的基部12上,灯罩40的上端则与散热器20的基板21的下表面相抵靠。为使灯罩40的上、下端更好地与散热器20的基板21和灯座10的基部12相结合,在基板21和基部12的相应位置分别形成一个容置灯罩40的上、下端的容置槽214、124。在容置槽124、214内还分别设置有一防水垫片70,从而在该发光二极管灯具在户外使用时可防止雨水等从灯罩40的上下两端进入到灯座10内。这样可进一步地保护灯座10内的元件防止受到损害,延长发光二极管灯具的使用寿命。
灯罩40可用透明或半透明材料制成,如玻璃等,从而从反射体50反射而来的光可透过灯罩40。当灯罩40由半透明材料制成时,在发光二极管灯具外不能直接看到发光二极管模组30,发光二极管模组30发出的光可变得更为柔和,避免产生眩光效果。
该发光二极管灯具组装时,先将电路板60置于灯座10的基部12上,然后将反射体50置于电路板60上并固定在灯座10的基部12上,将灯罩40置于灯座10内。最后,将发光二极管模组30装设在散热器20上后,再将散热器20安装于灯座10的顶框16上。
请再参考图3,该发光二极管灯具工作时,发光二极管模组30由电路板60提供电源连接从而产生光线。如图3中的箭头所示,一部分光线可直接向下透过灯罩40照射到灯座10之外。另外一部分光线投射到反射体50上,经反射体50反射后到达灯座10之外。由于反射体50的外表面与发光二极管模组30相对倾斜,经反射体50同一竖直截面下的不同部位反射的光线可沿不同角度投射到灯座10之外,发光二极管模组30发出的光线在同一竖直截面下的照射角度增大,从而获得较大的照射面积。同时由于反射体50呈立体的圆锥状,经反射体50同一水平截面下的不同部位反射的光线可沿反射体50的轴向向外辐射,在水平方向上也能获得多重照明角度的光线,满足用户多重角度的照明需求。因此本发光二极管灯具采用的虽是平面型的发光二极管模组30,也仍然能获得较大照射角度的立体光源。与传统的发光二极管灯具相比,在采用相同发光二极管模组的前提下,本发明的发光二极管灯具具有更大的照射面积。
散热器20置于发光二极管模组30之上,可对发光二极管模组30进行散热,以保证发光二极管模组30处于正常的工作温度范围内,且散热器20结构简单,易于制造,可有效降低发光二极管灯具的成本。另外,散热器20置于发光二极管灯具的顶部,还同时能保护灯座10内的各个元件,避免雨水等杂物进入到灯座10内。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一散热器及贴设于散热器底部的一发光二极管模组,其特征在于:该发光二极管模组容置在灯座内,一反射体置于灯座内并朝向发光二极管模组以将发光二极管模组发出的光反射到灯座外。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体呈圆锥形,且反射体的顶端朝向发光二极管模组。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体呈多面体形,且反射体的顶端朝向发光二极管模组。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座包括一基部、一顶框及连接基部与顶框的若干支柱,所述散热器置于顶框上,所述反射体置于基部上,所述每两相邻支柱、顶框及基部共同围成供光通过的窗口。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基部与顶框均呈矩形,所述支柱由基部向上并向外倾斜延伸而成。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括容置在灯座内的一灯罩,该灯罩的底端抵靠在灯座的基部上,该灯罩的顶端抵靠于散热器的底部,该灯罩的各个侧面将各个窗口密封。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩由透明或半透明材料制成。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的底端与灯座的基部之间、灯罩的顶端与散热器的底部之间分别设有一防水垫片。
9.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座的基部向下延伸形成一用于固定发光二极管灯具的连接部。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括置于灯座内反射体下方的一电路板。
