本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的上述不足, 提供一种散热效果好、 灯光 分布合理的组合式 LED灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的: 一种组合式 LED灯, 包括带灯头的绝缘基座, 在绝缘 基座下部连接散热体, 在散热体下部设有导热柱, 在导热柱的外表面设有至少一块基板, 在 基板上设有至少一个 LED灯, 在导热柱外围设有透光灯罩, 所述的透光灯罩连接在散热体的 下部, 其中, 所述的绝缘基座一侧的散热体上表面还设有基板, 在基板上设有 LED灯。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中, 所述的导热柱外形为正多边形体, 在导热柱的各外表面上 均固定有基板。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中, 所述的绝缘基座与散热体之间还设有第二透光灯罩, 在散 热体上表面的 LED灯内侧还设有反射罩。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中, 所述的透光灯罩为筒形, 在透光灯罩下部连接另一个散热 体。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中, 所述的透光灯罩为筒形, 在透光灯罩下部连接有至少一组 由散热体、 导热柱、 基板、 LED灯和透光灯罩组成的另一灯体。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中,所述的透光灯罩下部的散热体下部还连接有第三透光灯罩, 在第三透光灯罩内的散热体底部还设有基板, 在基板上设有 LED灯。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中,所述的最下侧透光灯罩下部的散热体下部还连接有第三透 光灯罩, 在第三透光灯罩内的散热体底部还设有基板, 在基板上设有 LED灯。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中, 所述的导热柱表面设有轴向凹槽, 基板和 LED灯安装在 该轴向凹槽内; 所述的 LED灯外侧还可以设置二次光学匀光原件。
上述的一种组合式 LED灯中, 所述的 LED灯与透光灯罩或 LED灯与第三透光灯罩之间 还设有二次光学匀光原件。
本实用新型采用上述结构后, 通过在散热体上表面设置 LED灯, 可以使灯体的照射范围 更加合理, 特别适合作为台灯灯体使用; 本实用新型的结构简单, 在保持热量传递及散发的 效果的前提下, 进一步改善了光照效果。 附图说明

实施例 1
参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 本实用新型的一种组合式 LED灯, 包括带灯头的绝缘基座 1, 在 绝缘基座 1下部通过螺纹连接散热体 2, 在散热体 2下部通过螺纹连接有导热柱 3, 导热柱 3 外形为正六边形体, 在导热柱 3的六个表面上均固定有基板 4, 在每块基板 4上都设有五个 LED灯 5, 在导热柱 3外围设有 U形的透光灯罩 6, 透光灯罩 6通过螺纹连接在散热体 2的 下部, 在绝缘基座 1一侧的散热体 2上表面还一圈凹槽 2a, 在该凹槽 2a内设有基板 4, 在基 板 4上分布有多个 LED灯 5,在 LED灯 5外侧的玻璃透光板内侧设有二次光学匀光片作为二 次光学匀光原件 10, 以改善照明效果。 参阅图 3所示, 本实用新型的一种组合式 LED灯, 与实施例 1基本相同, 不同的地方是 在绝缘基座 1与散热体 2之间还设有第二透光灯罩 7, 在散热体 2上表面的 LED灯 5内侧还 设有反射罩 8, 通过反射罩 8将 LED灯 5的光线向外反射照明。
实施例 3
参阅图 4、 图 5所示, 本实用新型的一种组合式 LED灯, 是在实施例 1的基础上进行的 改进, 首先是将连接在上面散热体 2下部的透光灯罩 6改为筒形, 并且在该透光灯罩 6下部 连接另一个散热体 2; 还在下部的散热体 2下部还连接有第三透光灯罩 9, 在第三透光灯罩 9 内的散热体 2底部还设有基板 4, 在基板 4上设有 LED灯 5; 并且还在导热柱 3表面设有轴 向凹槽 3a, 基板 4和 LED灯 5安装在该轴向凹槽 3a内, 也在 LED灯 5外侧的玻璃透光板内 侧设有二次光学匀光片作为二次光学匀光原件 10, 以改善照明效果。
实施例 4
参阅图 6所示, 本实用新型的一种组合式 LED灯, 是在实施例 3的基础上, 再增加了一 组由散热体 2、 导热柱 3、 基板 4、 LED灯 5和透光灯罩 6组成的另一灯体。
实施例 5
参阅图 7所示, 本实用新型的一种组合式 LED灯, 其中的导热柱 3为正四边形, 在 LED 灯 5与透光灯罩 6之间还设有匀光透镜作为二次光学匀光原件 10,匀光透镜固定在基板 4上。
实施例 6
参阅图 8所示, 本实用新型的一种组合式 LED灯, 其中的导热柱 3为正三边形, 在 LED 灯 5与透光灯罩 6之间还设有二次光学匀光片作为二次光学匀光原件 10, 二次光学匀光片设 置在透光灯罩 6的内壁。
本实用新型的导热柱 3, 还可以采用正五边形或圆柱形等, 以满足不同的照明需要。本实 用新型的驱动可以安装在绝缘基座 1内,线路连接非常简单,可以保证 LED灯 5的正常使用。

权利要求书
1. 一种组合式 LED灯, 包括带灯头的绝缘基座 (1 ), 在绝缘基座 (1 ) 下部连接散热体 (2), 在散热体 (2) 下部设有导热柱 (3), 在导热柱 (3) 的外表面设有至少一块基板 (4), 在基板 (4) 上设有至少一个 LED灯 (5), 在导热柱 (3)外围设有透光灯罩 (6), 所述的透 光灯罩(6)连接在散热体(2)的下部, 其特征在于, 所述的绝缘基座(1 )一侧的散热体(2) 上表面还设有基板 (4), 在基板 (4) 上设有 LED灯 (5)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的导热柱 (3)外形为 正多边形体, 在导热柱 (3) 的各外表面上均固定有基板 (4)。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的绝缘基座 (1 ) 与散 热体 (2) 之间还设有第二透光灯罩 (7), 在散热体 (2) 上表面的 LED灯 (5) 内侧还设有 反射罩 (8)。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的透光灯罩 (6) 为筒形, 在透光灯罩 (6) 下部连接另一个散热体 (2)。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的透光灯罩 (6) 为 筒形, 在透光灯罩 (6) 下部连接有至少一组由散热体 (2)、 导热柱 (3 )、 基板 (4)、 LED 灯 (5) 和透光灯罩 (6) 组成的另一灯体。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的透光灯罩 (6) 下部 的散热体 (2) 下部还连接有第三透光灯罩 (9), 在第三透光灯罩 (9) 内的散热体 (2)底部 还设有基板 (4), 在基板 (4) 上设有 LED灯 (5)。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的最下侧透光灯罩(6) 下部的散热体 (2) 下部还连接有第三透光灯罩 (9), 在第三透光灯罩 (9) 内的散热体 (2) 底部还设有基板 (4), 在基板 (4) 上设有 LED灯 (5)。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 6所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的导热柱(3) 表面设有轴向凹槽 (3a), 基板 (4) 和 LED灯 (5) 安装在该轴向凹槽 (3a) 内。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6或 7所述的一种组合式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的
LED灯 (5)与透光灯罩 (6)或 LED灯 (5) 与第三透光灯罩 (9)之间还设有二次光学匀光 原件 (10)。
