Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一向下开口的灯壳、若干发光二极管模组、一反光体和封盖灯壳下端开口的一透镜,所述灯壳具有一圆锥壁,所述发光二极管模组贴置在所述圆锥壁的内侧面上,所述反光体容置在灯罩内并由圆锥壁的顶部向下逐渐缩小延伸。上述发光二极管模组的波纹面可提高透镜的折射率,以将发光二极管模组产生的照明灯光以更小的出射角折射到更远的地方来扩大发光二极管灯具的照明区域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在灯具内设置有与发光二极管模组接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,灯具的二极管模组一般是被水平贴置于散热器一侧而形成平面光源,此类平面光源不仅产生的热量比较集中同时其照射方向单一、照射面积也有限,而无法在灯具周围形成均匀的照明灯光,进而在很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射均匀的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一向下开口的灯壳、若干发光二极管模组、一反光体和封盖灯壳下端开口的一透镜,所述灯壳具有一圆锥壁,所述发光二极管模组贴置在所述圆锥壁的内侧面上,所述反光体容置在灯罩内并由圆锥壁的顶部向下逐渐缩小延伸。
上述发光二极管模组产生的照明灯光经反光体反射后以更小的出射角照射到更远的地方而扩大发光二极管灯具的照明区域。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-4,本发明一实施例中的发光二极管灯具用于为室内和户外一些特定的场合提供柔和均匀的照明灯光,该发光二极管灯具包括一灯壳10、固定在灯壳10顶部的一顶盖20、安装在灯壳10内的一反光体30、安装在灯壳10内壁的若干发光二极管模组40和与灯壳10底端结合而封装发光二极管模组40及反光体30的一灯盖50。
上述灯壳10由导热性能良好的材料如铝、铜等一体形成,该灯壳10外表呈圆台状,其内相应形成有圆台状容置空间,灯壳10包括一圆形顶部和半径大于顶部的圆形底端缘,该圆形底端缘内形成一圆形开口,该壳体10具有从顶部周缘向底端缘延伸的一圆锥壁12。该圆锥壁12外侧面上形成有若干散热鳍片120,所述散热鳍片120由灯壳10顶部向底端呈发散状延伸。该圆形顶部向下凹陷形成一容置部14,用于容置电子整流器等相关电子组件100,且该圆形顶部的底面对应向下凸伸形成一圆台状凸台16。该灯壳10在圆形顶部靠近周缘并环绕容置部14处均匀对称地开设有若干安装孔140,用于固定顶盖20。该凸台16位于灯壳10内空间的中心位置,凸台16由上向下逐渐缩小而在形成其锥面状倾斜外周面,该凸台16外周面与灯壳10圆锥壁12内侧面呈锐角倾斜。该灯壳10圆锥壁12外侧面水平向外延伸有一固定筒18,该固定筒18用于套设在固定杆(图未示)上以将发光二极管灯具固定。该固定筒18上开设有定位孔180,该定位孔180内穿置有固定件300,以将固定筒18与固定杆锁定在一起。该灯壳10的底端缘向内凸起形成若干固定凸部17,所述固定凸部17相互等距间隔且每一固定凸部17内开设一固定孔170,以固定灯盖50。该灯壳10的底端缘开设有一环形容置槽19,该容置槽19容置夹设在灯盖50与灯壳10底端缘之间的一防水垫圈400,以加强发光二极管灯具封装的密封性。
上述顶盖20外形呈圆锥状,其底端缘大小正好与灯壳10顶部周缘接合,顶盖20靠近底端缘处开设有若干穿孔22,以供螺钉300分别穿过穿孔22与灯壳10顶部上对应的安装孔140配合而将顶盖20固定在灯壳10上,并将相关电子元件100封盖在灯壳10的容置部14内。
上述反光体30为一外形呈圆台状的壳体,该反光体30紧套在灯壳10内的圆台状凸台16外表面上,该反光体30外周面为一呈倒圆锥面状的反光面32。
上述发光二极管模组40包括一侧贴设在灯壳10内壁的长条形电路板42和安装在电路板42另一侧的若干发光二极管元件44。发光二极管模组40贴设在灯壳10圆锥壁12的内侧面上,且沿圆锥壁12内侧面由内向外呈发散状排列。优选地,发光二极管模组40与灯壳10内侧面导热连接(例如采用导热胶粘结),以便将发光二极管模组40在工作时产生的热量传导至灯壳10,由灯壳10将热量散发出去。可以理解的是,在一些场合,发光二极管模组40也可以采用其他独立的散热元件进行散热,而不依赖于灯壳10的散热。
上述灯盖50包括封盖灯壳10底部开口的一透镜52和形成于透镜52周缘并与灯壳10底端缘结合的一环形结合缘54。该结合缘54上均匀对称地开设有若干透孔540,以供螺钉(如图4所示)穿过透孔540与灯壳10底端缘对应的固定孔170配合,而将灯盖50固定到灯壳10底端缘上。该透镜52的中心较其周缘低,其表面形成从透镜52中心呈圆环状倾斜向上的同时向周围延伸的波纹,所述圆环波纹与透镜52同圆心。所述波纹可提高透镜52的折射率,以将发光二极管模组40产生的照明灯光以更小的出射角折射到更远的地方来扩大发光二极管灯具的照明区域,同时透镜52上的波纹也会使发光二极管模组40产生的更多照明光被反射回去经反射体30二次反射后再折射出去,通过提高原始照明光的二次反射率,使发光二极管灯具提供的照明光更柔和均匀。
上述发光二极管灯具在使用时,发光二极管模组40均匀地贴设在灯壳10内壁并朝向反光体30及透镜52,发光二极管模组40产生的照明光有一部分经透镜52的波纹面反射到反光体30上,再通过反光体30二次反射后通过透镜52波纹面照射到地表面,在地表面产生一圈圈的特殊光照效果。此外,发光二极管模组40产生的热量被灯壳10直接吸收,然后通过灯壳10外侧的散热鳍片120散发出去,从而保证发光二极管模组40在安全的温度下工作。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一向下开口的灯壳、若干发光二极管模组、一反光体和封盖灯壳下端开口的一透镜,其特征在于:所述灯壳具有一圆锥壁,所述发光二极管模组贴置在所述圆锥壁的内侧面上,所述反光体容置在灯罩内并由圆锥壁的顶部向下逐渐缩小延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光体由灯壳顶部向下延伸,且反光体呈倒圆锥状。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述透镜表面形成有由透镜中心呈环状向周围延伸的波纹。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述透镜的中心较其周缘低,所述波纹由透镜中心向周围同时倾斜向上延伸。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述机壳采用导热性能良好的材料制成,其圆锥壁的外侧面形成有若干由灯壳顶部向底端延伸的散热鳍片,所述发光二极管模组与灯壳导热连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片由内向外发散延伸。
7.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括一侧贴设在圆锥壁内侧面的长条形电路板和安装在电路板另一侧的若干发光二极管元件,所述发光二极管模组由圆锥壁顶部向其底端延伸。
8.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳具有一圆形顶部,所述圆形顶部向下凹陷形成容置相关电子组件的一容置部,且该圆形顶部的底面对应向下凸伸形成一圆台状凸台,所述反光体套在凸台周面上。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一锥形顶盖,所述顶盖的底端与圆形顶部的周缘结合。
10.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳水平向外延伸有一固定筒,所述透镜周缘形成与灯壳底端缘结合的一环形结合缘。
