Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯体,该灯体包括一灯壳、一置于灯壳底部的透光镜、一置于灯壳与透光镜之间的散热器、安装于散热器上的发光二极管模组、以及置于灯壳与散热器之间的反光板,所述散热器呈筒状,该散热器由铜材料或铝材料制成,其中部具有上下贯通的通孔,该通孔穿过灯壳、透光镜与外界空气连通,所述发光二极管模组贴设于散热器的外壁。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具具有良好的散热效率及较佳的照明效果。

Description

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用在各个领域当中。但是,发光二极管工作时会产生大量的热量,这些热量如若得不到及时的散发,容易使发光二极管产生过热现象,进而导致其发光效率下降。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一板状的散热体及若干安装于散热体一侧的发光二极管。这些发光二极管均匀地排列于若干直线上。当发光二极管被点亮时,其产生的热量经由散热体散发至周围的空气当中。
但是,为了获得一较高的发光强度,这些发光二极管被集中地设置于一较小的区域,从而导致散热体上的热量分布不均,造成了热量的堆积,使其不能有效地进行换热,进而影响散热体的散热效率;且,由于这些发光二极管位于散热体的同侧,其所发出的光线只能从散热体的该侧向外辐射而出,发光角度有限,不能同时照亮灯具的四周围,照明效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热效率较高且照明效果较佳的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯体,该灯体包括一灯壳、一置于灯壳底部的透光镜、一置于灯壳与透光镜之间的散热器、安装于散热器上的发光二极管模组、以及置于灯壳与散热器之间的反光板,所述散热器呈筒状,该散热器由铜材料或铝材料制成,其中部具有上下贯通的通孔,该通孔穿过灯壳、透光镜与外界空气连通,所述发光二极管模组贴设于散热器的外壁。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的散热器的通孔贯穿整个灯体并与外界连通,可将其传输至整个散热器的热量迅速地散发至外界,从而避免了热量的堆积,进而提高了散热器的散热效率;且由于发光二极管模组围绕散热器外壁设置,可将光线通过反光板调整辐射,达到一较佳的照明效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具包括二灯体100及用于安装所述灯体100的一固定架200。每一灯体100呈中部上下贯穿的四棱台状。
请一并参阅图4-5,每一灯体100包括一连接固定架200的灯壳10、一安装于该灯壳10底部的透光镜80、一安装于灯壳10与透光镜80之间的散热器30及安装在散热器30上的发光二极管模组40。一反光板50安装于灯壳10与散热器30之间,以将发光二极管模组40发出的光线反射并穿出透光镜80,以达到照明的作用。
该灯壳10呈中空的四棱台状,包括一大致呈矩形的顶板11及自顶板11四边缘倾斜向下、向外延伸的侧壁12。该顶板11中部设有一通孔110,顶板11朝向通孔110均匀延伸有六凸耳112以固定连接散热器30。该顶板11底部于通孔110的周缘向下凸设若干固定柱116以固定反光板50。灯壳10的外表面一角落即二侧壁12的连接处底部设有一平行顶板11的连接板13及自连接板13内侧边缘垂直向上延伸的隔板14。该连接板13设有穿线孔133以及固定孔131,用于连接固定架200以将灯体100固定在固定架200上。若干三角形加强板16分别垂直连接连接板13与隔板14,以加强连接板13的强度。一盖体18对应安装在连接板13与隔板14的外侧边缘上,并与连接板13与隔板14共同形成一密封的腔室以收容连接灯体100与固定架200的电线(图未示)。
透光镜80由透明材质制成,以起透光保护的作用。该透光镜80呈矩形设置并且其一角落设有一缺口82。该透光镜80的外缘与灯壳10的底部边缘对应。透光镜80的中部设有一通孔810及围绕通孔810的若干凸耳812,以与顶板11的通孔110及凸耳112对应。
散热器30由铜、铝或其他热导性金属材料制成,在本实施例中该散热器30为铝挤型散热器。散热器30呈圆筒状设置,也可以根据需要设置呈椭圆筒状、多边形圆筒状、或者方形框体状。散热器30中部设有一轴向延伸的圆形通孔37,该通孔37上下贯穿整个散热器30,使气流能顺畅地流过。散热器30自其内壁向内放射性延伸若干散热片33,这些散热片33置于所述通孔37中并沿散热器30轴向延伸且其顶端与底端均与散热器30的顶端、底端平齐。散热器30内表面向内均匀延伸六连接肋35以对应灯壳10的顶板11的凸耳112。这些连接肋35平行设置于散热片33之间。散热器30的外侧面对应连接肋35凸设若干导热块39以供发光二极管模组40贴设。每一发光二极管模组40均包括一纵长的电路板42及安装于该电路板42的若干发光二极管44。
该反光板50呈中空四棱台状并与灯壳10形状相似。该反光板50包括一顶板51及自顶板51四边缘倾斜向下、向外延伸的侧壁52。顶板51中部设有一通孔510以对应套设散热器30以及发光二极管模组40。该顶板51的顶面于通孔510周缘凸设有四固定柱516以对应灯壳10的固定柱116,若干螺钉(图未示)穿过反光板50的固定柱516螺合在灯壳10的固定柱116中,以将反光板50固定在顶板51上。该反光板50的其中二侧壁52的连接处形成一隔板54以对应灯壳10的隔板14。
请再次参阅图5,灯体100组装时,先将反光板50对应固定在灯壳10内侧;然后将安装有发光二极管模组40的散热器30穿过发光板50的通孔510,使散热器30的上端抵靠在灯壳10上,若干螺钉穿过灯壳10的凸耳112螺合在散热器30的连接肋35,从而将散热器30安装在灯壳10上;最后,将透光镜80安装至灯壳10的底部,其凸耳812抵靠在散热器30的底部,并通过一环状的垫圈60贴设在透光镜80上以供螺钉(图未示)穿过垫圈60、透光镜80与散热器30的连接肋35螺合。一与透光镜80外边缘形状对应的垫圈70贴设在透光镜80的底部并通过螺钉(图未示)将垫圈70固定在灯壳10上。
请再次参阅图2-3,固定架200包括一呈杯状的主体部210及一上盖220。该主体部210为中空设置,包括四围壁211及一底板213。该底板213设有一中心孔215以连接一灯柱(图未示)。该上盖220呈矩形设置,其二相对角分别设有一穿线孔223及螺柱221,以对应每一灯体100的连接板13的穿线孔133以及固定孔131。每一灯体100固定安装在固定架200上后再将盖体18安装至灯体100上。
使用该发光二极管灯具时,当发光二极管44通电之后,其产生的热量经由导热块39传导至整个散热器30中,从而避免了热量的堆积。热量经由散热器30的散热片33散发至位于散热器30的通孔37的空气中。由于散热器30的通孔37与灯壳10的通孔110、透光镜80的通孔810上下连接外界,使得散热器30中部的受热的空气膨胀成密度较小的热空气,上升穿过灯壳10而离开散热器30;此时位于散热器30下部的冷空气穿过透光镜80的通孔810向上移动,进入散热器10内部;之后这部分空气吸收热量再度转变成热空气,从而持续地实现空气对流,不断地移除发光二极管灯具的热量。且由于发光二极管模组40围绕散热器30外壁设置,可将光线通过反光板50反射调整,从透光镜80射出,达到一较佳的照明效果。
综上所述,本发明发光二极管灯具的散热器30设置在灯体的中部并且上下贯通,可将贴设在散热器30周围的发光二极管40产生的热量迅速地传输至整个散热器30,通过上下自然对流迅速将热量散热至外部空气中,进而提高了散热器30的散热效率;且由于通过灯体100的一端的连接板13固定至固定架200上,使灯体100在不影响中部散热器30的空气流通的情况下很好地实现其安装,并能根据实际的需要调整固定架200上的灯体100的数量。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯体,该灯体包括一灯壳、一置于灯壳底部的透光镜、一置于灯壳与透光镜之间的散热器、安装于散热器上的发光二极管模组、以及置于灯壳与散热器之间的反光板,其特征在于:所述散热器呈筒状,该散热器由铜材料或铝材料制成,其中部具有上下贯通的通孔,该通孔穿过灯壳、透光镜与外界空气连通,所述发光二极管模组贴设于散热器的外壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器自其内壁延伸向内放射性延伸若干散热片,这些散热片置于所述散热器的通孔中。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器呈圆筒状设置。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳呈中空四棱台状,包括一顶板及自顶板四边缘倾斜向下、向外延伸的侧壁,所述散热器的顶端固定在该顶板底部。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述顶板中部设有一通孔,该顶板在该通孔的周缘延伸有若干凸耳以连接所述散热器的顶端。
6.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述透光镜的中部设有一通孔及围绕通孔的若干凸耳以连接所述散热器的底端。
7.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器呈多边形圆筒状设置。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括另一灯体及一安装所述二灯体的固定架,每一灯体的灯壳的一角上设有一连接板以固定在固定架上。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述固定架包括一呈杯状的主体部及一上盖,所述二灯体的连接板分别安装在上盖的相对两角。
