本实用新型涉及的是一种发光二极管灯具,尤指一种利用LED(Light Emitting Diodes)发光二极管的外缘设有复数个散热鳍片,可将其所产生的热量迅速排出的 发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
市面上各式各样的灯具中,投射灯长久以来一直占了相当固定的比例。尤其 是在各种电子省电灯泡取代传统日光灯管的同时,投射灯因为其所能提供的特殊 照明效果,而仍能在灯具市场上占有一席的地。不论在居家装潢的设计,以及各 式展场的设计或是餐厅的装潢,不可避免的都会利用投射灯来营造气氛,突显所 要展示的商品或装饰。由于投射灯的市场相当大,因此市场早已经将其大小规格 化,传统的投射灯,是使用110伏特的囟素投射灯泡,不但耗电量高,且容易发 热,相对的寿命也非常短,平均寿命只有几个月,在这个电价高涨的年代,不仅 非常不环保,且其所散发的高热也容易造成电线走火等危险意外。
是以,有鉴于此,曾有业者推出一种以LED为照明光源的投射灯,利用LED 的低耗电量等特性来改善传统囟素投射灯泡的缺陷。请参阅图l所示,图l为现 有的LED投射灯泡的外观示意图。其中,所述的现有的LED投射灯泡1是主要 由外壳11、电压转换单元12、以及LED单元13所组成。所述的LED单元13与 电压转换单元12是设在所述的金属制成的外壳11内。凭借所述的电压转换单元 12将原本110伏特的交流电转换成可提供LED单元13使用的直流电,使LED 单元13可以发光而达到投射效果。
前述现有的LED投射灯泡1结构,虽然相较在传统的卣素投射灯泡具有省电 环保的功效,但是同样的,使用LED单元13也会有散热的问题存在。因为要达 到单点投射的效果,所述的LED单元13本身就要达到一定程度的亮度,虽然现 在科技的进步快速,所述的LED单元13的亮度也在不断的提升当中,但是同样 的也会遇到相同的散热问题。尤其LED单元13相较在传统卣素投射灯泡,其耐 热程度还低,且一但温度超过其容许设定值时,所述的LED单元13所产生的亮
度就会发生衰减的现象而无法达到预期的效果,甚至缩减其正常的使用寿命。
虽然如此,现有的LED投射灯泡1结构并未在散热结构上有任何加强的处, 因此,对于LED单元13做动时所产生的热能,只能依靠金属制成的外壳11慢慢 散到空中,散热效果可以说是相当的不理想。因此目前所迷的类的现有的LED投 射灯泡l,最多仅能使用1瓦的LED单元13,导致其所能提供的亮度受到一定的 限度,而无法有效提升并取代传统的卣素投射灯泡。使得高耗电、高发热的传统 卣素投射灯泡一直仍占有 一定比例的市场,造成相当多的能源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是在于提供一种发光二极管灯具,其中,凭借特殊散 热模块的设置,大幅增加散热面积,达到提升散热效率的目的。
本实用新型的另一目的,在于提供一种发光二极管灯具,其是凭借一护套将 所述的散热模块的散热鳍片外围框套,如此保护使用者操作的安全以及增加所述 的散热模块的强度。
本实用新型的又一目的,在于提供一种发光二极管灯具,其是利用一盖体可 将所述的LED单元所产生的光源呈均匀的光束加以投射出,且同时达到防尘的效果。
本实用新型的再一目的,在于提供一种发光二极管灯具,其是凭借一反光杯 可将所述的LED单元所产生的光源加以集中聚光,并同时达到防止所述的LED 单元产生漏光以及遮盖所述的金属基板达到美化的功能。
为达上述的目的,本实用新型在于提供一种发光二极管灯具,其是主要包括 有:至少一LED单元、 一导热柱、 一散热模块、至少一金属基板、至少一盖体、 至少一反光杯、 一护套、 一底座、以及一电路板所组合而成。所述的导热柱为一 筒状,且包括有一顶端、以及一底端,并在所述的顶端设有至少一贯穿孔。所述 的散热模块是由复数个散热鳍片所组合,且靠合在所述的导热柱的外围呈放射状 间隔环形串接,并以所述的护套将所述的散热鳍片的外圏框围。并在所述的散热 鳍片靠合在所述的导热柱的所述的顶端处往外扩张一预设距离,令所述的散热鳍 片环绕在所述的导热柱的 一 顶端形成与所述的导热柱同轴心的 一 凹阶。所述的 LED单元是结合在所述的金属基板的上,并固接在所述的散热鳍片中央所形成的 所述的凹阶上。所述的反光杯则结合在所述的散热模块之中央的所述的凹阶内,并设置在所 述的金属机板之上,并在所述的反光杯的一弧形集光面中央处设有一穿孔,令所 述的金属基板上所固接的所述的LED单元设置在其内。所述的反光杯的所述的弧 形集光面末端处设有一卡阶,是提供所述的盖体周围卡合在其上。在所述的底座 上其具有一弧形开口 ,是与所述的导热柱的底端所环绕的所述的散热鳍片相互固 定,且可令所述的电路板是设置在所述的底座内。所述的电路板通过所述的导热 柱上的所述的贯穿孔与所述的金属基板上所结合的LED单元做电性连接。
所述的发光二极管灯具通过所述的反光杯将LED单元的光源集中,并凭借所 述的盖体向外界投射。所述的LED单元所产生的热量可通过所述的金属基板传递 至所述的导热柱,并凭借所述的导热柱将热量由其表面所接触的复数个金属鳍片 所构成的所述的散热单元排出在外界。

具体实施方式
为了能还清楚地描述本实用新型所提出的发光二极管灯具,以下将配合图示 详细i兌明的。
请参阅图2、图3所示,图2、图3为本实用新型发光二极管灯具第一较佳实
施例的立体分解图、立体组合图。其中,所述的发光二极管灯具20是包括有:至 少一LED单元21、 一导热柱22、 一散热模块23、至少一金属基板24、至少一盖 体25、至少一反光杯26、 一护套27、 一底座28、以及一电路板29所组合而成。 所述的散热模块23还包括有复数个散热鳍片231。
所述的导热柱22为一筒状,且包括有:一顶端221、以及一底端222,并在所 述的顶端221设有至少一贯穿孔2211。所述的导热柱22的材质可以是以导热性 较佳的铁、铜、铝、银、以及金等金属或合金其中之一所制成。所述的散热模块 23是由复数个散热鳍片231所组合,且靠合在所述的导热22柱的外围呈放射状 间隔环形串接,并在所述的散热鳍片231靠合在所述的导热柱22的所述的顶端 221处往外扩张一预设距离,令所述的散热鳍片231在环绕所述的导热柱22的一 顶端221形成与所述的导热柱22同轴心的一凹阶232。所述的散热模块23的散 热鳍片231可以是以导热性较佳的铁、铜、铝、银、以及金等金属或合金所制成。
所述的金属基板24是提供所述的LED单元21结合在其上,并设置在所述的 散热鳍片231中央所形成的所述的凹阶232上,且在所述的金属基板24上可设置 若千IC电容用以调节所述的LED单元21发光时所需的电压,同时利用所述的金 属基板24将所述的LED单元21发光时所产生的热量经由所述的散热鳍片231排 出外界。在基板24上可使用绝缘环氧树脂(Epoxy)来避免IC电容与LED单元 21发生短路。在另一实施例中,所述的基板24的材质也可以是用耐热性佳的塑 料基板。
所述的盖体25是设置在所述的散热模块23中央的所述的凹阶232内,且相 对位于所述的LED单元21所投射的光源上,令所述的LED单元21所投射的光 源形成匀光状态,且还具有防止炫光的效果。所述的盖体25可以是凸透镜、凹透 镜、平面镜、以及扩散板其中之一。
所述的反光杯26是结合在所述的散热模块23的中央的所述的凹阶232内, 且设置在所述的金属基板24之上,并在所述的反光杯26的一弧形集光面261中 央处设有一穿孔2611,令所述的金属基板24上所固接的所述的LED单元21设 置在其内,使所述的LED单元21所投射的光源通过所述的反光杯26所设的所述 的弧形集光面261形成聚光的效果,且凭借所述的反光杯26结合在所述的金属基 板24之上并将其覆盖,不但可防尘且还能遮掩所述的金属基板24达到还美观的 目的。
还由于所述的LED单元21 i殳置在所述的反光杯26的所述的穿孔2611中, 并结合在所述的金属基板24之上,使其所述的LED单元21所投射的光源不致在 由所述的散热模块23的任一两散热鳍片231中央间隔处发生光泄漏,进而降低所 述的LED单元21的发光效能。所迷的反光杯26的所迷的弧形集光面261末端处 设有一-^阶2612,可提供所述的盖体25结合在上。
所述的护套27是可将所述的散热模块23的外围予以框套并圈围的,令使用 者在还换或组装所述的发光二极管灯具20时可握持在所述的护套27处而不致被 所迷的散热鳍片231的锐利边缘所伤,且通过所述的护套27将所迷的散热模块 23外围框住可提供使用者还方便的施力处,还同时达到增加所述的散热模块23 的强度,以保护所述的散热鳍片231不受外力的冲击而变形移位。
所述的底座28为一中空壳体,其上方设有一弧形开口 281,是与所述的导热 柱22的底端222所环绕的所述的散热鳍片231相互固定。所述的电路板29至少 包括一电路回路,其是设置在所述的底座28内,且通过所述的导热柱22上的所 述的贯穿孔2211与所述的金属基板24上所结合的LED单元21做电性连接。所 述的电路板29还包括有:至少一导脚291、以及一电压转换单元292。所述的导 脚291是贯穿在所迷的底座28,且可与外界所输入的电源相连接,并通过所述的 电压转换单元292是可将外界输入的110或220伏特的交流电压转换成适合所述 的LED单元21进行运作的直流电压。在本实施例中,所述的底座28与电路板 29是构成符合一般市售美术投射灯的相同规格。
请参阅图4所示为本实用新型发光二极管灯具第二较佳实施例的立体分解 图。由于图4的本实用新型发光二极管灯具的第二较佳实施例其大体上与图2所 示的第一较佳实施例类似,故相同的组件与结构以下将不再赘述。
请参阅图4所示,本实用新型的第二较佳实施例的发光二极管灯具与前述的 第 一较佳实施例的不同点在于,所述的发光二极管灯具20a还包括有一 电源壳30, 其是结合在所述的底座28的所述的弧形开口 281相对的另一端,且在所述的电源 壳28外设有一导电螺紋282与所述的电路板29做电性连接,运用所述的导电螺 紋282以取代图2第一较佳实施例所示的所述的金属导脚291与外界输入的电源 做电性连接。
在本实施例中,所述的底座28与电源壳30是构成符合一般常见的传统鵠丝 灯泡的金属螺旋转接头的规格,其种类大致有:EIO、 E12、 E14、 E17、 E27、 E40
等不同的规格,在此处字母E后面的数字表示的是金属螺旋转接头的直径(例如
家用灯泡通常为E27规格,也就是说灯泡的金属螺旋转接头的螺紋处直径为 27mm=2.7cm )。
请参阅图5所示,图5为本实用新型发光二极管灯具第三实施例的立体分解 图。由于图5的本实用新型发光二极管灯具的第三较佳实施例其大体上与图4所 示的第二较佳实施例类似,故相同的组件与结构以下将不再赘述。
请参阅图5所示,本实用新型的第三较佳实施例的发光二极管灯具与前述的 第二较佳实施例的不同点在于,所述的发光二极管灯具20b是设置有多个LED单 元21且还包括有一导热基板40。所述的导热基板40是设置在所述的散热模块23 的所述的凹阶232上,且在所述的导热基板40上设有相对于所述的金属基板24 的复数个定位处41,可将已结合有所述的LED单元21的复数个金属基板24分 别定位于所述的定位处41之内,还在所述的导热基板40中央设有一贯穿孔42, 可提供其上方所设的复数个金属基板24与所述的底座28内的电路板29以导电线 路做电性连接。导热基板40的下表面则贴靠在散热模块23的凹阶232内的各散 热鳍片231上缘。由于所述的金属基板24上的所述的LED单元21通过所述的导 热基板40将所产生的热量传递至所述的散热模块23上,如此不仅可加大所述的 金属基板24所结合在所述的散热模块23的所述的凹阶232内接触的导热面积, 还可凭借其散热鳍片231将热量加速排出。
在本实用新型的第三较佳实施例中,所述的发光二极管灯具20b其并未将所 述的反光杯26设置在所述的金属基板24之上,仅在所述的散热模块23的所述的 凹阶232内凭借所述的导热基板40同时搭栽复数组的所述的LED单元21与所述 的金属基板24,并经所述的盖体25将所述的复数个LED单元21所投射的光源 一并加以匀光透射至外界,达到令所述的发光二极管灯具20b拥有还大照明亮度 的输出。
请参阅图6所示,图6为本实用新型发光二极管灯具第四实施例的立体分解 图。由于图6的本实用新型发光二极管灯具的第四较佳实施例其大体上与图5所 示的第三较佳实施例类似,故相同的组件与结构以下将不再赘述。
请参阅图6所示,本实用新型的第四较佳实施例的发光二极管灯具与前述的 第三较佳实施例的不同点在于,所述的发光二极管灯具20c运用复数个反光杯26 分别设置在所述的金属基板24之上,同时令所述的LED单元21设置在所述的反
光杯26的所述的弧形集光面261中央的穿孔2611中,并以复数个盖体25分别设 置在所述的将反光杯26的卡阶2612上,令各别的所述的LED单元21封闭在所 述的反光杯26的所述的弧形集光面261中,使各别位于所述的反光杯26中的所 述的LED单元21所投射的光源通过所述的反光杯26所设的所述的弧形集光面 261形成聚光的效果,并凭借所述的盖体25将所投射的光束形成匀光状态透射至 外界,达到令所述的发光二极管灯具20c可利用复数个LED单元21各别将光源 聚光并透射出外界,形成复数个独立投射的光束效果。
所述的发光二极管灯具20c还可包括有一保护板50,所述的保护板50上方 设有复数个固定孔51,是可将所述的盖体25连同反光杯26定位于所述的固定孔 51之上,并设置在所述的散热模块23的所述的凹阶232内,同时可将所述的散 热模块23的所迷的凹阶232予以封闭,不仅可定位所述的盖体25与反光杯26 所设的位置,且还具防止异物与灰尘侵入,也同时可遮蔽内部所设的电路组件使 其具有美化的作用。而在另一实施例中,所述的保护板50也可以是透明材质且和 各盖体25以一体成型的方式制造。
综上所述,本实用新型的发光二极管灯具20,其中,所述的散热模块23是 由复数个散热鳍片231所组合,且靠合在所述的导热柱22的外围呈放射状间隔环 形串接,并以所述的护套27将所述的散热鳍片231的外圏框围,不仅可提供还佳 的保护、防刮伤、以及美观效果,且还易于人手握持。所述的LED单元21是结 合在所述的金属基板24之上,并固接在所述的散热鳍片231中央所形成的所述的 凹阶232上,通过所述的反光杯26的所述的弧形集光面261将LED单元21的光 源集中聚光,并通过所述的盖体25向外界投射,而所述的LED单元21所产生的 热量是通过所述的金属基板24传递至所述的导热柱22,并凭借所述的导热柱22 将热量由其表面所接触的复数个金属鳍片231所构成的所述的散热模块23排出在 外界。
以上说明对本新型而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员 理解,在不脱离以下所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修 改,变化,或等效,但都将落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
