Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一发光二极管模组、置于灯座上并将发光二极管模组围设于其内的灯罩,及设置在灯罩上的一盖体,所述灯具还包括一设置在灯座上的反射体,所述发光二极管模组围设在反射体周围,所述盖体朝向发光二极管的一面上设有一反射层,所述反射体与反射层共同将发光二极管模组发出的部分光反射出灯罩外。该灯具内设置反射体,并借助盖体上的反射层使平面型的发光二极管模组产生立体光源的效果,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照射面积。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别涉及一种户外使用的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其进行散热,该二极管模组则呈水平贴置于所述散热器底部而成为平面光源。由于平面光源的照射方向单一,使灯具的照射面积有限,且不能提供多个照明角度的光源,很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可将平面光源转化为立体光源以增大照明面积的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一发光二极管模组、置于灯座上并将发光二极管模组围设于其内的灯罩,及设置在灯罩上的一盖体,所述灯具还包括一设置在灯座上的反射体,所述发光二极管模组围设在反射体周围,所述盖体朝向发光二极管的一面上设有一反射层,所述反射体与反射层共同将发光二极管模组发出的部分光反射出灯罩外。
与现有技术相比,该灯具内设置反射体,并借助盖体上的反射层使平面型的发光二极管模组产生立体的光源效果,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照射面积。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-2,本发明发光二极管灯具包括一灯座10、连接灯座10底部的一插杆20、一置于灯座10上的反射体30、贴设于灯座10上并环绕反射体30的一发光二极管模组40、一置于灯座10上并围绕反射体30及发光二极管模组40的灯罩50,及一与灯罩50的顶部接合并盖设反射体30及发光二极管模组40的盖体60。一电路板70与发光二极管模组40电性连接并固定在盖体60下方。
请参考图2-3,灯座10大致呈圆形块状,其由热导性能良好的材料如铝等制成。灯座10的上表面中心处向上凸出形成一圆形的第一平台12。第一平台12的周围形成一圆形的环槽13,该环槽13用于收容灯罩50的底端。第一平台12的上表面中心处向上凸出形成一圆形的第二平台14。第一、第二平台12、14与灯座10同圆心。灯座10的圆心处设有一通孔15。第二平台14上设有一径向的狭槽16,该狭槽16与通孔15连通。灯座10的下表面对应第二平台14处设有一圆形的凹陷17,该凹陷17用于收容插杆20的顶部。灯座10的下表面上、凹陷17的周围形成若干呈放射状排列的凹槽19。凹槽19之间形成散热凸块18。这些散热凸块18可增大灯座10的散热面积,可更快地散发发光二极管模组40工作时产生的热量。
插杆20固定在灯座10的下表面并用于插进地面从而固定该发光二极管灯具。插杆20包括一圆形的顶部22及由该顶部22向下延伸形成的底部24。该顶部22收容在灯座10下表面的凹陷17内,并通过螺丝(图未示)或其他紧固件与灯座10固定在一起。插杆20的顶部22上设有一开口23与灯座10上的通孔15相通,供电源线(图未示)穿过从而与发光二极管模组40及电路板70连接。插杆20的底部24由两块纵长板交叉形成,且纵长板的尺寸由顶端向底端逐渐减小,从而使插杆20具有一个尖锐的末端,以利于插进地面。
反射体30呈圆筒状,其内具有一圆柱形的内表面(未标示),其外表面形成若干纵长的反射面32。每一反射面32均为平面。反射面32用于将发光二极管模组40产生的光反射出灯罩50外。对应灯座10的第二平台14上的狭槽16,反射体30的底端上开设有一缺口34。该缺口34可供电源线通过从而与置于反射体30周围的发光二极管模组40连接。反射体30的内径比第二平台14的直径略小,因而反射体30可通过过盈配合的方式套设固定在第二平台14的周围。
发光二极管模组40包括一圆环形的基板41及设置在基板41上的若干发光二极管42。发光二极管模组40贴设在灯座10的第一平台12上并环绕反射体30。
灯罩50也大致呈圆筒状,灯罩50于其底端和顶端分别弯折形成一下折边51和一上折边52。下折边51容置在灯座10的环槽13中。上、下折边52、51上还分别均匀地设置有四个凸耳53,每一凸耳53上设有一螺孔(未标号)供螺丝等紧固件通过从而将灯罩50分别与灯座10和盖体60固定连接在一起。灯罩50的内表面上形成若干呈波浪状的棱筋54。这些棱筋54沿灯罩50的纵向延伸并布满灯罩50的整个内表面,棱筋54可使透过灯罩50的光线变得更加柔和与均一。
盖体60呈锥形,其上表面形成若干肋条61,这些肋条61沿盖体60的顶点处呈放射状排列。盖体60的下表面与水平面倾斜设置,其上凸出形成一轮缘62,轮缘62上形成一环槽63用于收容灯罩50的上折边52于其内。盖体60的下表面延伸形成两个凸柱64。凸柱64位于轮缘62内,凸柱64用于将电路板70固定在其间。盖体60的下表面涂设一层反射层65,用于反射发光二极管模组40发出的光。可以理解地,该反射层65可涂设于盖体60的整个下表面,也可以涂设于盖体60的位于轮缘62内的部分下表面。盖体60盖设在灯罩50上用于保护其内的发光二极管模组40等元件不受雨水、灰尘等的侵蚀。可以理解地,盖体60可由导热材料制成,同时作为一个散热元件用于散发固定在其上的电路板70产生的热量或者散发聚集在灯具内的热量。
请同时参考图4,该灯具组装时,发光二极管模组40贴设在灯座10的第一平台12上。反射体30设置于灯座10上并与第二平台14紧固配合。灯罩50设置在灯座10上,且其下折边51容置在灯座10的环槽13内。电路板70与发光二极管模组40电性连接并固定至盖体60的两凸柱64之间。盖体60盖设在灯罩50上,且灯罩50的上折边52容置在盖体60的轮缘62的环槽63内。灯罩50的上、下折边52、51可分别通过螺丝等紧固件与灯座10、盖体60固定连接。插杆20固定在灯座10的下表面。本实施例中反射体30的顶端与盖体60之间仍有一定距离,因而反射体30没有承受盖体60的压力。且反射体30呈圆筒状,其可为电路板70上向下延伸的各个电子元件提供容置空间。
该发光二极管灯具工作时,发光二极管模组40产生的热量可由灯座10吸收进而散发出去。发光二极管模组40发出的光一部分可直接透射出灯罩50外,另外一部分可经反射体30的反射面32及盖体60的反射层65的反射射出至灯罩50外。反射体30与反射层65共同反射发光二极管模组40发出的光,可使平面型的发光二极管模组40具有立体光源的效果,使灯具的照射面积增大。

Claims (12)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一发光二极管模组、置于灯座上并将发光二极管模组围设于其内的灯罩,及设置在灯罩上的一盖体,其特征在于:所述灯具还包括一设置在灯座上的反射体,所述发光二极管模组围设在反射体周围,所述盖体朝向发光二极管模组的一面上设有一反射层,所述反射体与反射层共同将发光二极管模组发出的部分光反射出灯罩外。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座下表面形成若干凹槽,凹槽之间形成散热凸块。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座上开设有一通孔及与该通孔相连的一狭槽,所述反射体的底端上开设一与通孔及狭槽连通的缺口,所述缺口、狭槽及通孔用于供电源线通过以与发光二极管模组形成电连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座上形成一收容灯罩底端的凹槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座上凸出形成一第一平台,所述凹槽设置在第一平台周围,所述发光二极管模组贴置于第一平台上。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一平台的中心处凸出形成一第二平台,所述反射体的底端与第二平台相接合。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第二平台呈圆形,所述反射体呈筒状,所述反射体的内径比第二平台的直径小从而使反射体套设固定在第二平台周围。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体外周形成若干纵长的反射面。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的内表面上形成若干棱筋。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述盖体呈锥形,盖体的上表面形成若干肋条,盖体的下表面上形成一收容灯罩顶端的环槽,所述反射层形成于盖体的下表面上。
11.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯具还包括一与发光二极管模组电连接的电路板,所述电路板置于盖体下方,并固定在盖体下方延伸而出的两个固定柱之间。
12.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯具还包括结合至灯座下方的一插杆,该插杆的尺寸由其顶端向底端逐渐减小,以利于插杆插进地面。
