Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一将发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩、一位于灯罩内、供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热体及设置于灯罩外并与吸热体连接的一散热器,所述吸热体包括一与散热器接触的底面及由底面边缘朝向灯罩延伸至一顶点的若干斜面,所述斜面围绕所述顶点呈放射状分布,且所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述斜面上。与现有技术相比,本发明具有位于灯罩外的散热器,可将灯罩内的热量散发到周围空气中以降低灯罩内的温度,确保发光二极管稳定的工作;又由于吸热体用以承载发光二极管模组的斜面呈放射状分布,使发光二极管模组绕吸热体的顶点沿周向排布,所以发光二极管照射的区域较传统发光二极管更广阔。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别是指一种具有散热结构的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。但是,发光二极管工作时会产生热量,特别是一些用于照明的大功率的发光二极管。热量如得不到及时的散发,易产生过热现象,进而导致其发光效率下降。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一板状散热体、若干安装于该散热体一侧的发光二极管模组、将散热体及发光二极管模组罩设其内的一灯罩。当发光二极管被点亮时,灯罩内的温度渐渐升高;使用一段时间后,灯罩内聚集了大量的热量。带有这些热量的空气被封闭在灯罩内无法流通,而使发光二极管温度升高。这些热量严重影响发光二极管的发光效率及使用寿命,且,由于这些发光二极管位于散热体的同侧,其所发出的光线只能从散热体的该侧向外辐射而出,发光角度有限、照明效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热效率较高且照明效果较佳的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一将发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩、一位于灯罩内、供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热体及设置于灯罩外并与吸热体连接的一散热器,所述吸热体包括一与散热器接触的底面及由底面边缘朝向灯罩延伸至一顶点的若干斜面,所述斜面围绕所述顶点呈放射状分布,且所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述斜面上。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具具有位于灯罩外的散热器,可将灯罩内的热量散发到周围空气中以降低灯罩内的温度,确保发光二极管稳定的工作;又由于吸热体用以承载发光二极管模组的斜面呈放射状分布,使发光二极管模组绕吸热体的顶点沿周向排布,所以发光二极管照射的区域较传统发光二极管更广阔,能达到更好的照明效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具包括若干发光二极管模组20、一供发光二极管模组20贴设的吸热体30、一位于吸热体30一端并与其紧密连接的散热器40及一灯罩10。该灯罩10设置于散热器40一侧并将吸热体30及发光二极管模组20罩设其内。一灯座50设置于散热器40另一侧的中部。
灯罩10为具有一开口的碗状结构,其通常是由透明的塑料、玻璃或其他材料制成。该灯罩10安置于所述散热器40的底部,与散热器40组成一封闭的腔室以容置发光二极管模组20及吸热体30并且阻止灰尘、虫子等物体进入灯罩10影响发光二极管模组20的灯光效果。
请同时参阅图2及图3,每一发光二极管模组20包括一纵长矩形的电路板22及若干均匀固定于电路板22一侧面的发光二极管24。这些电路板22的另一侧面贴合于吸热体30上。这些发光二极管24位于沿电路板22长度方向延伸的同一直线上,从而将其热量均匀地传导至吸热体30上。
所述吸热体30的整体外形轮廓呈倒棱锥形,由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝等制成。该吸热体30由若干吸热件31组合而成。每一吸热件31为一三棱锥体,其包括一具有圆弧边的基面312、自基面312的圆弧边朝向灯罩10的中心延伸至一顶点316的斜面314及自基面312另外两边延伸至顶点316的另外二三角面(图未标)。这些吸热件31关于该吸热体30的中心轴线均匀对称地分布。这些吸热件31组合在一起,由其基面312共同形成一圆形底面33用以贴设散热器40,且基面312的圆弧边为该圆形底面33的最外边缘;吸热件31的顶点316共同形成一中心顶点35,所述斜面314依次连接且围绕该中心顶点35呈放射状排布。每一发光二极管模组20贴设于每一吸热件31的斜面314上,且发光二极管模组20的电路板22沿斜面314的延伸方向设置,使发光二极管模组20绕吸热体30的中心沿周向排布。斜面314的数量与发光二极管模组20的数量对应,在不同实施例中可根据实际需要的亮度来选择发光二极管模组20的数量;在本实施例中发光二极管模组20及斜面314的数量均为10。
请同时参阅图4,所述散热器40大致呈圆盘状,由导热性能良好的铜、铝等材料一体制成。该散热器40包括一圆形底座41、自底座41一侧表面边缘朝向吸热体30凸伸的一环形侧壁43以及设置于底座41另一侧表面、呈放射状排布的若干第一、第二散热片45、47。一中心孔412贯穿底座41的中心,以便电线(图未示)穿设。一凹陷部(图未标)设置于底座41的中部。这些第一、第二散热片45、47自底座41的外侧边缘朝向中心延伸且围绕该凹陷部呈放射状分布。第一散热片45及第二散热片47交错、等间隔设置。这些第一、第二散热片45、47的间距,沿散热器40的径向向内逐渐减小,第一、第二散热片45、47的高度沿散热器40的径向向内逐渐增高。第一散热片45较第二散热片47的长。
组装时,所述吸热体30与发光二极管模组20组合后,使吸热体30的圆形底面33焊接或粘接于散热器40的底座41上,如此,吸热体30及散热器40组合成一整体;然后使所述灯罩10与散热器40的侧壁43配合,使灯罩10与散热器40一同组成一封闭的腔室以容置吸热体30及发光二极管模组20。
所述灯座50设置于散热器40的凹陷部中部,呈中空的圆筒状。一驱动电路模组(图未示)收容于该灯座50内,若干电线自驱动电路模组引出并穿过散热器40底座41上的中心孔412而与发光二极管模组20电性连接,用以驱动发光二极管模组20。
使用时,发光二极管24通电产生光线,起到照明作用;同时,发光二极管24产生的热量被吸热体30的每一吸热件31吸收,进而通过吸热件31的基面312传导至散热器40的底座41上,然后传导至底座41的第一、第二散热片45、47上,最后散发到周围空气中去。如此,灯罩10内的温度得到降低,发光二极管24可工作于正常温度范围内,可延长灯具的使用寿命。同时,又由于吸热件31的斜面314围绕吸热体30的中心顶点35呈放射状分布,且每一发光二极管模组20贴设于每一斜面314上,使发光二极管模组20绕吸热体30的中心顶点35沿周向排布,所以发光二极管24照射的区域较传统发光二极管广阔,在确保灯具使用寿命的同时,又能达到更好的照明效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一将发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,其特征在于:还包括一位于灯罩内、供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热体及设置于灯罩外并与吸热体连接的一散热器,所述吸热体包括一与散热器接触的底面及由底面边缘朝向灯罩延伸至一顶点的若干斜面,所述斜面围绕所述顶点呈放射状分布,且所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述斜面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述吸热体呈倒棱锥形。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述吸热体由若干吸热件组合而成,且这些吸热件关于吸热体的中心轴线均匀对称分布。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一吸热件均为三棱锥体,包括一与散热器接触的基面及自基面延伸至一端点的斜面,所述吸热件基面组合形成吸热体与散热器接触的底面,所述端点组合形成吸热体的顶点。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组沿吸热体斜面的延伸方向设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器呈圆盘状,包括一底座及自底座边缘朝向吸热体凸伸的一侧壁,该底座一侧表面与吸热体贴设且另一表面呈放射状排布有若干散热片。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热片包括若干自散热器底座外侧边缘朝向中心延伸且呈放射状分布的第一、第二散热片,所述第一及第二散热片交错、间隔设置。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二散热片间的距离,沿散热器的径向向内逐渐减小、各散热片沿第二散热器的径向向内逐渐增高,而第一散热片较第二散热片长。
9.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩与所述散热器的侧壁配合形成一密封的腔室以收容吸热体及发光二极管模组。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括一位于灯罩外、散热器设置有散热片一侧表面中部的灯座。
