Abstract

一发光二极管灯具,包括一第一散热器、固定在第一散热器底部的第二散热器、贴设于第二散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及罩设第二散热器并与第一散热器配合固定的灯罩,所述第二散热器具有若干呈层次分布、大小不同的导热端面,所述发光二极管模组对应贴置于导热端面上,所述灯罩包括设有凹透镜结构的若干台阶,所述台阶对应发光二极管模组设置,发光二极管模组发出的光线经灯罩的台阶后向外照射以得到一较大的照明区域。本发明中灯罩的台阶上设有凹透镜结构,使发光二极管模组发出的具有固定方向的光线经台阶后发散以得到一较大的照明区域。

Description

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别是指一种提供较大照明面积的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模组能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在灯具内设置由与发光二极管模组接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,灯具的发光二极管模组一般是被水平贴置于散热器一侧而形成平面光源,此类平面光源不仅产生的热量比较集中同时其照射方向单一、照射面积也有限,而无法在灯具周围形成均匀柔和的照明灯光,进而在很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较大照明面积的发光二极管灯具。
一发光二极管灯具,包括一第一散热器、固定在第一散热器底部的第二散热器、贴设于该第二散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及罩设第二散热器并与第一散热器配合固定的灯罩,所述第二散热器具有若干呈层次分布、大小不同的导热端面,所述发光二极管模组对应贴置于所述导热端面上,所述灯罩包括设有凹透镜结构的若干台阶,所述台阶对应发光二极管模组设置,发光二极管模组发出的光线经过灯罩台阶后向外照射以得到一较大的照明区域。
与现有技术相比,本发明中灯罩的台阶设有凹透镜结构,使发光二极管模组发出的具有固定方向的光线经台阶后发散以得到一较大的照明区域。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具包括一定位柱10、与定位柱10配合的第一散热器20、贴设并固定在第一散热器20底部的第二散热器30、贴置于第二散热器30的若干发光二极管模组34及罩设第二散热器30并与第一散热器20配合固定的灯罩40。定位柱10用来将发光二极管灯具固定在需要的位置,如房屋的顶部等。
请参阅图2和图3,所述定位柱10包括一圆形基板12及由基板12中央垂直向上延伸的中空套筒14。基板12中央设有一穿孔120,基板12的外周缘处均匀、间隔地开设三个固定孔122,以便固定件(图未示)穿过将定位柱10与第一散热器20固定。
所述第一散热器20由导热性能良好的铝、铜等金属材料一体形成,其包括一底座22、由底座22中央垂直向上延伸的中空导热筒24和同时沿导热筒24径向向外延伸及底座22上表面向上延伸的若干散热片26。导热筒24顶端沿周向均匀设有三个定位孔240,所述定位孔240与第一散热器的固定孔122一一对应设置,以便穿过固定孔122的固定件螺锁固定在第一散热器的定位孔240内,从而将定位柱10与第一散热器20固定一起。所述底座22底部设有一圆形的收容槽220,用来收容第二散热器30的底部,该收容槽220还可用于容置一夹置在第二散热器30底端与灯罩40之间的一防水圈(图未示),以防止雨水、灰尘等物体渗入发光二极管灯具内。
所述第二散热器30包括相互套置的若干散热单元32。每一散热单元32由导热性能良好的铝、铜等金属材料一体形成,其包括一圆筒状的中空导热部320及从该导热部320外周面沿导热部320径向垂直向外延伸的若干鳍片322。该导热部320的一端形成一平坦的导热端面,另一端则贴设并固定于第一散热器20的底座22底部。所述若干散热单元32的内径及外径沿第一散热器20到灯罩40的方向逐渐缩小。而其高度沿第一散热器20到灯罩40的方向逐渐变大。从而,这些散热单元32依次相互套设,形成外形为一塔状的第二散热器30。
所述发光二极管模组34与所述第二散热器30散热单元32的导热端面一一对应贴置。每一发光二极管模组34包括呈圆环形片体的电路板340及均匀贴设于电路板340的发光二极管元件342,所述发光二极管模组34的电路板340的内径、外径大小与其贴设的散热单元32导热部320的内径、外径大小对应,即贴置于散热单元32导热部320的导热端面上的发光二极管模组34的内径、外径沿第一散热器20到灯罩40的方向逐渐缩小。由于发光二极管模组34依次贴设在高度及大小逐渐变化的散热单元32上,故由发光二极管模组34发出的光处于不同层次,可以提供强度及照射面积不等的光源。
所述灯罩40由有机玻璃或树脂等透明或半透明材料制成,其作用相当于一凹透镜,呈塔状外形,其大小正好将第二散热器30罩设其内,且其顶端正好插入第一散热器底部的收容槽220内。灯罩40包括一圆形底盖42、沿底盖42周缘逐渐向外扩展延伸的若干环状的台阶44及相邻台阶44之间的侧壁46。所述台阶44直径大小在远离底盖42的方向上逐渐增加,且与发光二极管模组34的大小一一对应,以便发光二极管模组34发出的光可以直接照射到相应的台阶44上。每一台阶44的表面设有一凹透镜结构48,因此,发光二极管模组34发出的光经凹透镜结构48后发散以得到一较大的照明区域。
上述发光二极管灯具组装时,第二散热器30的散热单元32竖立在第一散热器20底座22的收容槽内220内并直接贴设固定在第一散热器20的底座22上,也可通过螺钉分别将散热单元32固定在第一散热器20底座22的底部。灯罩50的顶端插入第一散热器20的底座22内而与第一散热器20的底座22配合固定,从而将第二散热器30罩设于发光二极管灯具内。
发光二极管模组34产生的热量部分直接通过第二散热器30的散热单元32散热,而另一部分热量通过散热单元32传递到第一散热器20底座22上,此部分热量再通过第一散热器20的散热片26将热量散发到周围空气中去。由于散热片26直接与外界空气接触,而能更有效地将热量散发出去。同时,贴设于第二散热器30的散热单元32的发光二极管模组34与灯罩40的台阶44一一对应,使发光二极管模组30发出的具有一定方向的较强光线经灯罩40台阶44的凹透镜结构48后向外发散形成一宽广的照射区域。
与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具的灯罩40台阶44表面设有凹透镜结构48,使发光二极管模组发出的具有固定方向的光线经台阶44向外折射后得到一较大的照明区域。
可以理解地,上述第二散热器30可由金属材料一体成型呈塔形,其一端形成若干具有呈层次分布、大小不同的导热端面,发光二极管模组34对应贴置于导热端面上。

Claims (10)

1.一发光二极管灯具,包括一第一散热器、固定在第一散热器底部的第二散热器、贴设于第二散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及罩设第二散热器并与第一散热器配合固定的灯罩,其特征在于:所述第二散热器具有若干呈层次分布、大小不同的导热端面,所述发光二极管模组对应贴置于导热端面上,所述灯罩包括若干台阶,每一台阶的表面设有一凹透镜结构,所述台阶对应发光二极管模组设置,发光二极管模组发出的光线经灯罩的台阶后向外照射以得到一较大的照明区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第二散热器包括若干散热单元,这些散热单元依次相互套设而使第二散热器呈塔形。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热单元的直径从第一散热器到灯罩逐渐变小。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热单元的高度从第一散热器到灯罩逐渐变大。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一散热单元包括一中空的导热部及沿导热部外壁向外延伸的若干鳍片,所述导热端面对应形成于这些散热单元导热部的一端。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组呈环状贴设于散热单元导热部的导热端面。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括一底盖,所述台阶由底盖依序向外扩展延伸而出。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括用来定位发光二极管灯具的定位柱,所述定位柱包括固定于第一散热器顶部的一基板及位于基板上的套管,所述基板设有供电线穿过的穿孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一散热器包括一底座、由底座延伸出的导热筒及设置于底座与导热筒上的散热片,所述导热筒与定位柱的套管通过穿孔相互连通,以便穿过定位柱的电线收容于导热筒内。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一散热器的底座设有收容第二散热器底部的收容槽。
