Abstract

一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、发光二极管模组及散热器,散热器固定在灯头上,该发光二极管模组固定于散热器上,该灯罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组之上并与所述散热器连接固定,该散热器包括基座及多个外散热鳍片,每一个外散热鳍片由基座的外表面沿径向向外凸伸而成,该散热器还包括多个内散热鳍片,每一内散热鳍片由基座的内表面沿径向向内凸伸而成。外散热鳍片和内散热鳍片能够同时将热量传导至外部,避免热量集中于某一个区域,有利于热量的快速消散。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯泡。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light emitting diode,LED)能发出一定亮度的光,其亮度又能通过电流或电压进行调节,本身又耐冲击、抗振动,并且发光颜色非常丰富,色彩过渡十分柔和,同时使用寿命比普通白炽灯长20至30倍。基于以上种种优点,以发光二极管作为光源并采用与白炽灯相似外形的发光二极管灯泡被业界推崇。
发光二极管灯泡在发光时,发光二极管芯片会将部分电能转换成热能,又因为发光二极管灯泡一般体积较小,若不能快速将灯泡内的热量散发,将影响灯泡的使用寿命。因此如何有效地对发光二极管灯泡进行散热改进成为了业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热效果良好的发光二极管灯泡。
一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、发光二极管模组及散热器,散热器固定在灯头上,该发光二极管模组固定于散热器上,该灯罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组之上并与所述散热器连接固定,该散热器包括基座及多个外散热鳍片,每一个外散热鳍片由基座的外表面沿径向向外凸伸而成,该散热器还包括多个内散热鳍片,每一内散热鳍片由基座的内表面沿径向向内凸伸而成。
上述的发光二极管灯泡不但具有外散热器片,还具有内散热鳍片,使热量同时经外散热鳍片和内散热鳍片散发,避免热量集中在某一个区域,有利于热量快速消散。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施方式提供的一种发光二极管灯泡包括灯头10、散热器30、连接灯头10和散热器30的灯座20、装设于散热器30内的风扇40,上盖板50,发光二极管模组60以及灯罩80。
所述灯头10整体呈圆筒状,用于与外部电源电连接以提供发光二极管灯泡工作所需的电能。该灯头10的底端封闭,顶端与灯座20旋合连接。该灯头10的外壁形成外螺纹101,该外螺纹101用于与外部电源插座(图未示)连接固定。该灯头10为标准的螺纹灯头,在其他实施例中,该灯头10还可以是外壁带有突出卡扣的通用灯头。
请同时参考图3,所述灯座20用于连接灯头10和散热器30并收容驱动电路板等电气模组22。该灯座20下端具有螺纹,用于与灯头10的上端开口旋合连接。该灯座20的内径自下端至上端逐渐增大形成碗形结构,并在上端形成一个大的开口23,该开口23与散热器30的下端外径大小相当。该开口23处设置有若干连接孔231,该连接孔231自灯座20外壁导通至开口23上端面,该灯座20即可通过螺钉穿过该连接孔231与散热器30的下端平滑的连接固定。该灯座20内部形成收容空间24,用于容置驱动电路板等电气模组22,该收容空间24内设置有若干螺纹连接柱241,该电气模组22也可通过螺钉固定于该收容空间24内。电气模组22分别与灯头10及发光二极管模组60电连接,为发光二极管模组60提供驱动电压。
请同时参阅图4,所述散热器30包括基座31、从基座31向内伸出的内散热鳍片32和向外伸出的外散热鳍片33。内散热鳍片32形成在基座31的上端部分。基座31以内、内散热鳍片32以下形成收容部34。该散热器30采用铝挤方式形成,成本低,容易制造。
具体的,所述基座31是沿竖直轴方向中空的柱状体,其中空的内孔呈上部直径小于下部直径的阶梯状,该基座31外壁形成有若干加强筋311。该基座31的顶端与内散热鳍片32和外散热鳍片33的上端一起形成一个平台312,该平台用于放置上盖板50。该基座31的下端的加强筋311处开设有与灯座20连接孔231位置及大小相配合的螺纹孔313以及与该螺纹孔313错开的若干通风口314,螺钉穿过灯座20的连接孔231拧入该螺纹孔313内,从而将散热器30连接固定于灯座20上。
基座31的上部内壁沿径向向内延伸出若干相互等间距排列的内散热鳍片32,这些内散热鳍片32内部围成一个通孔321。该内散热鳍片32以下的空间即形成收容部34。另外,还可在该收容部34内装设风扇40,并在内散热鳍片32底部增设螺纹孔,该风扇40可通过螺钉连接固定在螺纹孔内,从而固定于收容部34。当然,在其他实施例中也可不装设风扇40。
基座31外壁沿径向向外延伸出若干相互等间距排列的外散热鳍片33,该外散热鳍片33的径向长度自下至上增大,因而外散热鳍片33整体呈喇叭形。该外散热鳍片33上端外缘末端向上继续延伸并超出基座31的上端面,形成阶梯结构331,该阶梯结构331包围前述平台312。该阶梯结构331用于配合卡持灯罩80。
该通风口314开设于散热器30的下端面,其可采用铣削成型工艺自散热器30的基座31的下端面向上铣出若干凹槽形成。在本实施例中,该通风口314的数量为四个,并均匀分布在散热器30的下端面。
该散热器30同时具有内散热鳍片32和外散热鳍片33,散热面积较大,内散热鳍片32的设置为热量的快速消散又开辟了一个通道,使散热面积更大,避免热量集中在基座31内侧无法迅速排出的缺失。该内散热鳍片32和外散热鳍片33的数量和分布可根据实际需要设定,对于不同功率和不同发光效果的灯泡进行适合其散热的设计。
所述上盖板50呈圆环形并铺设于散热器30的平台312上,用于承载所述发光二极管模组60。该发光二极管模组60为环形灯条,其上排列有若干发光二极管61。该发光二极管模组60产生的热量经由该上盖板50传导至散热器30。上盖板50和发光二极管模组60均为环形结构,中间留出一个孔洞62与散热器30的内散热鳍片32的通孔321相通,能够加强空气的对流,使热量更容易散发。该发光二极管模组60安装于所述平台312上,并被前述外散热鳍片33的阶梯结构331环绕,该发光二极管模组60中的孔洞62通过阶梯结构331的鳍片间的间隔与外界空气相通,从而使发光二极管模组60产生的热量更加易于散发至该发光二极管灯泡以外。
该灯罩80为乳白色半球形玻璃,其内表面涂有一层漫反射材料,用于改善发光二极管61发出光的光学特性,使发光更为均匀,有效地避免眩光,同时保证透光性良好。在其他实施例中,该灯罩80还可以选用透明的玻璃或塑料等材料。该灯罩80包括罩设部81及接合端82,罩设部81大致呈半球壳状。接合端82由罩设部81的末端向下延伸的同时向内收紧再向外延伸形成。该接合端82呈钩状,用于卡持在散热器30的阶梯结构331内,并通过一个卡环70将其连接固定,使灯罩80和散热器30既能够结合紧密,又在接合处不构成密封结构,阶梯结构331能够使空气自由出入。
该卡环70为类似密封圈的橡胶圈,其下表面与散热器30的阶梯结构331相贴合,其卡持在散热器30的阶梯结构331和灯罩80的接合端82之间,用于填补两者对接的空隙并减少硬质材料之间的硬性摩擦。
发光二极管灯泡工作时,发光二极管模组60产生的热量经由上盖板50传输到散热器30,并经散热器30的内散热鳍片32向内散发到内散热鳍片32之间以及内散热鳍片32内形成的通孔321的空气中,同时经外散热鳍片33向外散发至外部的空气中,并通过散热器30内部的风扇40加速空气的流通,在整个散热器30的内外形成较大的对流,加速热量的发散。并且由于灯罩80是固定在外散热鳍片33上端的阶梯结构331上,故灯罩80与散热器30的连接处并非密封,内部的热量可以从此处散发至外部的空气中。该散热器30的下端面设有通风口314,故其与灯座20的连接处也并非密封,外界空气可经该通风口314进入该散热器30的内部,新进入的冷空气将产生的热量向上推赶,并使之从前述阶梯结构331排出,如此循环往复,使发光二极管灯泡内部产生的热量及时消散。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭露如上,然而本领域技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作出种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为所附的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、发光二极管模组及散热器,散热器固定在灯头上,该发光二极管模组固定于散热器上,该灯罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组之上并与所述散热器连接固定,该散热器包括基座及多个外散热鳍片,每一个外散热鳍片由基座的外表面沿径向向外凸伸而成,其特征在于:该散热器还包括多个内散热鳍片,每一内散热鳍片由基座的内表面沿径向向内凸伸而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述基座为内部具有阶梯状的孔洞的柱状体,该孔洞的上部直径小于下部直径,所述内散热鳍片自该孔洞上部的内壁径向向内延伸而出并一起围成一个通孔,该孔洞的下部形成收容部。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热器是铝挤方式形成,所述外散热鳍片的末端延伸超出所述基座的上端面以形成阶梯结构。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组固定在所述基座的上端面,该发光二极管模组内部具有孔洞,该孔洞与内散热鳍片围成的通孔相通。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:还包括固定在散热器及灯头之间的灯座,所述灯头和灯座旋合连接,所述散热器与灯座螺合连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯座连接固定于散热器基座的下端面,所述基座的下端面上开设有通风口。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组装设于所述阶梯结构以内,所述通风口、内散热鳍片的通孔至阶梯结构形成气流通道。
8.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述收容部内容置有风扇,该收容部内设有螺纹孔,该风扇通过收容部上开设的螺纹孔与散热器连接固定。
9.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括罩设部和接合部,该接合部呈钩形,该灯罩的接合部连接于该阶梯结构。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述接合部及阶梯结构通过一个卡环卡持固定,所述卡环为橡胶图,该卡环的下表面与阶梯结构相贴合、上表面卡持所述接合部。
