Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括上下叠置的若干灯体,每一灯体包括一散热器及贴设于该散热器底面的一发光二极管模组,所述灯体相互间隔设置且灯体的尺寸依序减小。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的若干灯体相上下叠置,由于所述灯体的尺寸依序渐小且灯体相互间隔设置,处于上层的灯体照射范围大且能够避开处于下层的灯体遮挡,使得整个发光二极管灯具的周围形成一个宽广均匀的照射区域,提高了发光二极管灯具的照明效率。同时,每一发光二极管模组分别与独立的散热器相连接,每一散热器均可直接将相应的发光二极管模组所产生的热量散发出去,提高了发光二极管灯具的散热效率。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模组能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在灯具内设置由与发光二极管模组接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,灯具的发光二极管模组一般是被水平贴置于散热器一侧而形成平面光源,此类平面光源不仅产生的热量比较集中同时其照射方向单一、照射面积也有限,而无法在灯具周围形成均匀柔和的照明灯光,进而在很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较好照明效果的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括上下叠置的若干灯体,每一灯体包括一散热器及贴设于该散热器底面的一发光二极管模组,所述灯体相互间隔设置且灯体的尺寸依序减小。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的若干灯体相上下叠置,由于所述灯体的尺寸依序渐小且灯体相互间隔设置,处于上层的灯体照射范围大且能够避开处于下层的灯体遮挡,使得整个发光二极管灯具的周围形成一个宽广均匀的照射区域,提高了发光二极管灯具的照明效率。同时,每一发光二极管模组分别与独立的散热器相连接,每一散热器均可直接将相应的发光二极管模组所产生的热量散发出去,提高了发光二极管灯具的散热效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具整体上呈倒锥形立体状,该发光二极管灯具包括相上下叠置且尺寸自上而下依序减小的一第一灯体10、一第二灯体20及一第三灯体30,还包括一安装座40用于安装固定所述发光二极管灯具,所述第一灯体10与第二灯体20之间、第二灯体20与第三灯体30之间、所述第三灯体30与安装座40之间分别通过一支撑杆50相连。本发明的发光二极管灯具所发出的光线由上向下照射,因而呈倒锥形立体状。可以理解的是,所述发光二极管灯具并不局限于呈倒锥形立体状,在一些其他实施例中,如当光线由下向上照射时,其整体上也可以呈锥形立体状。
请一并参阅图3,上述第一灯体10包括一散热器12,贴设于该散热器12底面上的一发光二极管模组14及固定于该散热器12底面且对应罩设所述发光二极管模组14的一灯罩16。在本实施例中,该散热器12呈圆盘状,由导热性能良好的铝、铜等金属材料一体制成。在一些其他实施例中,所述散热器12也可呈矩形盘状或椭圆形盘状等其他适合的形状。该散热器12的底面靠近周缘处向下凹陷形成一环状容置槽120用以容置所述发光二极管模组14。所述散热器12的底面中央垂直向下凸伸出一筒状第一连接部100用于卡置所述支撑杆50的顶端。该散热器12的顶面中部对应盖置有一圆形盖板18。该散热器12顶面的周缘处垂直向上延伸出若干散热鳍片122,这些散热鳍片122呈放射状并围绕所述盖板18设置。所述发光二极管模组14呈环状并对应容置于所述第一容置槽120内,其包括一环状电路板140及若干安装于该电路板140上的发光二极管元件142。这些发光二极管元件142沿该电路板140的周向均匀排布。上述灯罩16呈环状,由透明或半透明材料如玻璃、树脂等一体制成。所述灯罩16的内、外周缘上分别均匀间隔开设有若干结合孔160,以供螺钉(图未示)穿过并与所述散热器12相螺合而将该灯罩16固定到散热器12上,从而将发光二极管模组14封置于所述容置槽120内。
上述第二灯体20、第三灯体30的结构均与所述第一灯体10的结构对应一致。所述第一、第二、第三灯体10、20、30自上而下相平行且共轴设置。所述第二灯体20的散热器12的外径小于所述第一灯体10的发光二极管模组14的内径。同样,所述第三灯体30的散热器12的外径小于所述第二灯体20的发光二极管模组14的内径。这样,所述发光二极管灯具的第一、第二、第三灯体10、20、30在尺寸上自上而下依序减小,该三灯体的发光二极管模组14在水平面上的投影共同形成一逐圈套设结构。另外,所述第二灯体20的盖板18顶面中央垂直向上凸伸出一筒状第二连接部200,该第二连接部200与所述第一灯体10底部的第一连接部100相上下正对,用于卡置所述第一、第二灯体10、20之间的支撑杆50的底端。同样,所述第三灯体30的盖板18顶面中央垂直向上凸伸出一筒状第二连接部200,该第二连接部200与所述第二灯体20底部的第一连接部100相上下正对,用于卡置所述第二、第三灯体20、30之间的支撑杆50的底端。
上述安装座40大致为一顶端封闭的圆筒结构,其可以直接套设外界的灯杆(图未示)而将所述发光二极管灯具安装到预定的位置。该安装座40的顶部中央垂直向上凸伸出一筒状第三连接部300,该第三连接部300与所述第三灯体30底部的第一连接部100相上下正对,用于卡置所述第三灯体30与安装座40之间的支撑杆50的底端。
上述支撑杆50为一中空圆柱体,用于分别支撑、连接所述第一、第二、第三灯体10、20、30及安装座40。所述支撑杆50分别与所述第一、第二、第三连接部100、200、300相配合固定,也可通过加装螺钉(图未示)以增强装配牢固性。
请一并参阅图4,本发明的发光二极管灯具的三个灯体相上下叠置,由于三个灯体的散热器12的外径自上而下逐渐缩小,故所述发光二极管灯具整体呈倒锥形立体状,处于上层的灯体照射范围大且能够避开处于下层的灯体遮挡,使得整个发光二极管灯具的周围形成一个宽广均匀的照射区域,提高了发光二极管灯具的照明效率。同时,每一发光二极管模组14分别与独立的散热器12相连接,每一散热器12均可直接将对应的发光二极管模组14所产生的热量散发出去,提高了发光二极管灯具的散热效率。

Claims (7)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:包括上下叠置的若干灯体,每一灯体包括一散热器及贴设于该散热器底面的一发光二极管模组,所述灯体相互间隔设置且灯体的尺寸依序减小,所述发光二极管模组包括一环状电路板及间隔设置于电路板上的若干发光二极管元件,所述电路板贴置于相对应散热器的底面上,所述散热器的底面周缘处向下凹陷形成一环状容置槽,用以容置所述发光二极管模组,每一灯体还包括一环状灯罩,贴设于所述灯体的散热器的底面上,将所述发光二极管模组封置于所述容置槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体间相平行且共轴设置,在尺寸上自上而下逐渐缩小,使得发光二极管灯具呈倒锥形立体状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器呈圆盘形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:相邻的二灯体中,位于下层的灯体的尺寸小于处于上层的灯体的发光二极管模组的尺寸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括若干柱状支撑杆,每一支撑杆对应夹置于相邻的二灯体之间,用于支撑并连接所述相邻二灯体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一灯体的散热器的底面向下凸伸出一筒状第一连接部,用于卡置所述支撑杆的顶端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:相邻的二灯体中,处于下层的灯体的散热器顶面向上凸伸出一筒状第二连接部,该第二连接部与处于上层的灯体底部的第一连接部相对,用于卡置所述二相邻灯体间的支撑杆的底端。
