Abstract
本实用新型涉及节能型半导体照明灯，由灯头、透明灯罩以及设于透明灯罩内的发光体组成，发光体具有一个由多块铝基印刷电路板同轴叠层套装构成的圆柱型散热器，在圆柱型散热器最底层电路板的下表面均匀布设有多只半导体照明灯(WLED)，在其余电路板的外周均匀布设有多只半导体照明灯。本实用新型采用在平面电路板上安装WLED，再将多层电路板组合成圆柱型发光体，装配工艺简单、照明效果好、便于规模化生产；此外，采用多块铝基印刷电路板叠层组成一个整体散热器，可保证WLED产生的热量能迅速散去并延长WLED的使用寿命。

本实用新型内容属于照明灯具技术领域，涉及一种节能型大功率半导体照明灯。
背景技术
半导体照明灯实质上是一种白光发光二极管WLED(while lightemitting diode)，因具有能耗低、寿命长、无污染等优点，产品问世后很快即受到世界各国的重视。目前，由于单只WLED的额定功率较小，尚不能达到正常照明的要求，因此半导体照明灯泡一般都采用多只WLED阵列的形式，其最常用的方法是在一个平面电路板上布置多只WLED。这种灯泡存在的主要缺点是光照范围很窄，不能满足许多实际生活或工作场合的照明要求。为了克服上述缺点，曾有人提出一种改进型设计，即将若干只WLED安装在灯泡内的一个圆柱形支架上，但这种结构灯泡的缺点是制作工艺复杂，难以实现工业规模化生产，且散热设计相当困难；此外，这种灯泡工作时只能照亮灯体四周方向，灯体正下方的照度却比较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点，进而提供一种结构新颖、性能优良、制作工艺简单且照明和散热效果好的带多层WLED阵列及散热器的半导体照明灯。
为实现上述发明目的而采用的技术解决方案是这样的：所提供的带多层WLED阵列及散热器的半导体照明灯由灯头、透明灯罩以及设于透明灯罩内的发光体组成，其中，发光体具有一个由多块铝基印刷电路板同轴叠层套装构成的圆柱型散热器，在圆柱型散热器最底层电路板的下表面均匀布设有多只与控制电源联接的半导体照明灯(WLED)，在其余电路板的外周均匀布设有多只与控制电源联接的半导体照明灯。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用在平面电路板上安装WLED后，再将多层电路板组合成圆柱型发光体，从而增加了照明灯的光照范围；由于各WLED均安装在平面电路板上，装配工艺简单，便于规模化生产；此外，采用多块铝基印刷电路板叠层组成一个整体散热器，可保证WLED产生的热量能迅速散去，提高散热效果并延长WLED的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见附图，本实用新型所述的半导体照明灯由灯头1、透明灯罩5及发光体组成。透明灯罩5与灯头1一体封装，发光体设于透明灯罩5内。发光体由多块设有多只半导体照明灯3(WLBD)的铝基印刷电路板4叠装组成，其中在最底层印刷电路板4的下表面均匀布设有多只WLED(如图4所示)，可满足灯体下面的照度要求，其余各块电路板4则是在外周均匀布设多只WLED(如图3所示)，用于满足灯体四周方向的照度要求，所有WLED规则排布，形成多层WLED阵列。组装时，将各层铝基印刷电路板4用金属螺杆6连接起来，构成一个整体散热器(图2)，保证WLED产生的热量迅速散去。图1中标号2为控制电源。

1、一种带多层WLED阵列及散热器的半导体照明灯，由灯头(1)、与灯头(1)一体封装的透明灯罩(5)以及设于透明灯罩(5)内的发光体组成，其特征在于所说的发光体具有一个由多块铝基印刷电路板(4)同轴叠层套装构成的圆柱型散热器，在圆柱型散热器最底层电路板(4)的下表面均匀布设有多只与控制电源(2)联接的半导体照明灯(3)，在其余电路板(4)的外周均匀布设有多只与控制电源(2)联接的半导体照明灯(3)。
