Description
本創作係有關係一種照明燈具,尤指一種具有散熱結構之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構。
近年來,由於在新型材料及技術的改進下,發光二極體的發光效率已經有長足的進步,該發光二極體的發光亮度至目前為止足以媲美傳統照明裝置的亮度,且發光二極體具有體積輕穎及使用壽命常等優勢,因此使得發光二極體已經取代傳統照明燈泡而形成目前的主流。
而目前所發展的發光二極體更是廣泛應用在目前所常見的各類燈具上,不管是作為照明展示用的燈具,家用的各類照明燈具等,高功率的發光二極體所產生的高亮度效能皆可成為照明燈具內部的發光元件首選;不過,由於高功率發光二極體受其材料及技術的影響下,雖然可以將其發光效率發揮到極大的效益,但伴隨而來的卻是過高的發熱狀態,過多的熱量淤積會影響發光二極體的正常運作及使用壽命,因此適當的散熱對策成為照明燈具要維持正常運作影響相當大的一環。
至目前為止,習知所常見運用在照明燈具上的散熱技術,由於受到照明燈具體積及結構設計的影響下,多半係在作為發光元件的發光二極體周緣設置散熱結構,利用具高導熱作用的材質快速將熱量導出照明燈具外,以避免過多的熱量影響到發光二極體及整個杯燈的運作;然而,前述的照明燈具在結構上皆可多容設散熱結構的設計,但對於壁掛式或懸吊式的反光燈而言,卻是在先天設計上一定的限度,無法像其他照明燈具一樣具有散熱的效果,因此如何將散熱結構導入燈具設計中,成了一大考驗。
針對上述之缺失,本創作之主要目的在於提供一種LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,係將具有散熱功能之散熱座直接裝設於燈罩上,並將具有複數發光二極體之發光模組直接裝設於散熱座上,以利散熱座直接對於發光二極體進行散熱作用,藉此提升LED燈之發光效能及延長使用壽命。
為達成上述之目的,本創作係主要提供一種LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,係包括一罩體,該罩體係由複數片體所組成,於相鄰片體之間係分別連接一散熱座,各散熱座與各片體間形成一錐形,且各散熱座之兩側邊分別具有一凹槽,用以容設相連接之片體,另,各散熱座之內端面上分別設有一發光模組,各發光模組朝著罩體內部反射及四方,各發光模組更包括一基板,係固定於該散熱座之該端面上;於該基板上設有複數發光二極體,並經由基板形成電性連接。

請參閱第一圖,係為本創作之立體結構分解圖。如圖所示,本創作最佳實施例之反光燈罩結構係主要包括一罩體1,該罩體1係由複數片體11所構成,而如第六圖之立體結構示意圖所示,本創作之罩體1可為單片式片體11,該罩體1於本實施例中於組合完成後係為呈圓錐狀,該罩體1之頂面及底面分別具有開口,相鄰各片體11之間係連接有一散熱座2,或如第六圖所示,於單一片體11兩端分别對應接合一散熱座2,以第一圖實施例為最佳,各散熱座2之兩側邊係分別具有一凹槽21,各凹槽21係用
以容設該片體11之側邊,以利該散熱座2與各片體11對應接合,於各散熱座2之一端面上則設有複數散熱片22;另,各散熱座2之另一端面上則設有一發光模組3,該些發光模組3之發光方向係朝向該罩體1內,其中該發光模組3係具有一基板31,該基板31於本實施例中係為一電路板,該基板31兩端位置係分別具有一螺孔311,該些螺孔311係用以穿設螺絲4,致使該基板31鎖固於該散熱座2上,另於該基板31上設有複數發光二極體32,該些複數發光二極體32係利用該基板31彼此電性連接,該基板31再電性連接一導線33,如第三圖之局部剖視圖所示,使其各發光模組3與外接電源電性連接,以提供外部電力點亮該些發光二極體32,而該些發光二極體32因發光作用所產生之熱源則是透過該基板31導熱至該散熱座2上,再由該散熱座2端面上之複數散熱片22與空氣產生熱交換作用,以保護該些發光二極體32免於因熱淤積而受損;其組合完成圖如第二圖所示。
請參閱第四圖,係為本創作之組合剖視圖。如圖所示,於本實施例中本創作之反光燈罩結構係裝設於一室內頂端位置,該罩體1之頂部係連接一圓盤6,其中該圓盤6係透過複數螺絲4固定於罩體1之頂部周緣上,於該圓盤6之中央位置設有一拉勾63,該拉勾63係利用一螺栓62固定於其上,最後該拉勾63再連接一連接元件64上,該連接元件64於本實施例中係為一吊索,該連接元件64將該反光燈罩懸於空中,透過該些發光模組3之發光二極體32發光作用,以提供室內之照明需求。
請參閱第五圖,係為本創作之另一實施例組合剖視圖。如圖所示,於本實施例中本創作之反光燈罩結構直立,其中係利用一桿體7穿於該反光燈罩結構內,利用複數支架71分別連接於該反光燈罩結構內與桿體7之間,以支撐起整個反光燈罩結構,再透過該些發光模組3之發光二極體32發光作用,以提供室內之照明需求。
惟以上所述之實施方式,是為較佳之實施實例,當不能以此限定本創作實施範圍,若依本創作申請專利範圍及說明書內容所作之等效變化或修飾,皆應屬本創作下述之專利涵蓋範圍。

Claims (8)
- 一種LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,係包括:一罩體,係由複數片體所組成;複數散熱座,各散熱座係連接於相鄰之片體間並形成一錐形;複數發光模組,各發光模組係設置於該散熱座之一端面上,使該些發光模組之發光方向朝著罩體內部反射及各方照射,各發光模組更包括:一基板,係固定於該散熱座之該端面上;複數發光二極體,係設於該基板上且經由基板形成電性連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,其中各散熱座之兩側邊分別設有一凹槽,該些凹槽係用以接合該片體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,其中該散熱座之另一端面上具有複數散熱片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,其中該基板係電性連接一導線。
- 一種LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,係包括:一罩體,係由單一片體所構成;一散熱座,該散熱座係連接於該片體兩端並形成一錐形;一發光模組,該發光模組係設置於該散熱座之一端面上,使該些發光模組之發光方向朝著罩體內部反射及各方照射,該發光模組更包括:一基板,係固定於該散熱座之該端面上;複數發光二極體,係設於該基板上且經由基板形成電性連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,其中該散熱座之兩側邊分別設有一凹槽,該些凹槽係用以接合該片體兩端。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,其中該散熱座之另一端面上具有複數散熱片。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之LED特殊高效散熱反光燈罩結構,其中該基板係電性連接一導線。
