背景技术
在轮胎制造中,材料被接合在一起。为此,以合适压力将一个橡胶片压到另一个橡胶片上。这使得这些片被永久地接合在一起。通常,待接合在一起的片并不齐平坦。结果,必须规则地将窄条接合到宽得多的片上。所需压力由层压辊产生。其中多个单独的盘被安装到轴的层压辊是公知的。
图1中示出了这种公知层压辊的示意性三维视图。示出的是安装到轴的多个盘。每个盘涂覆有非粘材料,并且盘能够在轴上彼此独立地自由旋转。每个盘还具有位于中心的孔,其明显大于轴的直径,允许每个单独的盘能够沿着离开轴的径向移动。由于层压辊的各个盘能够相对于彼此改变位置的情况,层压辊能够调节待接合的材料片的表面轮廓。由盘各自的重量产生施加到片上的压力。因此,压力可以仅沿着重力方向施加。为了实现足够大的压力,盘必须具有特定重量。此外,必须确保各个盘不会彼此相粘,因为否则将不能在整个宽度上均匀地分布期望的接触压力。因此,每一个盘都需要高质量的表面精整度,其相关地具有较高的成本。尤其是因为即使例如残余的橡胶颗粒沉积在盘之间,也必须防止盘粘在一起,所以这是非常必要的。
发明内容
本文档揭示了辊以及其在将接触压力施加到一个或多个材料片上的应用。
根据一个方面,用于将接触压力施加到一个或多个材料片上的辊具有辊轴,多个盘布置在所述辊轴上。所述盘可沿径向移动,并将接触压力施加到所述一个或多个材料片。可以气动或液压地施加或控制所述盘的接触压力。
可以经由所述辊内的内压来控制所述盘的接触压力。所述辊内的压力可以在所述盘处指向空间中的特定方向。空间中的特定方向表示盘将被迫使朝向的一个特定方向,优选地抵靠材料片的方向,并且这与重力相独立。
在一些实施例中,所述辊轴是中空的,并具有凹入,允许经由布置在所述辊轴内的内辊轴体内的内压来控制所述盘的接触压力。此装置可以包括管和管形的隔离层,所述隔离层包围所述管并位于所述管与所述盘之间。所述隔离层可以直接安装到所述管。

在各种实施例中,辊可以具有以下特征中的一个或多个。可以用位于所述塞中的一个塞内的阀来控制所述管内的压力。可以由夹持套环将所述盘紧固在所述轴上。所述盘可以具有非粘涂层。通过改变所述辊内的装置的内压而在操作期间的运行中调节接触压力。在某些实施例中,可用电子精细压力阀来使辊内装置的内压与制造工艺参数精确地匹配。
这种类型的辊可以用于材料片的层压中,具体而言用于轮胎的制造中的层压工艺。
某些实施例可以具有以下优点中的一个或多个。可以经由轴内的压力来控制由辊施加到待接合的材料的接触压力。结果,辊可以在无需改变设计的情况下用于大量不同的应用。可以在运行中调节辊的接触压力。通过轴的一侧上的切口,压力直接从轴的内部传递到各个盘。可以气动或液压地控制辊内的内压。这意味着,因为不再仅用盘的重量来用于必要的接触压力,所以可以使用显著更轻的盘或具有更小尺寸的盘。因此可以使用显著更低成本的盘。因此显著降低了盘粘在一起而施加不均匀压力的风险。

在图2中,轴2是中空的。轴2具有在向下方向上的切口。隔离层5插入到轴2中并安装到轴2。管4位于轴2的内部,使得隔离层5位于轴2与管4之间。隔离层5也可以用作管4的保护体。其也可以用于将力哦能够管4传递到盘3。

图3还表明盘3可以沿着轴2的径向移动,使得它们将调节为材料片10、11的表面轮廓。在此示例中,辊1的内侧盘片向上移动。也由盘3来匹配材料片11的倾斜。

Claims (11)

其中所述盘可沿径向移动,并将接触压力施加到所述一个或多个材料片(10、11),
其特征在于
所述辊轴(2)是中空的,并具有凹入,允许经由布置在所述辊轴(2)内的内辊轴体内的内压来控制所述盘的接触压力,并且
所述内辊轴体包括管(4)和管形的隔离层(5),其中,所述隔离层(5)包围所述管(4)并位于所述管与所述盘之间,允许来自所述管(4)的力经由所述隔离层(5)传递到所述盘(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辊(1),其中所述辊内的压力沿着所述盘(3)的方向作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的辊(1),其中所述隔离层(5)直接安装到所述管。
