Abstract

具有若干活塞环的活塞可移动地安置在气缸衬内,一排润滑油孔开在位于气缸衬纵轴的右角平面上,润滑油孔连到一普通的润滑油源,并终止在气缸衬凸面上的油槽。一排附加润滑油孔安置在汽缸轴右角的汽缸衬上,这些油孔也连到一普通的润滑油源,同样终止在气缸衬凸面的油槽,二个润滑油源是独立的,上述第一排润滑油孔相对于最上活塞环在上死点位置时,位于它的下面并限止在5%~18%活塞行程,而一排附加油孔却位于上述区下面,限止在20%~40%活塞行程。

Description

本发明关于往复式内燃机气缸衬的润滑装置。该往复式内燃机具有至少一个气缸衬,配有若干活塞环的活塞可移动地安置在气缸衬内,位于气缸衬纵轴垂直的平面上开有一排润滑油孔,上述油孔连到一公共润滑油源,并终止在邻近活塞的气缸衬表面所开的油槽。
到目前为止通常只在气缸内安置一排润滑油孔和槽,例如瑞士专利CH-A-450813就公开这种气缸衬,它的润滑孔在靠近气缸衬的顶端。在这种情况下,燃烧产物对气缸衬的腐蚀减小甚至可加以防止,但可能会因在气缸衬下部没有足够的润滑而导致严重磨损。在上述情况下要使用一种高TBN(总碱值)的润滑油,也就是附有添加剂的强碱性的润滑油。
本发明的目的是为了改进上述的往复式内燃机的润滑而使气缸衬及活塞环的腐蚀和磨损大大减小。
根据本发明,在气缸衬上开有一排附加的润滑油孔,基本上就开在位于与气缸衬纵轴垂直的一平面上,上述的开孔也连到一公共润滑油源,并终止在邻近活塞的气缸衬表面所开的油槽。该附加油孔所连的润滑油源与另一排油孔的润滑油源是相互独立的,上述另一排油孔位于这样区域内,相对于在上死点时最高活塞环位置,它位于上述位置下面,并限止在5%~18%的活塞行程范围内,而附加润油油孔又位于上述区域之下,但限止在20%~40%活塞行程范围内。由于此种油孔布置,可以根据二个区的不同工况,来单独修改向各润滑区供应的润滑油,通过用等量或不等量的同一润滑油或者等量或不等量的二种不同润滑油,分别供应二个润滑区,这是能够做到的。
现参照附图,详细叙述本发明的一个实施例,附图表示通过气缸衬和气缸衬内的部分活塞的纵向剖视图。
在附图中,活塞2设计成在往复式内燃机(柴油机型)的气缸内以常规方式安置的气缸衬1内可作上下移动,活塞2在图示的上死点位置,活塞2备有若干活塞环3,而这些活塞环以常规方式放置于活塞的环形槽内,同时它们的外周面压向气缸衬1的内表面1′上。
在气缸衬1的顶部,备有一排润滑油孔5,该润滑油孔穿过气缸衬1并终止于内表面1′且位于与气缸衬1纵轴垂直的平面(11)上,润滑油孔5安置的区域位于最上活塞环3的下面,当活塞2处于上死点时,该区限止在5%~18%的活塞行程范围。在该形成的润滑区下面还有一第二排附加的润滑油孔6,该油孔同样终止于内表面1′且位于与气缸衬1纵轴垂直的平面(12)上。由这些润滑油孔6形成的第二润滑区限止在20%~40%的活塞行程范围。润滑油孔5和6依次通向油槽5′和6′,这些油槽开在气缸衬1的内表面1′上并沿着活塞移动的横向方向延伸,每排润滑油孔依次与它们自己润滑油源相连,上述各油源分别有一调整装置9和10,各油源能单独调整来供应有关的润滑油孔的润滑油量。
上述的油孔布置,例如,能供应润滑油孔5和润滑油孔6各50%相等的润滑油量。然而,本发明同样能向润滑油孔5供应30%的总润滑油量而向下润滑孔6供应70%的总润滑油量。另外还可能向二排油孔供应不同类型的润滑油,例如把昂贵的带有高碱值的润滑油供应油孔5,而价廉的带有较低碱值的润滑油或较大粘度的润滑油供应到润滑油孔6。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种往复式内燃机气缸衬的润滑装置,该内燃机具有至少一个气缸衬(1),配有至少两个活塞环(3)的活塞(2)可移动地安置在气缸衬内,并在邻近气缸衬的顶端具有一排润滑油孔(5),在气缸衬的内表面(1′)上润滑油孔(5)的各孔口大致上安置在与气缸衬(1)的纵轴垂直的一个平面(11)上,所述润滑油孔(5)连接到一公共润滑油源(7)并终止于安置在邻近活塞(2)处的气缸衬(1)的内表面(1′)的油槽(5′),其特征在于在气缸衬(1)的内表面(1′)还配有一排附加润滑油孔(6),所述一排附加润滑油孔(6)的各孔口大致上安置在与气缸衬(1)的纵轴垂直的一个平面(12)上,所述一排附加润滑油孔(6)连接到一公共润滑油源(8)并终止于安置在邻近活塞(12)处的气缸衬(1)的内表面(1′)上,而连接到所述一排附加润滑油孔(6)的润滑油源(8)是独立于连接到所述第一排润滑油孔(5)的润滑油源(7),而所述第一排润滑油孔(5)设置于第一个区,该区相对于处在上死点时最高的活塞环(3)的位置而言,则位于所述位置之下,并限止在所述活塞行程的5%和18%之间的范围,而所述一排附加润滑油孔(6)则设置于第一个区之下,则限止在所述活塞行程的20%和40%之间的范围。
