Abstract

具有若干活塞环的活塞可移动地安置在气缸衬 内,一排润滑油孔开在位于气缸衬纵轴的右角平面 上,润滑油孔连到一普通的润滑油源,并终止在气缸 衬凸面上的油槽。一排附加润滑油孔安置在汽缸轴 右角的汽缸衬上,这些油孔也连到一普通的润滑油 源,同样终止在气缸衬凸面的油槽,二个润滑油源是 独立的,上述第一排润滑油孔相对于最上活塞环在上 死点位置时,位于它的下面并限止在5%~18%活塞 行程,而一排附加油孔却位于上述区下面,限止在 20%~40%活塞行程。

Description

本发明与具有至少一个气缸衬的往复式内燃机有关,其中配有若干活塞环的活塞可移动地安置在气缸衬内,位于气缸衬纵轴的左角的平面上实际上开有一排润滑油孔,上述油孔连到一普通的润滑油源,并终止在邻近活塞的气缸衬凸面所开的油槽。
到目前为止通常只在气缸内安置一排润滑油和槽,即可在靠近气缸顶端又可在靠近气缸衬的比较低的底部,这就会在不同程度上影响润滑。在第一种情况,由于燃烧产品对气缸衬的腐蚀减小甚至防止腐蚀,虽然有可能会在气缸衬下部没有足够的润滑而导致严重磨损。第二种情况在气缸衬的下部安置一排润滑油孔保证气缸衬下部良好的润滑,但是也意味着对气缸衬顶部防止腐蚀的保护变坏,在上述二种情况都要使用一种高TBN(总基数)的润滑油,也就是附有添加剂的强碱性的润滑油。
本发明的目的是为了改进上述的往复式内燃机的润滑而使缸衬的腐蚀和磨损大大减小。
根据本发明,在气缸衬上开有一排附加的润滑油孔,实际上就开在位于气缸衬纵轴右角的平面上,上述的开孔却连到一普通的润滑油源,并终止在邻近活塞的气缸衬凸面所开的油槽。一排附加油孔所连的润滑油源与第一排油孔的润滑油源是相互独立的,上述第一排油孔位于这样区域内,相对于最上活塞环位置在上死点时,它位于上述位置下面,并限止在5%~18%的活塞行程范围内,而一排附加润油油孔又位于上述区域之下,也限止在20%~40%活塞行程范围内。由于此种油孔布置,可以根据二个区的不同工况,来单独修改向各润滑区供应的润滑油,通过用等量或不等量的同一润滑油或者等量或不等量的二种不同润滑油,分别供应二个润滑区,这是能够做到的。
现参照附图,详细叙述本发明的一个实施例,附图表示通过气缸衬和气缸衬内的部分活塞的纵向剖视图。
在附图中,活塞2设计成在往复式内燃机(柴油机型)的气缸内以常规方式安置的气缸衬1内可作上下移动,活塞2在图示的上死点位置,活塞2备有若干活塞环3,而这些活塞环以常规方式放置于活塞的环形槽内,同时它们的外周面压向气缸衬1的内凸面1′上。
在气缸衬1的顶部,备有一排润滑油孔5,该润滑油孔穿过气缸衬并终止于凸面1′实际上位于气缸衬1纵轴右角的平面上,润滑油孔5安置的区域位于最上活塞环3的下面,当活塞2处于上死点时,该区限止在5%~18%的活塞行程范围。在该形成的润滑区下面还有一第二排润滑油孔6,该油孔同样终止于凸面1′实际上位于气缸衬1纵轴右角的平面上。由这些润滑油孔6形成的第二润滑区限止在20%~40%的活塞行程范围。润滑油孔5和6依次通向油槽5′和6′,这些油槽开在气缸衬1的内凸面1′上并沿着活塞移动的横向方向延伸,每排润滑油孔依次与它们自己润滑油源相连,上述各油源分别有一调正装置9和10,各油源能单独调正来供应有关的润滑油孔的润滑油量。
上述的油孔布置,例如,能供应上排润滑油孔5和下排润滑油孔6各50%相等的润滑油量。然而,本发明同样能向上排油孔供应30%的总润滑油量而向下排油孔供应70%的总润滑油量。另外还可能向二排油孔供应不同类型的润滑油,例如把昂贵的带有高基数的润滑油供应上排油孔,而价廉的带有较低基数的润滑油或较大粘度的润滑油供应到底排润滑油孔。

Claims (1)

  1. 一往复式内燃机具有至少一气缸衬,在气缸衬内,配有若干活塞环的活塞可移动地安置在气缸衬内,并有一排润滑油孔,实际上安置在气缸衬纵轴的右角的平面上,上述油孔都连到一普通的润滑油源并终止在邻近活塞的气缸衬凸面所开的油槽,其特征在于在气缸衬上开有一排附加的润滑油孔,它们实际上位于气缸衬纵轴右角的平面上,上述油孔也连到一普通润滑油源并同样终止在邻近活塞的气缸衬凸面所开的油槽,可供给一排附加油孔的润滑油源是独立于第一排油孔的润滑油源,而上述第一排润滑油孔位于这样一个区,相对于最上活塞环在上死点位置时,该区位于上述位置下面并限止在5%~18%活塞行程的范围,而一排附加油孔却位于第一区以下的区内,并限止在20%~40%活塞行程的范围。
