Description

用于传输扭矩的装置
本发明涉及一种用于把扭矩从安装在机动车车体上的驱动器的输出轴传输到具有铰链轴线的铰链的第一半铰链的装置,该第一半铰链附连到机动车的车门,在驱动器的安装状态,输出轴的旋转轴线和铰链轴线被基本上彼此对准地设置。
这样的装置例如从DE10222298A1中可知。其中,该装置包括驱动杆,该驱动杆以带的形式形成且可通过其第一端以固定的方式可旋转地连接到后备箱盖驱动器的输出轴。驱动杆的形状与第一半铰链(其还被称为铰链带)的形状相适应且可通过其第二端附连在第一半铰链的面对后备箱盖的端部上,其中,该第二端远离输出轴且以凸缘状的形式形成,以使得在驱动器的安装状态,当输出轴旋转时,平行于该半铰链(hinge half)的驱动杆枢转且可沿第一半铰链和后备箱盖运转(carry)。
对于已知的装置,驱动杆和第一半铰链彼此配合,以使得在后续安装后备箱盖驱动器时,通常不使用已存在的且必须连接到驱动器的后备箱盖铰链。而且,由于不同车辆的后备箱盖的公差和驱动器的尺寸的公差,如果不考虑通过相应承载游隙造成的这些公差,则将发生安装问题。但是,驱动器和后备箱盖之间的游隙越大,锁前面的后备箱盖速度必须越高,使得后备箱盖才能完全闭合。
本发明的目的是要提出一种本文开始时所述类型的装置,其中,优选地用于后备箱盖的门驱动器还可被随后以简单的方式安装在机动车中,而不用换掉现有的铰链。这样,驱动器和车门的角度和长度公差以简单的方式相抵消,以确保门驱动器可被快速地安装和实现车门在关闭过程中的优化移位路径。
该目的是通过如本发明的权利要求1的特征实现的。从属权利要求进一步具体地公开了本发明的有益构造。
本发明主要基于使用驱动杆的构思,该驱动杆可以固定的方式可旋转地连接到输出轴,且该驱动杆,轴向地与输出轴的连接区域间隔开,具有沿驱动杆的纵向轴线方向延伸的连接构件,在该连接构件中,可移位地设置有滑块。该滑块形成适配件的轴颈的枢转支撑,该适配件优选为板状,把驱动杆连接到第一半铰链。
在本发明的装置的情况下,驱动杆既不需要具有与第一半铰链相适的带状形状,而且驱动杆的端部不必连接到第一半铰链的端部。而是,驱动杆的长度依赖于使适配件被方便地附连在第一半铰链上的位置,该驱动杆例如为直的,其中,轴颈的旋转轴线平行于铰链轴线。驱动器和后备箱盖的公差的抵消通过连接至适配件的轴颈在滑块中的可旋转安装和滑块的可移位性得以保证。
如果驱动杆和适配件以一方式被形成和彼此连接,该方式为适配件可附连在第一半铰链的靠近铰链轴线的带状区域中,这是已经证明有利的。
与已知的装置相比较,驱动器和后备箱盖在它们的预期使用过程中产生的游隙显著减少,移位路径和功能由此得以改善。
而且,在随后安装后备箱盖驱动器时,已存在的门铰链通常可仍旧使用。仅需要在该半铰链上设置钻孔以把第一半铰链连接到适配件,以使得适配件可以非正的方式附连到第一半铰链,例如通过螺杆。
驱动器的输出轴和驱动杆可通过正或非正连接(non-positive connection)而彼此连接。已经证实的是,如果在正连接(positive connection)的情况下,使用花键轴连接是特别有利的。

铰链2包括两个半铰链4、5,这两个半铰链通过未示出的铰链销彼此连接,且可绕铰链轴线6相对于彼此枢转。第一半铰链4具有带状区域7和直的凸缘状区域8,该直的凸缘状区域8用于把第一半铰链4连接到未示出的机动车的也未示出的后备箱盖。

驱动杆9和适配件12之间的连接是通过滑块13实现的,其中设置在适配件12的端部处的轴颈14被可旋转地安装。滑块13可移位地设置在连接构件(纵向孔)16中,该连接构件沿驱动杆9的纵向轴线15(图2)的方向延伸。这样,适配件12和滑块13通过未示出的零件(如设置在轴颈上的盘或开口销等)被紧固而不脱出连接构件16。
如果后备箱盖驱动器1和铰链2通过本发明的装置3连接且驱动器1的输出轴11旋转,由于输出轴11和驱动杆9的正连接,驱动杆9也绕输出轴11的旋转轴线17旋转,并由此绕铰链轴线6旋转,该铰链轴线的位置基本上与旋转轴线17相对应。因此,安装在滑块13内距离旋转轴线17一轴向距离18处的适配件12的轴颈14也枢转且由此连接到后备箱盖的第一半铰链4也枢转。
由于驱动杆9绕适配件12的轴颈14可枢转,且由于连接构件16,该驱动杆还可沿连接构件16的纵向轴线15的方向移位,驱动器1(或驱动轴11)的位置和后备箱盖(或第一半铰链4)之间的公差相抵消。

Claims (5)

1.一种装置,用于把扭矩从驱动器(1)的输出轴(11)传输到铰链(2)的第一半铰链(4),该驱动器安装在机动车的车体上,该铰链具有铰链轴线(6),第一半铰链附连到机动车的车门,在该驱动器(1)的安装状态中,所述输出轴(11)的旋转轴线(17)和铰链轴线(6)彼此对准地设置,该装置具有以下特征:
