Abstract

本发明的轮胎垫带胶料,通过添加一定量的丁基胶再生胶以改善胶料整体的抗屈挠龟裂、耐撕裂性能,从而在降低胶料成本的基础上保证垫带的使用性能。其配方组份按重量份数配比是,天然胶10~12份,丁苯胶10~15份,通用再生胶45~60份,碳黑N33910~15份,碳酸钙2~5份,氧化锌0.5~1份,硬脂酸0.1~0.5份,防老剂0.4~2.5份,硫磺0.5~1.5份,促进剂0.2~0.5份,防焦剂CTP0.1~0.2份。在配方组份中,再加入丁基胶再生胶3~10份。

轮胎垫带胶料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎垫带胶料,属于橡胶轮胎制造领域。
背景技术
针对制造各类全钢和半钢轮胎的垫带,要求其胶料性能能够抗屈挠龟裂、耐撕裂、耐热和具有一定的硬度。目前轮胎生产厂家为降低垫带的制造成本,而在垫带胶料中使用了大量的由天然胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶或其混合物的通用再生胶。
由于添加了一定量的通用再生胶,会使垫带胶料整体的耐屈挠、抗撕裂性能下降,从而直接影响到轮胎的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮胎垫带胶料,以解决上述问题和缺陷。通过添加一定量的新的再生胶,以改善胶料整体的抗屈挠龟裂、耐撕裂性能,从而在降低胶料成本的基础上保证垫带的使用性能。
为实现上述发明目的,所述的轮胎垫带胶料,其配方组份按重量份数配比是:
天然胶10~12份,可以选用天然胶SMR20、SIR20或SCR5,其拉伸强度较高、抗撕裂性较好,可以使垫带胶料有较好的粘性,缺点是不耐热、易老化;
丁苯胶10~15份,选用丁苯胶1500,其具有耐老化、成本低的特点,与天然胶混合形成互补;
通用再生胶45~60份,通用再生胶是利用废旧的轮胎硫化胶,通过粉碎脱硫细炼而成的混合物,为胶料提供部分弹性和较低的强度;
碳黑N33910~15份,碳黑N339是补强剂,能提高胶料的硬度、强度;
碳酸钙2~5份,碳酸钙是填充剂,可以降低成本;
氧化锌0.5~1份,
硬脂酸0.1~0.5份,氧化锌和硬脂酸是硫化活性剂,能提高胶料的硫化活性,提高交联密度;
防老剂0.4~2.5份;
硫磺0.5~1.5份,
促进剂0.2~0.5份,促进剂和硫磺组成硫化系统,使胶料由线型大分子交联变成立体网状高弹性胶料;
防焦剂CTP 0.1~0.2份,防焦剂CTP可以延迟焦烧时间,保证胶料加工安全;
与现有技术的改进之处在于,在配方组份中加入丁基胶再生胶3~10份。
丁基胶再生胶,是用废旧的丁基胶内胎、废旧的丁基胶硫化胶囊粉碎脱硫细炼而成。丁基胶再生胶,在垫带胶中并不与其他胶料发生化学交联,只起到高分增塑的作用,以提高胶料的抗屈挠性和撕裂性能。
为进一步改善胶料的耐热性能和防止老化,垫带胶料的防老剂,采用防老剂6PPD,0.2~1.0份;防老剂RD 0.2~1.5份。其中,
防老剂6PPD和防老剂RD能够提高胶料的耐热性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能,防止老化。
为改善胶料配比比例以提高丁基胶再生胶的抗屈挠改性性能,采用天然胶10份,丁苯胶14.1份,普通再生胶49份,丁基胶再生胶5份,碳黑N33913.5份,碳酸钙4.9份,氧化锌0.9份,硬脂酸0.5份,防老剂6PPD 0.2份,防老剂RD 0.5份,硫磺0.9份,促进剂TBBS 0.4份,防焦剂CTP 0.1份。
如上内容,本发明所述的轮胎垫带胶料,通过添加一定量的丁基胶再生胶,在保证降低胶料成本的基础上,能够有效地改善胶料抗屈挠龟裂和耐撕裂性能,从而保证轮胎的使用性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1,提供一种轮胎垫带胶料,其配方组份按重量份数配比,天然胶10份,丁苯胶14.1份,普通再生胶49份,丁基胶再生胶5份,碳黑N33913.5份,碳酸钙4.9份,氧化锌0.9份,硬脂酸0.5份,防老剂6PPD 0.2份,防老剂RD 0.5份,硫磺0.9份,促进剂TBBS 0.4份,防焦剂CTP 0.1份。
具体的制备方法是,使用橡胶密炼机,控制密炼机转子速度40rpm,上顶拴风压7公斤/CM3,密炼机冷却水温度30℃~40℃。
胶料配方组份的加料顺序依次是,天然胶、丁苯胶、普通再生胶、丁基胶再生胶投入密炼机压栓40秒;
提栓投碳黑N339、碳酸钙、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂6PPD和防老剂RD,压栓炼60秒;
提栓清扫后压30秒,胶料温度达到150℃~160℃卸出胶料到22英寸开炼机。
翻炼冷却胶料到110℃~90℃,在开炼机上加硫磺、促进剂TBBS、防焦剂CTP混炼均匀,下片冷却至室温完成垫带胶的制作。
如上述制备方法制成的垫带胶料A,与不添加丁基胶再生胶的垫带胶料B做如下性能对比:

上述性能对比是按相关国家和行业标准进行的,通过对比结果可以看出,添加丁基胶再生胶的垫带胶料,其抗屈挠龟裂、耐撕裂性能大大提高。
