Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于收集在机动车燃油箱内的燃油的装置,该装置具有:防旋流罐;用于燃油泵的抽吸接头;覆盖抽吸接头的预滤器。
背景技术
这样的装置经常应用在现今的燃油箱内,并且从实践中是已知的。预滤器经常设计为在基本状态中的平坦的部件,并且在安装位置上紧靠到装置的轮廓上。设置在防旋流罐内的燃油泵通过预滤器吸取燃油。
在已知的装置中的缺点在于,即预滤器是安装复杂的部件。此外,预滤器的可利用的过滤面积由于紧靠到装置的部件上而受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,改进一种在开头所述类型的装置,以使其可以特别简单地被安装,并且预滤器具有大的过滤面积。
根据本发明该目的由此实现,即预滤器设置在防旋流罐内,并具有从水平面突出的部段。
通过这种设计,预滤器设置在防旋流罐内,并因此可以与该防旋流罐一起预装配。此外,通过这种设计防止了预滤器紧靠在根据本发明的装置的其它部件上,并因此防止了过滤面积的损失。因此预滤器具有特别大的过滤面积。具有偏离于水平面的部段的预滤器的布置的优点在于,即污染物通过燃油的晃动运动被预滤器洗刷掉。因此污染物对预滤器的可利用的过滤面积的影响被保持在轻微的程度。
如果预滤器利用其边缘保持在防旋流罐的壁上,则根据本发明的装置的安装特别节省费用。通过预滤器的边缘在防旋流罐的壁上的支承,预滤器在利用输送单元的后续部件进一步安装防旋流罐时位于其预设的位置上。因此防止了预滤器紧靠在根据本发明的装置的邻接的部件上。
按照本发明的另一有利的改进方案,如果预滤器至少部分地以材料连接方式(stoffschluessig)与防旋流罐连接,则具有预滤器的防旋流罐的制造特别节省费用。在最简单的情况中,预滤器是嵌入到防旋流罐的注射造型模中的嵌入件,该嵌入件在注射造型过程中与防旋流罐以材料连接方式连接。
如果预滤器和防旋流罐被一体制成,根据本发明的装置则有助于减少部件的数量。通过这种设计,在制造防旋流罐时预滤器也一同被制造。防旋流罐的相互面对的工件模可以具有大量的单独的接触点,这些接触点在防旋流罐制造完成后产生预滤器的单独的开口。
如果防旋流罐具有外壳,以及如果预滤器与该外壳连接,根据本发明的装置则设计得特别紧凑。
如果在预滤器和与外壳密封地连接的底板之间设置有收集腔,以及如果燃油泵的抽吸接头插入到收集腔中,根据本发明的装置在结构上则设计得特别简单。
如果预滤器具有水平部段,预滤器至少在根据本发明的装置的新状态中具有特别大的过滤面积。
如果预滤器的水平部段和从水平面突起的部段被一体制成,则有助于进一步减少根据本发明的装置的需安装的部件的数量。
从水平面突起的部段可能会例如朝向外壳倾斜。根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果从水平面突起的部段在防旋流罐内垂直地设置,则可以在防旋流罐内通过晃动运动简单地实现对预滤器的特别可靠的清洁。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于收集在机动车燃油箱内的燃油并用于将所收集的燃油输送至未示出的机动车内燃机的装置。该装置具有设置在防旋流罐1中的电动驱动的燃油泵2和精滤器3。该精滤器3同样设置在防旋流罐1中并通过燃油管4与燃油泵2连接。此外,该精滤器3具有连接管接头5,该连接管接头用于未示出的、通至燃油箱的内燃机的引流管。在图2中示出的用于抽吸式喷射泵8的管7与燃油泵2的接头6连接。该抽吸式喷射泵8从防旋流罐1的周围吸取燃油,并将该燃油输送至防旋流罐1。该防旋流罐1用来收集燃油,并具有底板9和与该底板9密封地连接的外壳10。燃油泵2的抽吸接头11经过预滤器12突出到收集腔13中。该收集腔13由底板9和预滤器12确定边界。流入到防旋流罐1内的燃油通过预滤器12进入到收集腔13中,并因此到达燃油泵2的抽吸接头11。因此燃油泵2能够从防旋流罐1中吸取燃油,并通过精滤器3将燃油输送到用于引流管的连接管接头5。防旋流罐1的外壳10具有啮合到底板9的支承边缘14的上方的边缘15。该边缘15与该支承边缘14密封地相互连接。
图3在局部截面图中示出图1中示出的防旋流罐1。由此可看出,预滤器12具有水平的部段16和从水平面突出的部段17,并且与防旋流罐1的外壳10以材料连接方式连接。该预滤器12被制成一个整体,并利用防旋流罐1的塑料而被压力注塑包封。预滤器12的从水平面突出的部段17相对于垂直线倾斜。
图4示出防旋流罐1的另一个实施方式,该防旋流罐与图3中示出的防旋流罐的区别仅在于,预滤器12具有垂直的部段18,其垂直连接在水平的部段19上。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于收集在机动车燃油箱内的燃油的装置,所述装置具有:防旋流罐;用于燃油泵的抽吸接头;覆盖所述抽吸接头的预滤器,其特征在于,所述预滤器(12)设置在所述防旋流罐(1)内,并具有从水平面突出的部段(17,18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预滤器(12)利用其边缘保持在所述防旋流罐(1)的壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预滤器(12)至少部分地以材料连接方式与所述防旋流罐(1)连接。
4.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预滤器(12)和所述防旋流罐(1)被一体制成。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述防旋流罐(1)具有外壳(10),所述预滤器(12)与所述外壳(10)连接。
6.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述预滤器(12)和与所述外壳(10)密封地连接的底板(9)之间设置有收集腔(13);所述燃油泵(2)的抽吸接头(11)插入到所述收集腔(13)中。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预滤器(12)具有水平的部段(16,19)。
8.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预滤器(12)的所述水平的部段(16,19)和所述从水平面突出的部段(17,18)被一体制成。
