Abstract

输送单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于燃料箱尤其是汽车燃料箱的输送单元,带有一个防溅罐、一个燃料泵和一个接在燃料泵前面的过滤器。
背景技术
用来将燃料从汽车燃料箱输送到内燃机中的用在燃料箱中的输送单元通常是已知的,从而构成现有技术。设置在防溅罐内的燃料泵经过滤器从防溅罐中吸出。借助该过滤器可以阻止燃料中的污物进入到燃料泵中并从而进到内燃机中。
由DE 36 09 906 A1已知这样一种过滤器。该过滤器由一个软管形的滤布构成,该滤布与一个连接管连接,过滤器通过该连接管固定到燃料泵的进气管。过滤器直通到燃料箱的底部,使得即使在液体水平很低的情况下也能将燃料从燃料泵经部分滤布吸出。为了避免由于泵的抽吸作用而使过滤器收缩从而影响过滤效果,在滤布中插入一个防止过滤器收缩的支承体。
特别不利的是过滤器的制造费用昂贵。这是由于插入支承体、滤布成型为最终形态以及焊接滤布的边缘需要许多工序。为此过滤器在安装到燃料箱中时需要对齐。
发明概述
本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种前述类型的燃料泵过滤器,其具有改善的过滤器效率,制造简单,安装容易。
根据本发明,该问题是这样解决的,过滤器集成到输送单元的防溅罐中。防溅罐的一部分由滤布覆盖从而称为过滤器的组成部分。由此防溅罐的该部分构成过滤器外壳。显著的优点是,可利用的过滤器面增大,使得过滤器效率得以改善。另外燃料也由于重力而不仅仅基于燃料箱的抽吸能力到达过滤器。由于避免了软管形的封闭滤布设计,滤布的制造明显简单了,从而费用减低了。
在一种优选设计方案中,滤布覆盖防溅罐底部的局部区域。如果该局部区域是防溅罐的最深的部位,则可保证特别良好的燃料供给。此时该局部区域可设计成阶梯形或向外拱起。在一种底部没有开孔的防溅罐中,最好整个底部都用滤布覆盖。以此方式可获得特别大的过滤面。
为防止过滤器收缩,最好是在防溅罐和滤布之间设置支承件。一种优选的设计方案是,这些支承件,肋片,与防溅罐相连。支承件不仅可以卡合也可以喷注。另一种设计方案中,支承件设置在滤布上,将滤布顶着防溅罐支承。
如果滤布由一框架围绕,则滤布在防溅罐内部的固定特别简单。设置在框架上的定位元件与防溅罐内的定位点卡合使得安装特别简单。保证滤布相对防溅罐有效密封的一种更简单的设计方案是,框架卡进设置在防溅罐内的周向槽中。
另一种设计方案中,框架由塑料制成并嵌入在防溅罐的一个凹穴中。由于塑料的膨胀,框架与凹穴压紧在一起,从而产生密封效果。
同样有利的是,滤布嵌入到防溅罐中并借助一个固定环固定在防溅罐上。在另一种设计方案中,滤布与防溅罐焊接在一起。同时固定滤布的支承是这样实现的,即支承件具有定位点,设置在滤布上的定位元件啮合入其中。

图1示出了用压铸法制造的防溅罐1。局部区域2构成底部最低的部位。在该局部区域2中喷注出竖直的肋片3作为支承件,其一直延伸到相应于局部区域4的水平高度。同样在防溅罐1上形成的零件5用于接收和支承过滤器。由于零件5的断续设置,燃料可以不受阻碍地流到抽吸管部位。经防溅罐1底部的开孔6,燃料从未示出的燃料箱进到防溅罐1中。
按照图2的滤布7具有一个与图1所示局部区域2相匹配的形状。滤布7在其周边喷注塑料,从而形成边框8。一个与该边框一体喷注的连接管9用于将过滤器和燃料泵连接起来。
图3示出了处于安装好状态的过滤器。借助一个燃料泵10,燃料输送到内燃机。为了密封过滤器,边框8与围绕局部区域2的局部区域4的边缘焊接。
图4中的过滤器以其边框8插入到局部区域4中,使滤布7覆盖局部区域2。通过塑料的液体摄取导致的膨胀保证了密封配合。连接管9支承在零件5上,而支承件3阻止滤布7下降。
过滤器的固定在图5和6中示出。按照图5所示的边框8具有一个环绕的定位元件11,例如钩,凸缘,其推到或卡合进在局部区域4边缘上的凸缘是环绕的定位点12例如槽中。图6示出了另一种形式的固定。滤布7或边框8放在一个环绕的接触面13上。然后装一个固定环14,该固定环将滤布7或者边框8固定其位置上,并起到密封作用。固定环4的固定同样可以类似图5在其整个圆周上完成或者借助单个固定件完成。此外在滤布7上喷注的定位元件15与定位元件16一起将滤布相对局部区域2固定和支承。

Claims (7)

1.燃料的输送单元,带有一个燃料泵和一个具有滤布的过滤器,其中燃料泵有至少一个入口和至少一个出口,设置在防溅罐内的过滤器与燃料泵的入口相连,其特征在于,防溅罐(1)的局部区域(2)是过滤器的组成部分,该局部区域(2)由滤布(7)覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送单元,其特征在于,防溅罐(1)的整个底部(1)或局部区域(2)是过滤器的组成部分。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的输送单元,其特征在于,在防溅罐(1)的由滤布(7)覆盖的局部区域(2)内设置了滤布(7)的支承元件(3,16)。
4.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的输送单元,其特征在于,滤布(7)周围环绕一个边框(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的输送单元,其特征在于,边框(8)与防溅罐(1)焊接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的输送单元,其特征在于,边框(8)和防溅罐(1)的由滤布(7)覆盖的局部区域(2)具有定位元件(11,15),借助这些定位元件,滤布(7)卡合进防溅罐(1)中。
7.根据权利要求4所述的输送单元,其特征在于,边框(8)嵌入到防溅罐(1)中,并借助一个或多个固定元件(14)固定在防溅罐(1)中。
