背景技术
原则上已知,通过片状或带状挤出件来挤出吹塑出空心体。所述挤出件例如可通过挤出管状预成型件得到,将所述管状预成型件切割或分离成带状件或片状件。同样,还已知不经过管状件的中间过程挤出片状或带状挤出件的。借助于挤出机上的操纵器将预成型件取出并将其供应给工具(模具)中,或者直接在工具的打开部分之间进行挤出。

例如可使用使空心体稳定的支柱元件作为彼此互补的内置件,所述支柱元件在连接壳部时彼此卡接。
替代地,可使用保持元件作为彼此互补的内置件,所述保持元件分别接纳电导线或流体管道的联接件,其中,这种分别包括一保持元件和一带有联接件的管道段的布置结构这样定位在所述壳部的内侧上,即,使得联接件在组装壳部时彼此接合。
还可以使用优选为彼此接合的防油浪挡板或防油浪挡板装置的形式的机油盘内置件作为彼此互补的内置件。

具体实施方式
图1至12示出示意性示出在根据本发明的方法的不同阶段中的、用1表示的工具的剖面。图1中以1表示的工具设计成三件式的,并包括两个外模2a、2b和一个中模3。外模2a、2b可通过打开和关闭运动彼此远离或靠近地移动。相对于外模2a、2b,中模3可以横向于外模2a、2b的打开和关闭运动移动。这些模具以已知的方法和方式固定在已知的、为简单起见未示出的模具夹板上。模具夹板同样可一未示出的闭合支架中滑动或移动。用于制造片形或带形预成型件8的挤出装置为了简化仅示意性地示出。例如,参照图1,带有宽隙喷嘴的两个合适的挤出头可在图平面外、在朝向观察者的一侧设置在工具1的上方。同样可以在挤出期间或紧接着挤出之后通过合适的工具将管形的预成型件分成两个片形件,这些片形件借助于操纵器供应给工具1。
在中模3内部设置一支架4,在所示的实施例中为简化起见在该支架上仅设有两个可调节的构件保持件5a、5b,所述构件保持件可以通过气动缸6相对于支架4移动。除此以外也可以使用液力缸。
在图1所示的示图中,中模3处于移出位置,该中模可横向于外模2a、2b的、用箭头表示的打开和关闭运动移动。在该位置处,构件保持件5a、5b装载有内置件7(图2)。在另一方法步骤中,中模3移动到外模2a、2b之间。然后,将两个片形预成型件8分别装入到中模3与相互打开的外模2a、2b之间。如开头所述,这可通过由设置在工具1上方(即附图中在图纸平面的上方)的宽隙喷嘴中挤出来进行。除此以外,也可以将一个或多个挤出机在空间上远离工具1设置,并借助于合适的抓持件将挤出件或预成型件8传送到工具1的打开的部件之间。
为制造燃料箱例如设想,预成型件8分别由带有碳氢化合物阻隔层的六层共挤出件构成。合适的阻隔层材料例如是EVOH(乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物)。
当将预成型件以希望的长度分别定位在外模2a、2b与中模3之间时,外模2a、2b相对于中模3闭合。然后,借助于通过在模腔(见图6)中的气压加载使预成型件8这样扩展,即,使预成型件分别贴靠在外模2a、2b的分腔9a、9b上。
特别是如图7所示,支架4设计成两件式的,其中支架4的两个部件在下一个方法步骤中相互远离,并具体是说分别沿朝向外模2a、2b的方向移动。设置在构件保持件5a、5b上的内置件7最后通过气动缸6的加载压靠在现在形成的壳10a、10b的内壁上。还存在各种不同的使构件7与壳部10a、10b的仍为塑性的内壁相连的可能性。这里可以设想材料接合和/或力锁合的连接。材料接合例如通过将构件7与内壁焊接或者也可以通过粘结实现。因为根据本发明的方法在一个热量或热度下工作,也就是说从挤出后直至完成空心体前,不对预成型件进一步加热,因此焊接是适宜的。
特别是如图7所示,支架4的部件和构件保持件5a、5b在将内置件7固定在壳部10a、10b的内壁上的最后的阶段中这样定位,即,构件保持件5a、5b连同固定于其上的内置件7从外模2a、2b与中模3之间的分界面11伸出。该分界面11在所述的实施例中实际上作为平面示出,原则上技术人员也可以将术语“分界面”理解成工具的各部件之间的空间上复杂地延伸的分隔面。
在支架4的部件与构件保持件5a、5b返回起始位置之后(图8),外模2a、2b打开(图9),而将中模3从外模2a、2b之间取出或移出,从而外模2a、2b能够不受阻碍地完成相互闭合的运动,如图11所示。当外模2a、2b相互闭合时,一方面将壳部10a、10b组装成完成的制品12,另一方面使分别设置于壳部10a、10b中的内置件7相互作用连接。这可以不同的方法和方式实现,如下面中还要说明的那样。
图12示出最终将完成的制品12从工具1中取出。
在图13和14中示出内置件7的可能构型。在这里示出了保持元件13a、13b作为彼此互补的内置件7,所述保持元件分别根据上述方法和方式定位在壳部10a、10b上,其中保持元件13a容纳一导线连接装置的联接部14a,而保持元件13b容纳起插接部14b。联接部14a与插接部14b都这样设置在保持元件13a、13b上,即,在外模2a、2b移动靠近时(图10和11)使联接部14a和插接部14b相互接合。对本领域技术人员显而易见的是,将保持元件13a、13b或者说内置件7这样定位在壳部10a、10b中,即,在外模2a、2b移动靠近时实现作用连接。相互连接的部件还必须具有相应的公差,这例如根据图15和16所示的实施例来说明。
图15所示的内置件7构成一拉伸锚固件,该拉伸锚固件包括一卡接轴颈15a和一套筒形的卡接座15b。卡接轴颈15a设置有多个卡接突起16a,而卡接座15b具有相应的卡接口16b。在制造空心体时可将拉伸锚固件的所述两个部件这样相对于彼此定位或设置在壳部10的相应内壁上,即,使所述部件精确相对地设置。如果外模2a、2b相对于彼此闭合,则卡接轴颈15a进入相对设置的卡接座15b内,卡接突起16a锁定在相应的卡接口16b中。这样,形成制造完成的容器的相对的壁的壳部10a、10b不可拆卸地相互支承固定。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于制造由热塑性塑料制成的燃料箱的方法,其中,在一多件式的形成一模腔的工具中,通过使预成型件扩展并贴靠在模腔的内轮廓上而使片状或带状的、由塑化的塑料组成的预成型件成形,其中,该方法首先包括,形成壳部形式的两个彼此互补的中间产品,在所述壳部的、分别在安装位置相面对的内侧上分别固定至少一个内置件,其中,彼此互补的壳部的至少几个内置件分别设计成是以这样的方式彼此互补的,即,各所述内置件能够连接成一组装的构件或连接成一功能单元,此外还将所述壳部这样组装,即,使彼此互补的所述内置件相互接合和/或彼此形成作用连接;并且,使用多个保持元件作为彼此互补的所述内置件,所述保持元件分别接纳电导线或流体管道的联接件,其中,这种分别包括一保持元件和一带有联接件的管线段的布置结构这样定位在各所述壳部的内侧上,即,使所述各联接件在组装壳部时彼此接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在第一热度下进行所述壳部的制造和连接,而不进一步加热预成型件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在一多件式的成形工具中使所述预成型件成形,所述成形工具包括至少两个外模和至少一个中模,所述外模和中模能够相对于彼此进行打开和关闭运动,其中,所述外模分别形成规定壳部的轮廓的分腔,而所述中模设有至少一个构件保持件,通过所述构件保持件在壳部的成形之后将所述内置件定位在所述壳部的内侧上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在将内置件定位在所述外模之间之后,移出所述中模,并接着使外模这样相对于彼此闭合,即,使各壳部和至少几个设置在壳部中的内置件彼此形成作用连接。
