Abstract
本发明公开了一种设有压注油杯的轮毂,包括外圈、内圈、滚子及保持架,在所述外圈的侧壁上设有一加注油脂的孔,所述加注油脂的孔与压注油杯连接。本发明可定期补充油脂,使轮毂得到充分润滑,延长轮毂使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车上的轮毂,特别涉及一种设有压注油杯的轮毂。
背景技术
目前,小型卡车用轮毂,随着不断的更新与演变,从整体和性能上,虽都有很大的优化,但整个轮毂轴承为一整体部件,在使用过程中不作维修和添加其它任何部件,为一次性产品,再加上油脂的填充是受轮毂的结构空间所限制,油脂多了则容易磨擦发热,少了则又会影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种设有压注油杯的轮毂,可定期补充油脂,使轮毂得到充分润滑,延长轮毂使用寿命。
本发明解决问题采用的技术方案是:一种设有压注油杯的轮毂,包括外圈、内圈、滚子及保持架,在所述外圈的侧壁上设有一加注油脂的孔,所述加注油脂的孔与压注油杯连接。
本发明的有益效果是:在外圈的侧壁上设有一加注油脂的孔,即可定期补加油脂,使轮毂得到充分润滑,延长轮毂使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:
具体实施方式
结合图1、图2所示,一种设有压注油杯的轮毂,包括外圈1、两个内圈2、滚子3及两个保持架4,在外圈1的右侧设有一加注油脂的螺纹孔,该加注油脂的螺纹孔与直通式压注油杯7连接;密封件5和反压盖6使整个工作部位形成了一个密封系统,不受灰尘影响,防止油脂外流;
安装时,将48颗滚子3分别装入两个保持架4内,然后放入内圈2,填入油脂,再装入密封件5与反压盖6,使其成为密封系统;然后旋入压注油杯7,擦上防锈油,安装结束,包装入库。
实际应用中,将本发明与心轴合套,用螺母固定;用螺栓将外圈1固定在底盘的悬架轴上,再装上刹车盘,最后将汽车轮辋通过螺栓固定在芯轴上。

1、一种设有压注油杯的轮毂,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)及保持架(4),其特征在于:在所述外圈(1)的侧壁上设有一加注油脂的孔,所述加注油脂的孔与压注油杯(7)连接。
