Abstract

[0075]此外,若比较现有技术的实施例9与实施例1-5,则可看出尽管对比例9的组合物的重量损失类似于实施例2-5,但观察到在清洁表面上的视觉变化为棕色。通过使用实施例1-5的化合物,避免了这一视觉变化。
在其他金属上组合物的材料相容性
[0076]在下述实验中,在其他金属上测试表1的实施例2的组合物的材料相容性。表3示出了1小时的处理时间段的结果,表4示出了24小时的处理时间段的结果。重量差以g/m2×h形式计算。在2至5wt%的使用浓度下,在20℃的温度下使用该组合物。采用含有0mgCaO/l的水硬度为0°d的软水和含160mg CaO/L的水硬度为16°d的硬水,进行实验。以与表2相同的方式进行实验,所不同的是使用不同金属和合金的标准试样。在表3和4所述的试验中,使用不锈钢,含铬金属的软钢,电镀钢,电镀的热浸镀钢,以及铝、铜和黄铜。在下表3和4中示出了结果。

Claims (22)
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中含水液体组合物包括:基于全部组合物的,
i)0.1-10wt%的磷酸、二磷酸或多聚磷酸的酯,
ii)0.01-2wt%的苯并三唑衍生物,
iii)0.01-2wt%的膦酸,和
iv)10-70wt%的酸源。
3.权利要求1或2的组合物,其中酯是磷酸的单酯和/或二酯。
4.权利要求1-3任何一项的组合物,其中酯是磷酸的单烷酯和/或二烷酯。
5.权利要求1-4任何一项的组合物,其中酯是磷酸的单-C4-C15烷酯和/或二-C4-C15烷酯。

13.权利要求1-12任何一项的组合物,其中组合物不含金属有机物质。
14.权利要求1-13任何一项的组合物,其中组合物不含季铵化合物。
15.权利要求1-14任何一项的组合物,其中组合物不含硫有机物质。
16.权利要求1-15任何一项的组合物,其中组合物的pH低于3。
17.一种含水使用溶液,它包括基于全部使用溶液用量为0.1-10wt%,优选0.5-8wt%,和最优选1-5wt%的权利要求1-16任何一项的酸性组合物。
18.权利要求17的含水使用溶液,其中以泡沫体形式制备该含水使用溶液。
