技术领域
本发明涉及一种外壳，尤其涉及一种具有软质层表面且可防水的外壳。
背景技术
随着移动通讯技术的发展，各式各样的电子装置如移动电话等竞相涌现，令消费者可随时随地充分享受移动技术带来的种种便利，这些电子装置壳体的美观程度及触觉效果也愈来愈受到人们的关注与重视。
壳体是电子装置的主要零组件之一，其广泛应用于电话、计算机、游戏机、照相机等电子装置上。由于塑料本身具有质轻、成本低、加工技术相对简单、抗腐蚀等诸多优点，所以大多数电子装置都采用塑料注射成型来制造壳体。为进一步使壳体具有良好的外观及触感，现有电子产品壳体采用了皮革或织物作为塑料壳体的外层。一般地，皮革或织物可通过一粘接层(如胶水或热熔胶膜)设置于塑料基体上。然而将皮革或织物作为壳体的外层不具备防水的功能，使用时壳体易受环境中水的侵蚀或空气中水分的影响，使皮革或织物变硬发脆，从而影响使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺点，有必要提供一种具有良好触感且可有效防水的外壳。
一种外壳，其包括一基体层、一设置于基体层表面的软质层及一设置于软质层表面的防水层，该防水层以浸渍防水材料溶液并干燥的方式形成，或以热压一防水材料膜的方式形成。
与现有技术相比，本发明外壳不仅具有消费者所需要的软质材料的外观及触感的要求，且该外壳可防止环境中水的侵蚀或空气中水分的影响，经久耐用，使用效果佳。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明外壳100包括一基体层10、一设置于基体层10表面的软质层20及一设置于软质层20表面的防水层30。本发明外壳100可以是电话、计算机、游戏机、照相机等电子装置的壳体，亦可以是盖体或容器类制品，如眼镜盒、杯子、箱子等。
基体层10为注射成型的材料经过注射成型制成，该注射成型的材料可为塑料、橡胶或硅胶，其中塑料材料可为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS，acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)、聚碳酸酯(PC，polycarbonate)、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。该基体层10优选为丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS，acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)或聚碳酸酯(PC，polycarbonate)塑料材料。
软质层20可为皮革、织物及布中的任一种，如天然皮革、人造皮革、棉织物、纤维织物、毛织物、塑料织物或尼龙布等。本较佳实施方式的软质层20优选为人造皮革、棉织物或尼龙布中的任一种。该软质层20具有一与基体层10接合的接合面(图未示出)，所述接合面为一粗糙面或毛面，其上具有若干毛面结构或微细结构。依软质层20的材料不同，该接合面的毛面结构或微细结构可为该软质层20本身所具有，亦可为通过对软质层20的接合面进行打磨处理或喷砂处理获得该微细结构或使该微细结构更粗糙。
所述基体层10以注塑成型的方式成型于软质层20的接合面，以此使基体层10热熔接合于软质层20。基体层10与软质层20之间可形成一胶结的界面，在所述界面，熔融的基体层10与软质层20接合面的毛面结构或微细结构之间相互渗透或者相互嵌入。接合面的毛面结构或微细结构，可增加该软质层20与基体层10的接合面积，进一步增强两者的接合效果。
防水层30可以是将皮革或织物浸渍于含有皮革或织物用防水材料溶液中一定时间后再干燥形成，该防水层30为弹性透明层。所述防水材料可以为聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚硫、有机硅聚合物或上述材料的共聚物之一。其中该防水层30中还可添加一定量的疏水材料如石蜡、硅醇或动植物脂肪等。制作所述外壳100时可先将防水层30以上述方法形成于软质层20上，再将形成有防水层30的软质层20与基体层10一体成型。
防水层30还可以是基体层10与软质层20一起注塑成型后再在软质层20上热压一透明防水材料膜而形成。该防水材料可以是聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚酯或其他聚合物制得的材料。
本发明外壳100既具有皮革或织物的外观和触感，又具备可防止环境中水的侵蚀或空气中水分的影响，经久耐用，使用效果更佳。
Claims (10)
1.一种外壳，其包括一基体层及一形成于基体层表面的软质层，其特征在于：所述软质层上设置有一防水层，该防水层以浸渍防水材料溶液并干燥的方式形成，或以热压一防水材料膜的方式形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的外壳，其特征在于：该基体层为塑料层、橡胶层或硅胶层。
3.如权利要求1所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述防水层包含有防水材料、疏水材料组分。
4.如权利要求3所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述防水材料选自聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚硫、有机硅聚合物或上述材料的共聚物之一。
5.如权利要求3所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述防水材料为聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯或聚酯。
6.如权利要求3所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述疏水材料为石蜡、硅醇或动植物脂肪。
7.如权利要求1所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述软质层为皮革或织物层。
8.如权利要求7所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述皮革选自天然皮革或人造皮革。
9.如权利要求7所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述织物选自毛织物、棉织物、纤维织物、塑料织物或尼龙布。
10.如权利要求1所述的外壳，其特征在于：所述软质层具有一粗糙接合面，所述基体层以注塑成型的方式成型于软质层的接合面，该基体层与该软质层的接合面相互渗透。
