Abstract
本发明提供一种模制品,包括一基体、一软质层,该基体直接形成于该软质层的一表面。该模制品还包括一防尘层,其设置于该软质层上。该软质层为皮革、织物及布中的任一种,该防尘层为纳米防尘材料或防尘漆。本发明的模制品结构较为简单,触感好,能防尘。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模制品,尤其涉及一种具有良好触感的模制品。
背景技术
随着移动通讯技术的发展,各式各样的电子装置如移动电话等竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受移动技术带来的种种便利,这些电子装置壳体的美观程度及触觉效果也愈来愈受到人们的关注与重视。
壳体是电子装置的主要零组件之一,其广泛应用于电话、计算机、游戏机等电子装置上。由于模制品的材料本身具有质轻、成本低、加工技术相对简单、抗腐蚀等诸多优点,所以大多数电子装置都采用通过注射成型形成的模制品作为其壳体,例如用塑料作为制造壳体的材料。
为进一步使壳体具有良好的触感,现有技术采用了皮革或织物作为模制品的外层。一般地,皮革或织物难以与塑料材料结合,皮革或织物易脱离塑料基体。因此,以皮革或织物作为外层的模制品通常需要具有一粘接层(如胶水或热熔胶膜)设于皮革或织物与塑料基体之间,通过所述粘接层来实现皮革或织物与塑料基体紧密结合。但这种方法使得所述模制品结构复杂,导致制造工序和材料的增加,因此,提高了模制品的制造成本。
另外,现有的皮革或织物与塑料基体的结合的模制品,由于皮革和织物的防水防尘性能较差而容易沾污染尘,影响产品的外观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有良好触感且能防尘的模制品。
一种模制品,包括一基体、一软质层,该基体直接形成于该软质层的一表面,该模制品还包括一防尘层,该防尘层设置于该软质层上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的模制品结构较为简单且同样能够达到消费者需要的皮革或织物的手感的要求。另外,由于软质层上外加一防尘层,使该模制品能防尘,因而能够较持久地保持外观清洁。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明模制品10,包括一防尘层11、一软质层12及一基体14。
该防尘层11为纳米防尘材料或防尘漆。所述纳米防尘材料可为氟化改性有机硅纳米涂料、TiO2等光触媒材料以及氮化硅、氮化铝等纳米陶瓷。所述防尘漆可为环氧树脂防尘漆、聚氨酯防尘漆。
该软质层12为皮革或织物或布制成,如天然皮革、人造皮革、棉织物、纤维织物、毛织物、塑料织物或尼龙等,本较佳实施方式的软质层12可为人造皮革、棉织物或尼龙的其中之一。该软质层12具有一与基体14接合的接合面122。接合面122为一粗糙面或毛面,其上具有若干毛面结构或微细结构。依软质层12的材料不同,该接合面122的毛面结构或微细结构可为该软质层12本身所具有,如棉织物;对于皮革类,则可为通过对软质层12的接合面122进行打磨处理或喷砂处理而获得该微细结构或使该微细结构更粗糙。
该基体14为可注射成型的材料,该注射成型的材料为塑料、橡胶或硅胶,其中塑料材料可为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)、聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚砜、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。该基体14优选为丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)或聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)塑料材料。所述丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物及聚碳酸酯与皮革或织物具有良好的接合效果,特别是与人造皮革、棉织物或尼龙的接合效果更佳。
防尘层11以喷涂的方式形成于软质层12的表面,或者以浸泡的方式形成于软质层12的表面以及渗透到整个软质层12之中。若采用喷涂方式,则可在制作防尘层11之前,先对软质层12进行打磨,使其表面具有一定的粗糙度,以增加防尘材料与软质层12的结合力。基体14以注塑成型的方式成型于软质层12的接合面122,以此使基体14热熔接合于软质层12。基体14与软质层12间则可形成一结合的界面,在所述结合界面上,基体14与软质层12的接合面122的毛面结构或微细结构的相互渗透或者相互嵌入。由于接合面22的毛面结构或微细结构增加了该软质层12与基体14的接合面积,因此进一步增强了两者的接合效果。
可以理解,该模制品10可为壳体、盖体等,例如移动电话等电子装置的壳体、盖体;该模制品10也可以为容器,例如眼镜盒、文具盒、杯子、箱子等。
本发明模制品10结构简单,触感好,软质层12与基体14之间粘结力强,有效地防止软质层12与基体14的脱离的效果。此外,通过于软质层12上外加一防尘层11,使该模制品10能够较持久地保持外观清洁。

- 【权利要求1】一种模制品,包括一基体、一软质层,该基体直接形成于该软质层的一表面,其特征在于:该模制品还包括一防尘层,该防尘层设置于该软质层上。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体为注射成型的材料。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体为塑料、橡胶或硅胶材料。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体选自丙烯睛-苯乙烯丁二烯共聚合物及聚碳酸酯塑料材料的任一种。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体嵌入所述软质层内。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的模制品,其特征在于:该软质层上具有多个微细结构,该基体嵌入所述软质层的微细结构内。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该软质层上具有多个毛面结构,该基体渗入所述软质层的毛面结构内。
- 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该软质层为皮革、织物及布中的任一种。
- 【权利要求9】如权利要求8所述的模制品,其特征在于:所述织物选自毛织物、棉织物、纤维织物、塑料织物及尼龙中的任一种。
- 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该防尘层为纳米防尘材料或防尘漆。
- 【权利要求11】如权利要求10所述的模制品,其特征在于:所述纳米防尘材料为氟化改性有机硅纳米涂料、TiO2光触媒材料以及氮化硅或氮化铝纳米陶瓷材料中任一种。
- 【权利要求12】如权利要求11所述的模制品,其特征在于:该防尘漆为环氧树脂防尘漆或聚氨酯防尘漆。
- 【权利要求13】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该防尘层形成于该软质层的另一表面上。
- 【权利要求14】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该防尘层渗透于该软质层之中。
