技术领域
本发明涉及一种模制品。
背景技术
随着移动通讯技术的发展,各式各样的电子装置如移动电话等竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受移动技术带来的种种便利,这些电子装置壳体的美观程度及触觉效果也愈来愈受到人们的关注与重视。
壳体是电子装置的主要零组件之一,其广泛应用于电话、计算机、游戏机等电子装置上。由于模制品的材料本身具有质轻、成本低、加工技术相对简单、抗腐蚀等诸多优点,所以大多数电子装置都采用通过注射成型形成的模制品作为其壳体,例如用塑料作为制造壳体的材料。
为进一步使壳体具有良好的触感,现有技术于模制品的外层设置一织物层。于模制品的外层设置一织物层,虽然可以增加壳体的触感,然而,无论是织物,还是塑料壳体,本身都不具有电磁屏蔽之功能,因而,采用了织物作为外层的模制品,当该模制品应用于电子装置时,如模制品用作电子装置的外壳时,该模制品无法屏蔽容置于模制品内部的电子元件产生的电磁波,进而造成对人体的危害。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺点,有必要提供一种具有良好触感且能屏蔽电磁波的模制品。
一种模制品,其包括一基体及一软质层,该软质层为掺杂有电磁屏蔽作用的材料的皮革、织物或布,该软质层与该基体直接接合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的模制品在其基体上形成有一软质层,如此,当该模制品应用于电子装置时,该模制品可有效地屏蔽模制品内部电子元件产生的电磁波,减少该电子装置于使用过程中发出的电磁波对人体的危害。同时,由于该软质层由具有电磁屏蔽作用的纺织材料制成,因而该模制品具有良好的触感。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明模制品10,其包括一软质层12及一基体14,该软质层12直接结合于该基体14上。该软质层12为掺杂有电磁屏蔽作用大材料的皮革、织物或布。例如,当该软质层12为织物时,可为金属丝织物、金属丝与纺织纱线交织物、金属丝与纺织纱线嵌织物、金属纤维与常规纺织纤维的混纺纺织物、电镀金属膜织物或化学镀金属膜织物等。上述金属丝主要采用铜丝、镍丝或不锈钢丝,金属膜主要采用铜膜、镍膜或银膜。
该软质层12具有一与基体14接合的接合面122。接合面122为一粗糙面或毛面,其上具有若干毛面结构或微细结构。依软质层12的材料不同,该接合面122的毛面结构或微细结构可为该软质层12本身所具有,亦可为通过对软质层12的接合面122进行打磨处理或喷砂处理获得该微细结构或使该微细结构更粗糙。
该基体14的材料可以为塑料、橡胶或硅胶,其中塑料材料可为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚碳酸酯、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。该基体14优选为丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物或聚碳酸酯塑料材料。所述丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物及聚碳酸酯与纺织材料具有良好的接合效果。
该基体14通过模内注射成型的方法与该软质层12一体成型。具体为:该基体14以注塑成型的方式成型于软质层12的接合面122,以此使基体14热熔接合于软质层12。基体14与软质层12间则可形成一胶结的界面,在所述界面,基体14与软质层12的接合面122的毛面结构或微细结构的相互渗透或者相互嵌入。接合面22的毛面结构或微细结构,增加了该软质层12与基体14的接合面积,进一步增强了两者的接合效果。
可以理解,该模制品10可为壳体、盖体等,例如移动电话等电子装置的壳体、盖体;该模制品也可以为容器,例如眼镜盒、文具盒、杯子、箱子等。
所述模制品10在其基体14上形成有一具有电磁屏蔽效果的软质层12,因此当该模制品10应用于电子装置(图未示)时,如该模制品12用作该电子装置的外壳时,由于该软质层12为皮革、织物或布,而皮革、织物及布均具有良好的触感,且该软质层一般为直接与使用者相接触的部位,因而该模制品10具有良好的触感。同时,该模制品10可有效地屏蔽容置于模制品10内部的电子元件产生的电磁波,减少该电子装置于使用过程中发出的电磁波对人体的危害。
此外,由于该软质层12的接合面122毛面结构或微细结构为该软质层12本身所具有,或进行打磨处理或喷砂处理获得,故当注射成型时,熔融的注射成型的材料与软质层12的粗糙的接合面122结合时,熔融的注射成型的材料会渗透或嵌入所述软质层12的接合面122的毛面结构或微细结构内,使得该软质层12与基体14粘结面积增大,有效的提高了软质层12与基体14之间的粘结力,由此使所述基体14与该软质层12的接合面122能够通过所述毛面结构或微细结构牢牢相互勾住,有效地防止软质层12与基体14的脱离。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种模制品,其包括一基体及一软质层,其特征在于:该软质层为掺杂有电磁屏蔽作用的材料的皮革、织物或布,该软质层与该基体直接接合。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体为塑料、橡胶或硅胶材料。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的模制品,其特征在于:所述塑料材料为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚碳酸酯、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该软质层上具有多个微细结构,该基体嵌入所述软质层的微细结构内。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求4所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体与该软质层的微细结构相互卡持勾住结合。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该基体与该软质层相互渗透结合。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的模制品,其特征在于:该软质层上具有多个毛面结构,该基体渗入所述软质层的毛面结构内。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的模制品,其特征在于:该软质层由金属丝织物、金属丝与纺织纱线交织物、金属丝与纺织纱线嵌织物、金属纤维与常规纺织纤维的混纺纺织物、电镀金属膜织物或化学镀金属膜织物的一种或几种制成。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求8所述的模制品,其特征在于:所述金属丝为铜丝、镍丝或不锈钢丝。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求8所述的模制品,其特征在于:该金属膜为铜膜、镍膜或银膜。
