本发明公开了一种防水型电子U盘，包括：壳体以及粘附于所述壳体外表面的防水薄膜，所述防水薄膜包括：防水层、基材层以及粘合层，所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，按照质量百分比进行配比，所述聚四氟乙烯的含量占30‑36%，所述聚氯乙烯的含量占28‑32%，其余为聚氨酯，所述聚四氟乙烯和所属聚氯乙烯的总含量不超过64%，通过上述方式，本发明能够杜绝水分子进入U盘壳体的内部，从而防止U盘内部的电路被水分子破坏，防水效果卓越，使用寿命长。

一种防水型电子U盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子产品，特别涉及一种防水型电子U盘。
背景技术
U盘，全称USB闪存驱动器，它是一种使用USB接口的无需物理驱动器的微型高容量移动存储产品，通过USB接口与电脑连接，实现即插即用，是目前主要的移动存储设备之一，而现阶段电子U盘在使用的过程中一单遇水，内部的电路板就会被损坏，导致U盘无法使用，随着科技的进步，人们对于所用的U盘的性能要求也越来越高，防水性能就是人们所关注的最为主要的其中一项。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水型电子U盘，能够杜绝水分子进入U盘壳体的内部，从而防止U盘内部的电路被水分子破坏，防水效果卓越，使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种防水型电子U盘，包括：壳体以及粘附于所述壳体外表面的防水薄膜，所述防水薄膜包括：防水层、基材层以及粘合层，所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，按照质量百分比进行配比，所述聚四氟乙烯的含量占30-36%，所述聚氯乙烯的含量占28-32%，其余为聚氨酯，所述聚四氟乙烯和所属聚氯乙烯的总含量不超过64%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述壳体采用ABS塑料制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述防水薄膜的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述黏胶层为压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种防水型电子U盘能够杜绝水分子进入U盘壳体的内部，从而防止U盘内部的电路被水分子破坏，防水效果卓越，使用寿命长。

实施例1：
一种防水型电子U盘，包括：壳体以及粘附于所述壳体外表面的防水薄膜，所述壳体采用ABS塑料制成，所述防水薄膜包括：防水层、基材层以及粘合层，所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，按照质量百分比进行配比，所述聚四氟乙烯的含量占30%，所述聚氯乙烯的含量占32%，其余为聚氨酯，所述聚四氟乙烯和所属聚氯乙烯的总含量为62%，所述黏胶层为压敏胶，所述防水薄膜的厚度为0.3mm。
实施例2：
一种防水型电子U盘，包括：壳体以及粘附于所述壳体外表面的防水薄膜，所述壳体采用ABS塑料制成，所述防水薄膜包括：防水层、基材层以及粘合层，所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，按照质量百分比进行配比，所述聚四氟乙烯的含量占36%，所述聚氯乙烯的含量占28%，其余为聚氨酯，所述聚四氟乙烯和所属聚氯乙烯的总含量为64%，所述黏胶层为压敏胶，所述防水薄膜的厚度为0.6mm。
实施例3：
一种防水型电子U盘，包括：壳体以及粘附于所述壳体外表面的防水薄膜，所述壳体采用ABS塑料制成，所述防水薄膜包括：防水层、基材层以及粘合层，所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，按照质量百分比进行配比，所述聚四氟乙烯的含量占33%，所述聚氯乙烯的含量占30%，其余为聚氨酯，所述聚四氟乙烯和所属聚氯乙烯的总含量不超过63%，所述黏胶层为压敏胶，所述防水薄膜的厚度为0.45mm。
区别于现有技术，本发明通过采用在U盘壳体外表面粘附一层防水薄膜，且采用防水性能佳的聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，能够杜绝水分子进入U盘壳体的内部，从而防止U盘内部的电路被水分子破坏，防水效果卓越，使用寿命长。

1.一种防水型电子U盘，其特征在于，包括：壳体以及粘附于所述壳体外表面的防水薄膜，所述防水薄膜包括：防水层、基材层以及粘合层，所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚氨酯混合制成，按照质量百分比进行配比，所述聚四氟乙烯的含量占30-36%，所述聚氯乙烯的含量占28-32%，其余为聚氨酯，所述聚四氟乙烯和所属聚氯乙烯的总含量不超过64%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型电子U盘，其特征在于，所述壳体采用ABS塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水型电子U盘，其特征在于，所述防水薄膜的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水型电子U盘，其特征在于，所述黏胶层为压敏胶。
